Spacious and clean room. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work perfectly and was very noisy. A review and good maintenance would be needed, too bad.

48 hours in Rome for study purposes... \nThe search for an affordable and decently located structure close to the metro (bus) proves to be difficult, especially in light of the uncontrolled price increases in view of the upcoming Jubilee in 2025...\nIn the end, almost by chance, the eye falls on My Guest Roma and, driven by the positive reviews, I book for 2 nights.... \nWhat can I say? It was like visiting a dear friend who hosts you at his home, in this case Stefano, the very friendly owner who manages to make you feel at ease in 10 seconds as only an old friend can do... \nThe room, in a well-maintained century-old structure located in a very peaceful neighborhood (Trieste) that is not too chaotic and excellently served, was quiet, clean, and well organized from every point of view.\nI highly recommend this structure, it has everything you need to stay well in Rome and the added bonus of a lovely person who makes himself available for anything (he offered us luggage storage on the day of departure after checkout for the whole morning... Great Bed and Breakfast. The owner is very kind and helpful and the rooms are comfortable.

Stefano is a perfect host. Very kind, he welcomes you perfectly. He advises you on where to go and what to visit, in which places to eat or drink. The location of the B&B is very convenient for those arriving at Roma Tiburtina and can be reached either by 1 metro stop (about 10 minutes from Piazza Bologna station) or by bus (stop almost under the building, otherwise it's a 30-minute walk). The area is beautiful, there are the villas of various Embassies, and it is a very residential area. The rooms are clean, each with its own bathroom and equipped with air conditioning.

My husband and I have just returned from a lovely stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with a wardrobe, double bed, and a very clean bathroom. The building was easy to find, and the check-in process was quick. Stefano gave us lots of great recommendations and tips and tricks for our trip to Rome. Getting to central Rome was only a 10-minute walk to the metro and then 3/4 stops or a direct bus that takes 15 minutes! Thank you for a wonderful few days!

We arrived early on Saturday morning and were greeted very well. Great place to stay in a really quiet area. The nearest metro is 10 minutes away and only three stops from Termini station. Restaurants and supermarkets very close. Stefano, the manager, is a really lovely person. Surely on our next trip to Rome we will stay here again.

Unfortunately, I had unreasonable check-in and check-out times, in addition to an extra request for an iron, but despite everything the manager of the property was super helpful and kind. I stayed in a single room, very simple but super clean and it does its job, especially for the extremely competitive price for Rome standards. If I were to return to Rome, I would almost certainly come back here.

The structure responded well to my needs, the manager was super kind and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we enjoyed excellent hospitality from the kind host. Stefano was extremely kind and professional and greeted us as we arrived a bit late at night. The location is safe and walking distance to metro / bus stop and has a 24x7 grocery store right opposite. The rooms were cleaned every day and accommodation was quite comfortable. We'd love to stay here on our next visit. Thank you!

This was a fantastic stay. The host was fantastic and you had everything you needed. Guidance was very helpful and answers to all of our questions were provided. Very respectful, I highly recommend. I rated not provided for breakfast, but I think there was, we just always ate out and there is a local supermarket nearby where you can get food. We just did not rate what we did not try.

Great location (near bus station or metro Bologna), beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great host. Everything about the accommodation was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. We had a small room for four people, but it was enough for us. Most of all I appreciate the excellent communication from the host and his helpfulness. I was very pleased with my stay.

We had a great time, the room, clean and welcoming, is in an elegant house located in a quiet residential neighborhood but convenient to reach all the places of interest by bus or metro. In addition, Stefano gave us the right tips to visit a less touristy Rome.

Great solution for Rome, very kind owner and knowledgeable about the city's cultural heritage. Easily accessible by public transportation in the Nomentana area, breakfast agreed with a nearby bar. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast, located in a very nice neighborhood away from the tourist chaos but at the same time not too far from the center. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The host is very kind, helpful, and provides great tips on tourist attractions in Rome and the surroundings. We would definitely come back again!

I wasn't in Rome for tourism and for me it was important to stay in a strategic location for my interests, and also be able to work on the PC from the accommodation. The owner is an absolutely delightful person, a true professional in the hospitality industry. I recommend without hesitation, all extremely positive.

My Guest Roma turned out to be an excellent choice for our stay in Rome. The property matches the photos, our room was very large, equipped with a fridge and had daily cleaning service, which is not a given for bed and breakfasts. The strong point is the location, just a few minutes walk from Bologna metro station and with everything at hand (restaurants, supermarkets, bars...). Stefano, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person, generous with advice to make the most of the area and to visit Rome. Excellent value for money, definitely a structure to recommend!

