Relais Villa Italia is a real "Oasis of Peace" a luxury guest house, the imposing structure immense in the green and surrounded by ancient trees was built in the 50s by a rich family of Roman builders and completely renovated and inaugurated in May 2018.
The star of many films such as "Cleopatra" has been coveted by many famous actors, her park of about 3 hectares was a marvel, but Ms. Italy was the most determined and eventually became the new owner in 1988.
Thus was born the name of Villa Italia, a great love that turns 30.
Located just 200 meters from the Policlinico Campus Biomedico and a few kilometers from the EUR district as well as the Outlet McArthurGlen of Castel Romano and CinecittàWorld. The Villa is surrounded by greenery, with private parking and outdoor spaces, the garden is a nursery garden super-cured that frames the large pool, we also have large outdoor areas equipped for guests.
The structure Villa Italia is composed of different types of accommodation designed to make any stay unique and welcoming in a family and quiet environment ideal for travelers who need to stay in the EUR area for work or to go to the University Campus Biomedico in Rome, as an alternative to the cold and often anonymous reception of hotels.

I have travelled for work purposes and I found the Relais Villa Italia a very suitable, clean and comfortable place. The accommodation is very nice and located in a quiet area, around 15 minutes walk from Hospital Campus Bio-Medico. The owner and the staff are very friendly, but also the information they shared about transportation, restaurants and what to visit was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend the place and would definitely like to visit them again soon!

grazie per aver censito positivamente la nostra struttura ci dispiace che abbia avuto problemi ma l'aria è perfettamente funzionate se ci chiedeva aiuto avremmo potuto indirizzarla sul corretto funzionamento il sistema è completamento automatico non consente l'impostazione della temperatura se bassa se la camera è gia' fresca ed in questi giorni lo sono sembra marzo. Comunque poteva darli alti i punteggi perchè modestamente lo meritiamo :-) a presto

Grazie per aver censito positivamente la nostra struttura il bagno è nella media comunque molto funzionale e comodo disegnato da un noto architetto . Per il piazzale esterno alla struttura purtroppo è competenza comunale di cui non siamo nostro malgrado responsabili ma nonostante questo lo teniamo sempre pulito e curato. Per il parcheggio interno essendo gratuito a disponibilità limitata finiti gli accessi non consentiamo ad altri ospiti l’ingresso ,come può dire che c’era disponibilità i clienti si spostano per poi rientrare. In ogni caso all’estero ci sono numerosi posti auto privati e viseosrvegliati c’è un posto per tutti come assegnato anche lei . La struttura sorge in zona residenziale e tranquilla non ci sono problemi di parcheggio ne di sicurezza. Saremo sempre felici di ospitarvi a presto lo staff

One-night stay. As per instructions on the property's website, a week before I sent a message communicating my approximate arrival time asking if I needed to send documents for check-in and I was told that it was not necessary but we would do everything upon our arrival. Perfect. On the day of the reservation, I had an unexpected event and having a commitment in the evening, I would not have had time to go to the b&b before check-in, so my idea was to call and communicate this change of plans. They catch me off guard and call me around 8 pm to ask where I was. I politely explain that I wouldn't make it on time and ask if there would be any issues arriving later (I also provide a precise time range). The person on the phone somewhat rudely replies verbatim: "well, I would say there are issues since the property closes at 9." I tell her that I had read on the website about the possibility of late check-ins and she tells me that I misunderstood. I tell her that I cannot go to the property by that time and ask for a solution. Faced with her continuous rudeness and unwillingness to accommodate me, I start to get annoyed as well and say to her "I can't make it to you by that time, what do I do? Fly?" and the lady reproaches me saying "this is a serious matter, it doesn't seem appropriate to make jokes." In the end, she finds a solution, and I transmit to her over the phone the details of my credit card to pay the tourist tax, I send her perfectly scanned identity documents via email and magically late check-in becomes feasible. All this was simply ridiculous. I had never experienced such rudeness before. The higher ratings I give only for the condition of the property, on which I have nothing to say because it is well maintained and clean.

