The B&B "a due passi" is in San Benedetto del Tronto near the city centre and the sea.

The property has been totally restored in 2017. It is on the second level of a 1960s style building, that has a private free parking.

The rooms are very brightness and furnished in a modern style. They all have a private bathroom, air conditioned, tv, free wi-fi, phon and towels. Upon request, single, double and triple use with extra bed.

My wife and I stayed at this property during the Italian Skating Championships. We were greeted very kindly by Mrs. Quintilia, who gave us useful information about the area. We can only speak very well of B&B A Due Passi, very new and perfectly clean room, optimal location with ample private parking. The only small downside was the lack of savory options in breakfast, but it must be said that Mrs. Quintilia's cakes were excellent. Definitely a structure to recommend.

Splendid, shining like the song of Rettore, many things have already been said in previous reviews and I can only confirm them and add my very positive opinion of this structure. I start by thanking and warmly greeting the beautiful, kind and caring Mrs. Quintilia who pampered us and delighted us every morning with her wonderful cakes, cream puffs and local sweets accompanied by yogurt, cookies, jam, etc. Thanks also for the pleasant chats with her and the couple we became friends with. The yellow room where we stayed was spacious, with a large bathroom, comfortable shower, bidet and a large sink with mirror, accurate cleaning every 2 days with change of soft sponge towels. Very pleasant stay in this beautiful location that is an absolute must-visit as well as all the surrounding villages and I recommend this structure to anyone, if we happen to be in this area again we will definitely book at this B&B.

We stayed at this B&B during our summer vacation and I feel like summarizing our experience with just one word: EXCEPTIONAL. The structure is slightly outside the chaos of downtown San Benedetto (about 15 minutes on foot, so very convenient!) and five minutes walk from the promenade (equipped beach and free beach), has a private parking always available. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very well-kept, clean and well-managed. Spacious room, with a large wardrobe, air conditioning. Mrs. Quintilia is definitely the strong point: very kind, puts guests at ease making them feel at home! And, moreover, she prepares special breakfasts: every day homemade cakes by her, juices, croissants, cookies, yogurt, cereals...! A beautiful experience, we will come back!

Stayed for a total of 5 nights, we had a great time. The room and bathroom have new and modern furnishings. It is a 5-minute walk from the sea, and 15/20 minutes from the city center. There is a convenient parking area. The breakfast is top-notch with cakes, pastries, and jams, all homemade by the hostess, in addition to also having cookies, cereals, juices, yogurt, fruits, and snacks. The hostess is very kind and helpful. Everything is fantastic.

Beautiful B&B. I would go back. Located in a quiet area 400 meters from the sea and about 1 kilometer from the center. Very clean, modern with a very good breakfast. Managed with a lot of class and style.

Fantastic place! Short stay (1 night), the structure is located 400 meters from the seafront and beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto, a 5-minute walk. An added value is the possibility of leaving the car parked in the B&B's square for free (in San Benedetto it's very hard to find parking!). Wonderful welcome from the managers, we felt like we were at home. Kind, helpful, and easy-going, always ready to help you. The structure is on the second floor of a building, with an elevator. The rooms are spacious, all modern and well-kept, with air conditioning. Very clean shower bathroom. Sweet and abundant breakfast, the homemade cakes by Mrs. Quintilia are amazing! If we were to come back to the area, we would come back here without a shadow of a doubt. 10 and praise.

If it were possible to give more than 10, I would have done it. Quintilia and her daughter Gloria really treated us with kid gloves. Quintilia's cakes are excellent. We had a great time and, if I have the opportunity, I will definitely go back. Highly recommended! PS TOC TOC! They will understand.

I stayed over the weekend at this B&B A Due Passi in San Benedetto del Tronto with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The structure is located on the 2nd floor of a building less than 10 minutes walk from the seafront. Free parking available for the car as well. The room and the private bathroom were very clean and modern, equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, and TV. Breakfast with delicious cakes prepared directly by Mrs. Quintilia. She and her daughter Gloria were friendly and helpful in everything. I recommend it!

Che dire?! Tutto perfetto! Camera? carina, dimensioni giuste, bagno spazioso, tutto nuovissimo e molto curato nel dettaglio! Posizione? a 10 minuti a piedi dal Lungomare Pulizia? Impossibile immaginare un qualsiasi hotel più pulito. Colazione? Biscotti, cereali, fette biscottate con marmellate ecc.. e diverse torte buonissime fatte in casa dalla proprietaria! Ogni mattina almeno una torta diversa! Caffè molto buono! Gestione? La proprietaria una signora gentilissima, affabile, molto disponibile, pronta a scambiare due parole con ogni ospite e molto professionale. Viaggio molto anche per lavoro ed è realmente difficile trovare posti così curati! Molta attenzione alle norme anticovid, acqua fresca in camera al nostro arrivo e bottiglie sempre disponibili in frigo! Veramente una bella esperienza!

