It's a lovely charming house located in a quiet and green neighborhood. Large quadruple room avalaible for families. All rooms look over green private gardens and have air conditioner or fan and private color TV. Excellently connected with Rome's metro and bus network. Very large dining/living room with TV and a large garden with garden forniture barbeque and wood oven avalaible for guests. Breakfast is served in the dining room or in the garden. Balconies and patio for smokers. English fluent spoken. Door to door transfer to/from Ciampino & Fiumicino Airports on request

My husband, Vittorio Costantini, obtained a degree in Economics and Commerce in his youth and managed significant commercial companies within the tourism and recreational sector. Upon reaching his forties, he rediscovered the pleasure of his work through managing his small but well-kept bed and breakfast. As he states, "Of course, running a B&B with just a few beds can be less exciting than managing important national and international affairs, but it certainly allows me to have more time to spend with my family and lead a more 'neighborhood lifè in my beloved city, Rome."
In fact, Vittorio is always present and attentive, even to the smallest details, with his clients. Although he does not directly manage cleaning and maintenance, he is still reachable at all times (despite my vain complaints) to solve any small or big problem of his loyal guests.

Strategically located halfway between Fiumicino Airport (10 minutes) and Ciampino (12 minutes) and in a quiet area at exit N ° 26 of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, therefore easily accessible by private means. Private box available on request.

Palalottomatica is just a 4-minute drive away.
Right in front of the house is the stop for several bus lines (see last photo below: the red car is mine!) that lead directly and in a few minutes to metro line B, with which you can reach the famous archaeological area of Circo Massimo-Fori Imperiali-Colosseo, one of the largest and most important in the world, and in less than twenty minutes the Termini Station.

Una struttura davvero bella e particolare. La signora che si occupa della casa, delle pulizie e della colazione è davvero alla mano e fa sentire a proprio agio. Ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia. La pulizia è ottima, non c'era un filo di polvere. Molto apprezzato è stato il mini-frigo da poter usare in caso di permanenza medio-breve. L'unica pecca è il bagno maleodorante, ma non dipende dall'igiene, dipende dalle tubazioni strane. Un letto favoloso, morbido e confortevole, lenzuola pulite splendide bianchissime. Consiglio vivamente soprattutto per la vicinanza all'ospedale "Istituto Tumori Regina Elena" o IFO (San Raffaele). Buoni prezzi anche. Grazie di tutto.

La struttura si presenta molto accogliente, le camere sono ospitali pulite e ben arredate. I proprietari sono accoglienti simpatici cortesi e disponibili in tutto. Sono rimasto abbastanza soddisfatto di tutto. Complimenti.
