In addition, the big parking space is at disposal of all guests arriving by car. There is a big and nice enclosure for dogs, which are more than welcome. On previous request, the B&B can provide guests with a shuttle bus service to the airport and to the most typical destinations nearby.
The accommodation service is provided 120 days per year (according to Art. 13 of the regional law n. 16/2004).
“Villa Teresa” has a wide range of amenities and its comprehensive list should cover all necessities that one could have while being hosted there. With three (double) rooms in total, it offers place for six guests. We dispose of one extra bed for children up to twelve years old. Two rooms are positioned on the first floor and one on the ground floor. They are well-appointed with rich wood furnishings and classic polished floors, walls absorbing the sounds, private bathrooms, TV with Sky and DVD player, good lighting levels (additional lighting available), telephone, alarm clock, daily housekeeping. All rooms are non-smoking. Wake-up calls on request.
Food and beverage
99% of our F&B service will of course be composed by breakfast (buffet style), which will be at our guests’ disposal every morning. It will include:
- Different types of cookies;
- Fresh bread;
- Seasonal fruit;
- Soy milk;
- Coffee (moka);
- American coffee;
- Ginseng coffee;
- Orange juice;
- Apple juice
Apart from “packaged” food, we want to prepare homemade cakes, eggs & bacon, and other tasty recipes. There will be also gluten-free cookies and cereals for celiac people. Moreover, we will offer to each guest a glass of local wine as a welcome drink.
