Description
Our rooms all have private bathrooms and, in a nearly unique feature, each has its own fully equipped private kitchen. This allows for a level of privacy that is practically unknown in any other establishment. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with large screens, free wifi, and each has its own state-of-the-art, and therefore very quiet, air conditioner. The heating is independent and fully adjustable. There is the option of adding an extra bed for children at no additional cost. Another almost hard-to-find feature is the extreme ease of parking.

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

We are in the vicinity of the Porta di Roma shopping center and the Salesian university, as well as various private clinics such as Villa Mafalda, Villa Tiberia, and the S. Alessandro healthcare center, among others.

We are very well connected by public transportation, and recently the new Jonio subway station was opened near us, providing direct access to the entire city.

Unfortunately, I did not like it. We stayed there for three nights, a mattress with springs sticking out, we had to put a blanket between the mattress and the mattress cover to be able to sleep. The sheets were not well stretched and it seemed like someone else had already slept there... I hope it wasn't the case. The kitchen was unusable due to grease, old and greasy pots, and the dishwasher with the dishes of the previous occupants inside. When I took a spoon from it, it was crusted. The bathroom had a dirty floor, as well as the toilet. I recommend to Mr. Fabrizio, very kind by the way, to change the cleaning lady and to thoroughly review the kitchen primarily, and the rest afterwards.

UP: Facilità di parcheggio libero in strada. Il Titolare cordiale e simpatico. Ambiente carino con cucina attrezzata. DOWN: materassi a molle da sostituire non sono proprio il massimo della comodità. Mancanza di carta igienica. Visto questo rivedrei il prezzo o migliorerei la qualità.

Ho utilizzato questa abitazione e devo dire di essere stato accolto bene, Alessandro è stato cortese, attento e disponibile. L'abitazione era pulita (cosa importante) ordinata e completa di quanto utile al soggiorno. Senz'altro un riferimento che conserverò per i prossimi ritorni su Roma, anche perché la zona è silenziosissima, immersa nel verde e a due passi dai servizi.

Soggiorno 20, 21 marzo, consigliatissimo camera grande ben arredata ogni confort e ben rifinita, clima, riscaldamento, wifi, tv ultima generazione. Bagno ottimo, zona cucina nuova. Ti senti di stare a casa tua. Il tutto ristrutturato. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. In zona tranquilla e ben servita. Punto strategico per raggiungere qualsiasi zona. Che dire nn perdere tempo per prenotare. Grazie di tutto Alessandro.
