Hello, with a bit of delay we also tell about our holiday from August 10th to 20th: two adults and a 10-year-old girl. Excellent location, 200 m from the sea with a large public parking area right in front. Very nice B&B, well cared for in its mainly ethnic decor. Room well furnished and equipped with everything. Shared kitchen and balcony, provided with all necessary items. Amilcare, the owner, is a wonderful and hospitable person who kept us great company during the holiday. Also, with the bikes provided, we were able to reach San Benedetto town centre, the port, the market and Porto d'Ascoli without problems whenever we wanted. Nice holiday: thanks Amilcare!

"Wherever I lay my hat, that's my home," sang the great Marvin Gaye in one of his sixties hits. And that feeling of being at home was the first impression I had when entering this elegant and welcoming B&B in San Benedetto, a few steps from bathing establishment no. 36 on the seafront and about one kilometer from the pedestrian area. Credit goes to the host, Amilcare, an extraordinarily kind, helpful, friendly and welcoming homeowner. The room I stayed in was large, very clean and tastefully furnished (including a bathroom with a shower suitable even for a tall, well-built man like me), with beautiful Oriental artworks on the walls that Amilcare purchased during his numerous travels around the world. If you arrive by car there is a large free parking lot right in front of the B&B: a sort of miracle, considering that in San Benedetto there are paid blue parking zones almost everywhere. On the same street as the Kairos there is a small Simply supermarket, while about 1 km away there is a well-stocked Eurospin. I strongly recommend everyone to stay at this lovely B&B, which also has a large kitchen available and a host always attentive to guests' needs.

Welcoming and well-kept structure, maximum cleanliness and order. Excellent location in relation to the sea (3 minutes on foot from the beach). Large free parking right in front of the B&B. The manager is very helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. Absolutely recommended.

Strategic location and cozy room. I would recommend more attention to detail: clean the room from the owners' objects or clothes, remove already opened products from the bathroom possibly left by previous clients and provide kits, more order and cleanliness in the common area, a wider choice for breakfast (I had to make a difference because instead of a coffee I had a cappuccino).

Intanto grazie della recensione positiva. Mi lasci dire però riguardo gli abiti dei proprietari che questi sono in un’anta chiusa delle 3 del grande armadio a muro in cui ai clienti sono riservate le altre due, molto grandi, addirittura sproporzionate per due o tre persone: beh siete andati ad aprire anche la terza (quelle ante non si possono davvero chiudere) quella della casa: questo è un B&b casalingo sta ben scritto su queste pagine. Anche se ho poca roba in casa da qualche parte devo metterla. Riguardo i campioncini dei prodotti per il bagno: non siamo un hotel 5 stelle. E sinceramente non prenderei i kit per una questione ecologica, troppe plastiche. I prodotti che ha trovato in bagno li compro io, li lascio a disposizione e a molti fanno comodo. Riguardo la colazione: io posso dare un buono per brioche e caffè. Ho scelto la formula colazione col buono proprio per mantenere i prezzi molto bassi di affitto. il buono è da due euro e mezzo che io pago in anticipo: se qualcuno prende altro è chiaro che deve pagare la differenza. Non è per tirchieria ma capirà che non posso tenere un conto aperto col bar per pagare le differenze. Comunque la ringrazio.

Very welcoming and well-maintained structure, perfectly located: a stone's throw from the sea and the center. Ideal for enjoying a weekend in beautiful San Benedetto. Making the stay even more enjoyable was the owner Amilcare, an exceptional person. Friendly, very willing to accommodate all our requests (even last minute ones) and made us feel at home right away.

The host was really friendly, picked us up from the train station and dropped us off there again, giving us a very comfortable feeling in general! the decor was very nice and everything was clean. Tip-top!
