Description
Our rooms all have private bathrooms and, in a nearly unique feature, each has its own fully equipped private kitchen. This allows for a level of privacy that is practically unknown in any other establishment. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with large screens, free wifi, and each has its own state-of-the-art, and therefore very quiet, air conditioner. The heating is independent and fully adjustable. There is the option of adding an extra bed for children at no additional cost. Another almost hard-to-find feature is the extreme ease of parking.

UP: Easy street parking. The Owner is friendly and nice. Nice environment with equipped kitchen. DOWN: spring mattresses to replace are not exactly the height of comfort. Lack of toilet paper. Considering this, I would review the price or improve the quality.

I used this accommodation and I must say I was welcomed well, Alessandro was courteous, attentive, and helpful. The accommodation was clean (important), tidy, and complete with everything useful for the stay. Definitely a reference I will keep for my next returns to Rome, also because the area is very quiet, immersed in greenery, and close to services.

Stayed on March 20, 21, highly recommended. Large room, well furnished, with every comfort and nicely finished, climate control, heating, wifi, latest generation TV. Excellent bathroom, new kitchen area. You feel like you're at home. Everything renovated. Very kind and helpful owner. In a quiet and well-served area. Strategic point to reach any area.
