Every detail and every single aspect has been taken care of with pleasantness and aesthetic sense by the owner Cristina, a woman who loves cinema and culture. She wanted to give a touch of warmth and color to the Residence, making the guest feel immediately at home and at the same time offering them a range of unique and excellent colors and fabrics.
The aesthetics are also evident in the breakfast, in the selection of high pastry products, all expertly arranged to delight both the sight and the taste. Today, the Residence can rely on a loyal clientele, both Italian and foreign, a tourist and business target, who knows they can find in this corner of Rome, on a street full of shops, an oasis of well-being, peace, beauty, and great hospitality, all accompanied by inherent professionalism.

Bellissime camere pulizia e riordino camere perfetta sostituzione asciugamani tutti i giorni, zona molto tranquilla e servita da tutti i tipi di negozi, la propietaria gentile e disponibile, unica piccola pecca nella colazione (ottimi: cornetti freschi e cappuccino) ma perché io sono goloso, manca il salato, perciò non ho dato 10.

Ogni volta che torniamo a Roma prenotiamo qui. La Signora Cristina è una perfetta padrona di casa e ha sempre risolto ogni nostro problema. Colazione ottima e il suo cappuccino è buonissimo. Camere bellissime e pulite. Lo consigliamo.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo buonissimo, stanze moderne ed arredate con cura, letto confortevole.
Stanza pulita e molto accogliente. Ricca la colazione; molto disponibile e cortese il personale.
Attorno al B&B ci sono tantissimi negozi, ristoranti e locali. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente. Ci tornerei subito.

Ottima struttura, arredata con cura e stile. Molto attenta alla sicurezza degli ospiti. Bagno confortevole, letto comodo. Accoglienza ineccepibile per professionalità e cortesia. Mi è stato utile per la vicinanza alla casa di cura dove avevo parente da assistere. Nelle ore libere piacevoli passeggiate su via Ojetti piena di negozi e di qualsiasi servizio. Ci ritornerei.

Sono stata ospite insieme a parte della mia famiglia della Residenza Talenti, situata all'interno di un bel condominio, in un buon contesto cittadino, ben collegato al resto della città: con i mezzi di trasporto pubblici si arriva facilmente dappertutto.
La camera piuttosto grande e molto luminosa, con una grande finestra persiana abbellita da una tenda bianca, il bagno enorme, sempre con finestra, altrettanto arioso e luminoso, hanno reso la nostra permanenza molto piacevole e confortevole.
I mobili, il letto, l'armadio, la scrivania con mensola, tutti i dettagli ben curati, alimentano un'atmosfera pulita e profumata da calde fragranze, che semplicemente fanno la differenza. Persino dietro la porta, attraverso il piccolo corridoio che conduce alle camere c'è un posticino accogliente, dove potersi rilassare sorseggiando una tisana o un caffèprima di rincasare e conservare i bei ricordi freschi di giornata.
Descrivere l'ambientazione seppur suggestiva tuttavia non sarebbe esaustivo, se non scegliendo come punto di osservazione la camera o la porta d’ingresso a essa.
La calorosa accoglienza mostrata dalla signora Cristina, con la sua simpatia e gentilezza; la sua disponibilità e quella del suo staff, durante tutto il soggiorno, con l'attenzione data alla colazione, identificano, distinguendo, credo, la vera cifra di questo B&B adatto anche a chi ha bambini.

È sicuramente il primo commento, perché so che ha aperto da poco tempo. Ho soggiornato presso la Residenza Talenti, per un motivo contingente. Avevamo i lavori a casa e non volevamo andare in albergo. Io ero un po' scettica, ma mio marito lo aveva visto passando ed ha insistito. Meno male!! Ho fatto una scoperta bellissima che, sicuramente, utilizzerò per i miei amici che vengono da fuori e per segnalarlo agli amici che vengono a lavorare a Roma.
Stanza confortevole, luminosa ed elegante. Bagno...magari lo avessero fatto così a casa nostra! Unico!! Con una doccia grandissima. La colazione, servita dalla proprietaria (gentilissima),la mattina alle 7.30 gradevolissima, in una sala colazioni deliziosa ed accogliente. E tante piccole sfumature che sembra veramente di trovarsi a casa! Ai prossimi lavori, saprò dove andare. Complimenti alla proprietaria!
