Villa Spina is a family-run residential structure born from Cristiano Spina's experience in the tourist hospitality sector. It is a new, modern, and welcoming facility that is open all year round, offering families a comfortable way to spend their holidays in San Benedetto del Tronto, in the heart of the beautiful Riviera delle Palme.
Villa Spina benefits from its unique location, as it is immersed in the daily life of the city while being situated in a quiet area on Via A. Volta, 72, a parallel street to Lungomare G. Marconi.
The favorable position of Villa Spina, just a stone's throw away from the sea and numerous beach resorts and restaurants, is further characterized by the presence of a tobacco shop (right next to the building), a minimarket, a pharmacy, and many other shopping stores to have everything you need at your fingertips for the whole family.
Furthermore, Villa Spina has an agreement with the Sud-Est beach resort located in front of our vacation home, about 80 meters away, and can be easily reached by crossing Lungomare G. Marconi.
The beach resort ensures a pleasant stay for all customers, from the little ones to the adults, thanks to a wide range of services.
Villa Spina offers 9 apartments with 3 different types, designed for families or small groups looking for a comfortable, independent stay with an excellent value for money.

Marconi promenade and the stunning view of various palm species that create a scenic effect, especially in the pedestrian island of Viale Secondo Moretti near the City Center of San Benedetto del Tronto. You will also find contemporary art sculptures by renowned national and international artists, such as Ugo Nespolo, Mark Kostabi, and Enrico Baj.
Villa Spina is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, about 1 km away, and you can reach it by bike through our promenade's cycle path in 5/10 minutes. You can also ride the cycle path from south to north (about 5 km) until you reach the final section of the northern promenade of San Benedetto, where you will find the scenic Viale Buozzi with the famous Rotunda. Additionally, there is the Palazzina Azzurra, which in the 1930s was a famous meeting place and today serves as a green venue for cultural and exhibition events.

Ottima struttura vicinissima al mare dotata di qualsiasi confort, ideale per famiglie con bambini, molto curata e molto ben gestita dal proprietario Cristiano, persona molto gentile e professionale. San Benedetto del Tronto è fantastica, ci ritorneremo.

Villa Spina è la struttura ideale per una vacanza comoda e rilassante soprattutto per le famiglie con bimbi. Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi dotati di tutti i confort, di comodissimi balconi, e di tutto ciò di cui ha bisogno una famiglia. I prezzi comprendono il noleggio delle bici e la postazione nel lido con ombrellone sdraio e lettino proprio di fronte alla struttura la cui posizione è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo centrale; con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti. Il sig. Spina è disponibilissimo per qualsiasi esigenza o informazione sul posto e ci sa fare pure con i bimbi a disposizione dei quali ci sono una marea di giocattoli in struttura. San benedetto è proprio un bel luogo per le vacanze e villa spina è una struttura ottima, spero di tornarci presto!

Stabile curato e molto carino a soli 80 metri dal mare e a pochi passi dal centro, dove la sera ti puoi divertire. Il titolare dell'immobile e veramente una persona disponibile e cortese.
