You fall in love with this B&B as soon as you pass through the entrance gate. The feeling of being at ease is noticeable from the first steps. Francesca welcomes you and, with her cheerfulness, friendliness and empathy, makes you feel at home. I return gladly and take my time for a dip in the pool. I recommend it. Nicola.

A presto!

Outdated property and absolutely not suitable for guests' needs. Poor cleanliness and rooms with furnishings of very bad taste. There are no personal hygiene products in the bathrooms. The host's welcome was terrible.

Freezing room: the radiator did not work and the air conditioner, small and ineffective, even when left on continuously at maximum temperature could not heat the room. On January 16, paying 86 euros for this is unacceptable.

We stayed for 2 nights for health reasons. The welcome was a 10! Of course, the room wasn't very large, but since we were not on vacation it was more than appreciated, especially because it was very clean. One comment: the bed was too high, but apparently we are not used to that... Thank you for everything.

The property is clean and welcoming. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about those who run it. I arrived thirty minutes before the scheduled time. The person who opened for me immediately scolded me for arriving early and almost closed the gate in my face, claiming I had disturbed them during their lunch break. I rang the intercom again asking if they could at least keep my suitcase aside. The woman, annoyed, put my suitcase in the garden, next to the gate, exposed and at the mercy of anyone. When I returned the gate was open and my suitcase was clearly visible to passersby, so anyone could have taken it. Based on my terrible experience I do not recommend it to anyone.

We booked a room in this structure for the second time, unfortunately for hospital needs (closeness to the Campus hospital), but apart from that we have to say that the final judgment is quite positive. The pool is beautiful and comfortable, which may be the thing that raises the price a bit in the summer period. It is very useful to have a kitchen available for those who want to cook lunch or prepare breakfast. The managers are nice and friendly (including the cat Romolo). Those who have a pet (dog or cat) can bring it along, although I find the request for 15 euros more per day expensive (the highest price I have been asked). The structure needs a little aesthetic touch-up and better soundproofing of the rooms, but spending some time in the garden with that stereo diffusion system (Bose) is super relaxing and very pleasant. Compliments from the audiophiles. Best wishes to all the staff.

I had a good time. The operators were very kind. A notice, sharing the common spaces, guests should be more respectful, for example, slamming doors, shouting in the corridors. I know that we are not in a monastery, but after 11:00 PM people rest. More respect is needed. I think many guests come because the structure is close to the Campus Biomedico. I just ask for a little supervision. Operators and structure are fine. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Affittacamere Campus Trigoria for two days, and the experience was more than positive. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. Ms. Francesca was extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the Affittacamere is strategic: close to the Trigoria medical campus, but at the same time in a quiet area, ideal for resting after an intense day. Another positive point was the value for money, definitely competitive. In conclusion, I highly recommend it for both leisure and business trips. I recommend it.

Clean environment in a quiet area halfway between Fiumicino Airport and Rome and less than 10 minutes from the Biomedical Campus and the Castel Romano Outlet Village. The structure is surrounded by greenery with a stunning pool... Mrs. Francesca, then, is friendly and kind. Breakfast was not served, but there is a pastry bar just 50 meters away to have it. Lovely! Among the hundreds of hotels and places where I have stayed in my life, this has become one of my favorites! The structure is very welcoming, refined in every detail, harmonious, and shining! More than a customer, Francesca and Alessia made me feel like part of a big family, always kind, smiling, and ready to meet every need. Thank you! The plants, the flowers, the spotlessly clean and colorful rooms, the pool, and the various sofas really made a difference in my stay, making it simply superb! What can I say, thank you, when you manage a place with passion, it shows! See you soon! PS. To Mrs. Verenia - from the review above, I just wanted to say, to be honest, that I also heard her arguing with her son at night...

I spent a very pleasant week at the Affittacamere Campus Trigoria facility. Cleanliness and distinction are its main qualities, for a reasonable price. Very welcoming Mrs. Alessia. Everything is well organized and the service is accurate. Towels are changed every day. Nice terrace from which you can admire a fabulous landscape and where you can eat. The pool adds a touch of glamour to the facility, even though I personally did not use it. It is located in a quiet suburban area, convenient to reach the Grande Raccordo Anulare and the Laurentina metro B station quickly. I will definitely consider it for a future stay in Rome. It's a shame that breakfast is not included. I would have appreciated if at least some breakfast products were made available. However, it's a good idea to have access to the kitchen and fridge.

During my stay, I could notice and appreciate the cordiality of Francesca and her staff, who solved all the problems I had to face these days. We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 5 days. The place is very well-kept with a beautiful garden and a pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the shared kitchen, complete with everything you need, adds value to the property. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to lack of time. Definitely recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Francesca who met our unexpected needs. Thank you very much. The structure is equipped with every comfort, it is a must to stop in the garden upon returning in the evening. Despite the distance, it is quite well connected by the bus that drops you right in front of the structure. We will definitely return.

Interesting proposal for those who should stay at the Affittacamere Campus Trigoria. For the rest, the location is definitely out of the way compared to the city center of Rome.

This was a fantastic guest house for visiting the nearby University Hospital Bio-Medico. The transportation provided to and from the airport by Luigi was also wonderful. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs to stay in the area. Thank you!

An oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by greenery a stone's throw away from the Biomedical Policlinic of Rome and Eur. Brand new structure tastefully furnished, the feeling you breathe is of familiarity, impeccable cleanliness. I was impressed by the all Italian and young staff, managed on a family level, it feels like being at home. Panoramic terrace overlooking beautiful villas, outdoor areas full of flowers, equipped with sofas and a very large patio, in short a place we will definitely return to.

Beautiful structure and comfortable rooms. The bathrooms are new as well as the style of furniture. The structure is very clean and they tidy up and clean every day. The only downside is the breakfast, there is little to eat, just one croissant per guest and coffee or tea pods. I would like it more if it were more varied or at best if handmade.

Brand new structure immersed in greenery, tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail. The staff is helpful and courteous, excellent cleanliness, spacious kitchen, and panoramic view of Affittacamere Campus Trigoria you can see the Roman castles. Excellent location for those who need to go to the biomedical polyclinic and the university, just a few minutes' walk away. I recommend it.