The place was very clean. It is located in a residential area, so it was safe and quiet. The host was very helpful. I thought the top part of the wall was missing (It was just my thought. Stefano took a photo and explained that the room has the top part of the wall.) so during my stay, I was very worried that the light and noise from my room would disturb the others staying next to my room and they wouldn't be able to sleep easily. But there was no need to worry! I should have asked him about it! lol.

Excellent value for money. The location is not in the historical heart of Rome, but it is in a very well-connected neighborhood (bus/subway) and very pleasant to live in (lively/safe/with parks). Stefano is a helpful, kind host and very very good advice. Nothing to complain about.

I would highlight Stefano's kindness and his recommendations. The location is a bit far from the historic center, but very close there is a bus stop and a metro station. The room is quite good, equipped with a mini-fridge and air conditioning. Furthermore, you leave the room and have at your disposal a kettle to prepare breakfast with 3 types of Nescafé, teas, and sugar. \n\nWhat I liked least were the microfiber towels, which did not dry very well. However, the other towels were terry. Right in front there is a Carrefour Express and also a restaurant where you eat very well at a very good price. \n\nWithout a doubt, if I return to Rome I would stay here. I recommend it, good value for money.

We had a lovely stay in Rome and the host was brilliant and easy to contact if we needed. We didn’t find the air conditioning massively effective, but other than that, the room was just as described. Perfect location for either walking (1 hour) or taking a 25-minute bus ride to the main attractions in Rome. Lots of restaurants within walking distance (15 minutes).

I was extremely well received by Stefano who did everything to make me feel comfortable. The apartment is ideally located just minutes from the metro. The room was very clean, cleaned every day and functional! Stefano is very accommodating and very kind, I thank him greatly for everything. I recommend 100%.

It's not a 5-star but it offered me what I needed, I don't have many demands. Price in line with the area. Possibility to have breakfast a 5-minute walk away. Pay attention to the camera on the street; when leaving the property, do not go right, it's prohibited, risk of fine.

My judgment is excellent as the location is perfect to move around Rome, Stefano, the owner, is of a rare kindness and availability, I went every morning to a bar below the house for breakfast. Everything perfect.

I stayed for one night at Stefano's, who is certainly very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room, which is practically a private apartment, is spacious and equipped with the essentials. The environment has a vintage touch, except for the bedroom and bathroom.\n\nI would like to give some advice, maybe remove the carpets (risk of tripping and difficulty with luggage) and improve the bathroom and bed linen.

The landlord was super nice and helpful. He gave me tips on where it's not too crowded. He answered every question immediately. On the day of departure, he came extra to say goodbye to me. Really very warm. The room was cleaned every day and my bed made. Everything needed was there.

I am very satisfied with the stay at My Guest Roma. Impeccable cleanliness, warm welcome, and advice, quiet neighborhood, accessible by transport. Top of the top.

Valid bed and breakfast to stay in Rome city center without spending a fortune. It is located in the area of Piazza Bologna and is well connected to the most famous areas of the center thanks to several bus solutions and the metro (the most convenient stop is Bologna, 800 meters away, as it is the closest to Tiburtina station). The surrounding area is also nice, quiet for a walk, there are shops, services, and several bars, among which we recommend the great Momart right in front and the bars on Corso Trieste. We chose this bed and breakfast to attend the evening show at the Sistina and the following day at the Van Gogh exhibition in Piazza Venezia. Thanks to the fantastic manager's advice, we quickly reached the destinations by bus, even at night. The highest vote goes indeed to the manager, for his great availability and kindness, as well as the ability to provide guests with useful tips for their stay. Breakfast can be taken at one of the two affiliated bars just a stone's throw away, one of which offers giant warm brioches, run by Sicilian owners: recommended! The bed and breakfast building is an old beautiful but externally neglected building, not internally. The room is more than decent, spacious, clean, with all the amenities, fridge, hairdryer, courtesy set, kettle for hot drinks. The quality-price ratio is more than excellent... in summary, it was a pleasant stay and I believe we will choose it again on the next occasion in Rome.

I stayed only one night, but I was able to appreciate the excellent location, a well-furnished room, very clean and both my children and I also appreciated the quality and comfort of the beds. Stefano is a pleasant person, who takes the time to give very good advice! The location is really great because there is the bus and metro 3 minutes walk away, which is ideal! The room is in good condition, the cleanliness is impeccable. If you want to have a stress-free stay, Stefano will be the best host you can have. It was our first trip to Italy and Stefano really shares the best addresses of Rome, as well as the restaurants around the accommodation (the restaurant "la casetta" and the pizzeria "san marino" are 2 excellent places to absolutely discover!) Strategic and quiet place, yet very well-served. The welcome and directions received from Stefano were very helpful. Definitely worth coming back.