Abbiamo soggiornato recentemente in questo b&b (fresco di ristrutturazione) che abbiamo trovato accogliente, comodo per gli spostamenti, e con un’attenzione particolare all’igiene e ai cambi di biancheria. La signora Gloria e la figlia si sono mostrate molto gentili e disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza, anche in situazioni d’urgenza. Colazione ottima con dolci fatti in casa. È impossibile non dare 10 a tutte le voci per questo splendido B&B e per la sua proprietaria! Posizione strategica a San Benedetto, proprio a due passi dal mare ed in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, camere comode e spaziose, pulizia eccellente. Colazione abbondante e buonissima, con scelta di dolci, torte e marmellate fatte in casa, una più buona dell’altra, il tutto accompagnato dalle piacevoli chiacchiere con Quintilia. Un posto favoloso per ricaricarsi dallo stress e godersi il soggiorno di mare.

Posso dare più di 10? Quintilia è una padrona di casa deliziosa, gentile e simpatica. Le torte del mattino erano strepitose. La struttura è nuovissima, estremamente funzionale e pulitissima, vicina al mare, vicina al centro e a tutto quello che occorre per stare bene. Già ci manca!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille avec un enfant, dans un établissement très bien tenu par une hôtesse charmante et bienveillante qui nous a rendu de multiples services, toujours avec le sourire. La chambre était grande, d'une propreté impeccable, dotée d'une grande salle de bain et d'air conditionné. Au petit-déjeuner on nous a servi d'excellents gâteaux faits maison (une mention spéciale pour la cheese-cake!) et bien sûr un café italien comme on l'attendait! La plage était à environ dix minutes, et en route on découvert la meilleure gelateria de la ville. Nous recommandons vivement!

Camera con bagno allegra nei colori, semplice, pulita ed accogliente. L'oste è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare la camera rinfrescata con l'aria condizionata, ha preparato giornalmente ottimi dolci per la colazione e ci ha consigliato i luoghi da visitare. Il punto in cui si trova il B&B è comodo per raggiungere spiaggia e nel contempo le località limitrofe ma proprio per questo motivo non ha un bel panorama affacciandosi su strada.

Devo ammettere che trovandosi in dei palazzoni ed essendo arrivati di buio, la prima impressione non è stata certo delle migliori ma non appena siamo saliti, ci siamo immediatamente ricreduti! Abbiamo fatto la conoscenza della proprietaria, una perfetta padrona di casa, gentilissima, disponibile, simpatica e attenta alle nostre esigenze. L'ambiente, nuovo e pulitissimo, sia le camere da letto, sia la zona dove la signora ci serviva un'ottima e abbondante colazione, con torte e altre prelibatezze preparate da lei! La posizione ottimale, perché vicina a tanti negozi e a 5 minuti dal mare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sono stati 3 giorni di vacanza perfetti! Se avremmo occasione di rifermarci a San Benedetto ci torneremo sicuramente!

Il B&B si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare e di fronte a un supermercato. La struttura è moderna e molto accogliente. Colazione ricchissima, praticamente da pasticceria. Pulizie accurate tutti i giorni. Quintilia, la proprietaria, è deliziosa: simpatia e disponibilità garantite. Sicuramente torneremo, consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura che abbiamo trovato molto bella, nuova, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Una menzione speciale va alla colazione super con torte e marmellata fatta in casa. La proprietaria, signora Quintilia e sua figlia Gloria, hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto e ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio e sono state a disposizione per qualsiasi nostra necessità. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti di prenotare in questo bed and breakfast a cinque minuti dal mare e quindici dal centro perché vi troverete sicuramente bene.

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno per 2 notti la settimana scorsa, e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla struttura; stanze ed area colazione completamente ristrutturate, camere complete di ogni comfort, pulizia impeccabile, cura nei dettagli e massima cura per l'ospite, grande comodità dell'area parcheggio condominiale. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo, soprattutto se paragonato agli altri B&B della zona, più datati ma con gli stessi prezzi. Doveroso segnalare la gentilezza e l'attenzione per gli ospiti della padrona di casa. Consigliatissimo!