Restiamo veramente perplessi di quanto scrive il check-in tardivo salvo buon fine del pagamento lo proponiamo a tutti e lo facciamo spesso come anche indicato nella email predefinita che ricevendo tutti i clienti al momento della prenotazione non avviene per magia come vuol far credere lei! Purtroppo non possiamo allegare la foto della chat intercorsa con lei mezzo whatsapp perché questo non è supportato dal programma di risposta alla sua recensione così che tutti potessero leggere le sue dolci parole di ringraziamento alla nostra gentile disponibilità come lei stessa afferma l’abbiamo contattatata noi come nostra usanza quando in prossimità della chiusura non vediamo arrivare gli ospiti che non usiamo lasciare fuori anche se potremmo . In risposta invece abbiamo ricevuto la sua arroganza e le sue false affermazioni magari era nervosa incomprensibilmente per altri motivi suoi personali ma non inventi e non offenda nessuno sopratutto chi lavora anche per risolvere un suo problema come abbiamo educatamente fatto noi.

grazie per aver censito positivamente la nostra struttura, e chiediamo venia per l'accaduto non calcolando il cattivo tempo abbiamo per svista dimenticato di attivare la caldaia abbinata a supporto dei pannelli solari non necessaria in estate, questa è stata la causa del raffreddamento da lei avvertito, invece gia' attivo dalle 7.00. Ci faremo perdonare qualora sarete di nuovi ospiti. Grazie ancora a presto lo staff

In the Trigoria area of Rome, there is the very well-kept Relais Villa Italia. Rooms with en-suite bathrooms recently renovated, cozy, clean, and well-furnished. The structure is also equipped with a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a very well-kept English lawn and internal car parking. Ideally, it would be possible to include breakfast, not provided, instead one is forced to take the car and go to the nearby bar. Recommended structure for everyone.

Grazie mille per aver lasciato un feedback positivo, lavoriamo molto per questo e ogni giorno è una sfida, ma quanto qualcuno apprezza il nostro lavoro e la nostra struttura ci riempie di gioia, le vostre opinioni ed i vostri consigli ci aiutano a migliorare, ma per la colazione ci dobbiamo pensare, in passato era un servizio che offrivamo e anche gratuitamente ma poi ci siamo resi conto che era complicato e molto impegnativo da gestire a volte poco apprezzato nonostante il grande lavoro che c'era dietro. Di supporto abbiamo i distributori automatici che fra l'altro fanno il caffe' molto piu' buono del nostro :-) e piu' di un bar di fronte alla struttura raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti, ci sembra un buon compromesso ! Comunque non si sa mai magari un giorno torneremo sui nostri passi, nell'attesa ci auguriamo di riavervi presto nostri ospiti. Arrivederci lo staff .

I have been to this property twice within a month, and I will never go back. The girl at the reception is extremely rude and arrogant. In our family of four, I booked a triple room because my daughter, who found a place in Trigoria, would sleep at her own place. Regrettably, the receptionist did not allow my daughter to enter the property; she did not even let her get out of the car! What more can I say? The property is also ambiguous about breakfast: there simply isn't any! Additionally, there is no fridge in the room. I am not used to writing reviews like this, but I cannot stand arrogance and rudeness. In response to the manager's statement "IF YOU BOOK A TRIPLE ROOM (3 guests) you cannot bring in a hidden fourth guest in the car, no one put his daughter in the car except for her", it is true, my daughter was in the car with me, certainly not hidden, she was just moving to her own place. I asked if she could get out before going home, and I was told "she can't even set foot on the ground". Perhaps she forgot??? I'm sorry, but I'm certainly not the one lying...

