Description
We are a charming B&B located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Our establishment is easily accessible to everyone, without any architectural barriers. We are situated in a vibrant area, surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. Additionally, we are within short walking distance of the promenade and the beach, just 250 meters away.

Our location is particularly convenient for those who need to visit Villa Anna Clinic, which is only 50 meters away from us. Furthermore, the Civil Hospital is approximately 200 meters away.

All of our rooms are doubles and feature an extra bed, perfect for accommodating up to a maximum of 3 people. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and two of them have a private bathroom, while one has access to an exclusive bathroom just outside the room.

Moreover, in the vicinity, you will find a bicycle rental service, ideal for exploring the area in an eco-friendly manner.

My 2-year-old daughter and I had a great week of vacation in the cozy accommodation of Stefano, he is also a very attentive person and always available to help and solve any problem. We will definitely come back.

All good, just missing the bidet. Also, without air conditioning, the attic becomes a hell. The manager is nice and friendly. During the months of July and August, it is impossible to use the kitchen due to excessive heat. However, with air conditioning, life is better.

Poor structure. Cobwebs, dirty dishes, food residues in the fridge, no toilet paper, old and unironed sheets and towels, broken elevator, insecure building door. \nI strongly advise against it.

Bathroom a bit small, noisy water pump when the taps are opened. The manager's sister who welcomed us was very kind, giving us advice on what to visit and where to eat. Experience to be repeated if I have the opportunity.

Very good location and extremely friendly host! The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the greenery. An espresso bar is right downstairs. There is also a common area and a kitchen, which is nice to have. The B&B would be even nicer if the kitchen was a bit less cramped and dishes/cutlery received an upgrade. Would definitely stay there again.

Room with '60s furniture, with a wardrobe containing the manager's personal effects scattered among the various compartments. One of the two beds dating back to the '60s with a noisy and non-elastic spring mattress. Dated sheets without a bedspread. Towels all of different colors and fabric types. TV missing in the room. Mirror and luggage rack not present. Regarding the exclusive use bathroom, there were open and used soap bottles for family use of various brands and characteristics, most likely abandoned by previous guests of the room. The hairdryer could only be used in the room and not in the bathroom (I don't know why) and in any case, I had to request a Schuko adapter to use it while looking at myself in the mirror on the wardrobe door. The garden of the structure is non-existent, unless the small 60-centimeter high and 15-meter long hedge is called a garden. In short, a real disappointment. Paying 72 euros per night for a room like this seems a bit too much. I chose it based on the reviews and advertised features; probably the positive reviews refer to other rooms and certainly not the one assigned to me. The only negative review is from a customer who probably had the same room as me. This B&B gives the impression that everything revolves around maximum profit and minimal expense.

Grazie delle critiche sempre costruttive comunque il giardino non c’è ma ci ha tenuto la bicicletta tutto il periodo ed anche gratuitamente l’auto della sua amica che alloggiava in altra struttura . Comunque era in alta stagione per il prezzo comunque il più basso della zona.

Everything was very good. Clean room and quiet apartment building. We only slept one night, but everything went very well. The owner is a very kind and helpful person.

Posizione ottima, in 10 minuti a piedi eravamo in centro e sul mare nelle prime concessioni vicino al porto. B&B molto semplice a conduzione famigliare, il proprietario veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Poche camere e ben tenute, adatte sia ad una coppia come noi, sia ad una famiglia con bambini. La colazione è compresa ed è possibile farla nel bar a pochi metri dalla struttura. Prezzo assolutamente corretto per il tipo di B&B.