Ambiente accogliente. Padrona di casa amichevole ed ospitale. Camera e bagno pulitissimi. Posizione strategica sia per il mare che per il centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

In questo B&B è tutto nuovo e sembra di stare a casa propria. La signora è gentilissima, disponibile ed accogliente! Vivamente consigliato, anche, per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Davvero sorpreso da questo B&B. Appena arrivati vi ritroverete di fronte ad un palazzo in discrete condizioni, con parcheggio privato cosa da non sottovalutare nel periodo estivo. Una volta entrati vi troverete 2 rampe di scale un pò spoglie e poco arieggiate, ma arrivati al 2° piano sarete accolta dalla proprietaria in modo molto gentile, vi darà le chiavi della stanza e cosa che mi ha sorpreso la porta d'ingresso del B&B si apre con un codice da digitare su un tastierino numerico (sembra di essere di fronte ad una cassaforte, idea molto carina e devo dire comoda). Una volta entrati vi troverete di fronte ad un appartamento ristrutturato nel 2017 e rimodernato devo dire con buon gusto (stile moderno). Finalmente una camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e non 2 singoli uniti, poi la cabina doccia in vetro trasparente è davvero carina se siete con la vostra ragazza. Che dire sicuramente ci ritornerei. Consigliatissima.

Bellissimo B&B nuovissimo e moderno negli arredi, anche se a vedere il palazzone esternamente non si direbbe, una volta entrati si rimane veramente meravigliati. Arredato con cura e attenzione. I gestori sono persone disponibilissime, cordiali, socievoli e ti sanno metter a proprio agio in tutto e per tutto. Ottime le torte di Quintiglia fatte in casa. Colazione abbondante. Ed acqua fresca in brocca sempre disponibile in frigo per gli ospiti del B&B. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso una settimana gradevolissima, e se ce ne sarà occasione non mancheremo di soggiornare nuovamente presso questa struttura!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questa struttura e ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Posizione ottimale, distante dal mare poco più di 5 minuti e 20 minuti al massimo dalla zona pedonale, ambiente accogliente, pulitissimo, il tutto reso ancora più speciale dalla proprietaria, la signora Quintilia, gentile e molto disponibile, che ci ha preparato delle prelibatezze a colazione! Se dovessimo tornare a San Benedetto soggiorneremmo sicuramente qui! Grazie ancora di tutto, continuate così!

B&B nuovissimo, pulizia eccellente, camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Colazione super con marmellate e dolci fatti in casa. Posizione strategica a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e vicino al centro. I proprietari sono sempre disponibili, sorridenti, ospitali, ti fanno sentire come a casa. Se dovete venire a San Benedetto di sicuro questa struttura è consigliatissima a tutti. Grazie di cuore Quinillia, Rosa, Gloria e Franco per il soggiorno favoloso e per le piacevoli chiacchierate! Tutto perfetto, B&B con tutti i confort, molto pulito stanza e bagno nuovi e luminosi, parcheggio disponibile. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile e anche le figlie non sono da meno. Consigliato.

Abbiamo pernottato quindici giorni nel B&B e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di questa scelta. La struttura è, infatti, nuovissima e sempre pulita; il design degli interni bellissimo ed il nome "A due passi" è veramente azzeccato perché in pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sia in spiaggia che nel centro di San Benedetto del Tronto. Sicuramente quello che ci ricorderemo di questo periodo è l'accoglienza ricevuta e l'attenzione nei nostri confronti. I gestori sono infatti molto cordiali e disponibili e chi sceglie questo B&B ogni giorno si alza con il sorriso. Grazie ancora di tutto, speriamo di rivederci presto!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per una settimana in Luglio, una piacevolissima sorpresa. Nuovissimo, accogliente, super pulito e super curato. La gentilezza e simpatia di Quintilia e sua figlia Gloria hanno allietato ogni momento condiviso insieme, facendoci sentire come in famiglia. Ottime colazioni sempre abbondanti, fresche e genuine. Parcheggio interno mare a 5 minuti a piedi e 15 dal centro di San Benedetto. Consigliatissimo. Daniele e Simona.

Struttura nuova, pulita, moderna, con tutti i comfort. Acqua fresca in camera e ciliegie offerte e ben gradite. Colazione ricca e richieste tutte soddisfatte (sia un latte specifico per la piccola, sia il check out posticipato). Gestori gentilissimi. Posizione ottimale, lontana dal caos del lungomare ma vicinissima ad esso e al centro.