Gentile cliente la ragazza che lei in termine spregiativo chiama "portinaia" fa solo il suo lavoro, che significa far rispettare le regole, in torto è lei, SE PRENOTA UNA CAMERA TRIPLA ( 3 ospiti) non si puo' introdurre con il quarto ospite nascosto in auto, nessuno a messo sua figlia in macchina a parte lei. Sostiene di essere gia' stato nostro ospite e se torna significa che si è trovato bene, e questo ci rende felici, ma non la esonera a rispettare le regole a maggior ragione se sua figlia ha casa qui che motivo cè di questo accanimento. Ci dispiace leggere le sue parole false e contradditorie solo per diffamarci come quanto parla della colazione un servizio che non offriamo quindi perchè citarlo, bho! In conclusione il suo atteggiamento risulta ambiguo non certo il nostro. Comunque grazie per averci scelto e sara' sempre il benvenuto presso la nostra struttura qualora ne avesse bisogno. I stayed for a few days and I had a great time, the property is close to the Biomedical Campus (reason for the stay) and I couldn't have chosen better. Welcome, availability, kindness that are not always found. Francesca, the owner is a wonderful person, loves her job, loves making her guests feel at home, and it was just like that. If I had to go back to Rome and choose a place to stay (near the property) I would definitely choose Villa Relais Italia. Highly recommended.

For the pool everything is fine! The room is very small, without a fridge but clean. The big problem is Francesca, she DOES NOT know how to talk to guests, she is very tough, aggressive.

cara Alexandra ti abbiamo aiutato in tutto dal primo giorno della prenotazione, con il taxi a tutti i tuoi disagi che riscontravi non parlando bene la nostra lingua, purtroppo ti sei introdotta in stanza con 2 persone estranee di nascosto anche minorenni senza neanche disturbarti di avvisare, o chiedere permesso! Ma ripeto di nascosto in quanto è chiaro e legalmente non possibile ovunque, quanto ce ne siamo accorte e te lo abbiamo fatto notare, Io Francesca te l'ho fatto notare allora ti sei rivolta in maniera arrogante e poco educata nei miei confronti dura sei stata tu, senza neanche chiedere scusa ma dicendo " perché rubiamo???" Quindi credo che dovresti farti un esame di coscienza prima di parlare male di me! Le camere sono giuste e spaziose infatti ci sei stata in 4 persone per diverse ore anziché in 2 ! il frigorifero cè ed è grandissimo sta in cucina lo avete usato tutti i giorni come la cucina del resto , anche questa mattina mi hai chiesto di restare fino a stasera pur avendo il check-out alle 10.30 e giustamente ti è stato risposto che non era possibile, a meno che salvo disponibilità non tenevi la stanza pagando il dovuto ovviamente, anche questo a scaturito la tua ira anche parlando la tua lingua "rumeno" contro di noi non comprendendola, Sono in pace con la mia coscienza e per te ho fatto molto, appena lasciata la struttura hai scritto questa recensione, se ti senti realizzata cosi' allora ok ! gentile cliente dare questo punteggio alla nostra struttura è a dir poco falso e vergognoso! perché dalle camere alla location è un posto meraviglioso, se non le è piaciuto il nostro personale ci può dispiacere ma si poteva limitare ad essere specifico su quello magari anche indicato la motivazione in quanto non ci risulta, di conseguenza in virtu' anche dei numerosi commenti positivi che riceviamo tuti i giorni la sua recensione lascia il tempo che trova, magari scortese è stato lei anche totalmente accontentabile! Eppure l'età dovrebbe aiutarla ad essere un uomo piu' galante!!!

Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, the structure is well-kept in every detail, both inside and outside, surrounded by a truly beautiful garden, and with a large pool, all very clean. The rooms are new and luxurious, superior to many 5-star hotels! The mattress is very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Posto tranquillo e silenzioso, immerso nel verde. Camere nuove e pulite, la proprietaria Francesca disponibile e simpaticissima. Posizione facilmente raggiungibile dal raccordo e comodo per arrivare al campus biomedico.