The bed and breakfast is well located near the bus stop, with the same ticket you can access the tram and all distances are covered. I stayed with my husband and we found Stefano, the room manager, very helpful and up to his task. Excellent person. The only downside in my opinion is the price... it seemed a bit expensive to me. Breakfast at the nearby bar, run by a Sicilian couple. Excellent croissants and a cheerful atmosphere.

I stayed here only two days but I'm ready to come back, the room is very nice, convenient as a location (close to everything) and the manager, Stefano, really makes sure you lack nothing, always available and friendly!

I can only give 5 stars and congratulate Stefano (the owner) for his impeccable service! The BnB is located in a strategic location for transportation. Stefano spent over an hour of his time explaining to me what the wisest choices were to make my life easier during my trip, both for transportation and visits. The cleaning staff is incredibly discreet and precise. I will most likely return to this BnB because as Stefano told me so well "you always have to keep some things to see for the next time." I highly recommend. Again, thank you so much, it was truly a great stay!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic holiday in Rome, and part of the credit for this goes to My Guest Roma. The property is very close to the bus and metro stop, and the building is easy to find. The manager, Stefano, is a lovely person, always available and attentive to every need, knows the city very well and can give excellent advice and directions on how to initially orient yourself. Our room/apartment was clean and tidy upon our arrival, and the daily cleanings were done carefully. Unbeatable value for money compared to other B&Bs I have visited before. Highly recommended for those planning a vacation full of sightseeing throughout the city and in need of services close to the B&B. Breakfast is free in one of the bars less than 150 meters from the property, and both associated bars are of quality (excellent Sicilian croissants). Another advantage is the Carrefour open 24 hours a day, where you can stop for a snack or a drink at "normal" prices compared to those in the center or at the usual bars and restaurants.

The location is good and strategic for visiting Rome. Spacious and clean room. Kind and helpful manager. Safe reference point for the next Roman holidays.

Excellent structure with an exquisite manager who has made every effort to facilitate our stay.

My family and I had an excellent stay at My Guest Roma. First of all, we would like to highlight Stefano's flexibility and kindness, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Next, we would like to highlight the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation, making us feel at home. We just loved the neighbourhood, which is quiet and truly Italian, away from the tourist noises. It also has several amenities (restaurants, cafes, 24-hour supermarket) and is close to the bus stop that takes us to the heart of the city (only 4 stops to the Termini station). When back to Rome, we already know our address!

I came to Rome for the first time alone and found a wonderful welcome at My Guest Roma, the owner is kind and very helpful and helped me a lot to find everything I needed in the city, the room and the stay fully met my expectations, I will definitely come back.

The structure is clean, tidy, and equipped with every comfort. However, what matters most is to compliment the manager: very kind, courteous, and helpful.

Very kind and helpful manager.

Excellent communication with the manager, who is a good and friendly person. I stayed in a small single room, comfortable and above all very clean. A great accommodation solution.

We spent 6 days at the B&B and we had a good time. We really enjoyed the area which is quiet but close to a lively area (Piazza Bologna) with bars, clubs, restaurants, and ice cream shops. The subway (blue line) is a 10-15 minute walk away, the bus stop is much closer. Breakfast was at a bar near the property, cappuccino and croissant, good. We had a small issue with the TV, then resolved. There are 2 internet lines, both a bit unstable. I managed to connect only early in the morning, in the evening I never managed. It wasn't a problem for me, I didn't have to work. Stefano, the manager, is a lovely and helpful person, he took care of everything impeccably. I thank him very much.

Although the structure may be a bit dated, Stefano, the owner, maintains it very well. The rooms are very clean and well-kept, functional. The WiFi is excellent. The bathroom is large and spacious. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Rome thanks to Stefano, the property manager of My Guest Roma. He began helping us to organize our trip even before we arrived! Stefano's genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The B&B is situated in a lovely neighborhood not far from the center but far enough for a good night's sleep :). Our rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The metro is only a 10-minute walk away and from there, the Coliseum is only 15 minutes away. We really appreciated Stefano taking the time to map out the best public transportation routes, restaurants, etc. for our needs. When we return to Rome, we will certainly be coming back to this place 'our home away from home'.

I was there a few days ago, very nice quadruple room, comfortable and above all impeccable cleanliness. The manager and the receptionist are helpful and super kind. Experience that I recommend, I will definitely come back. It's also easy to move around, there are subways very close to the B&B.

A very pleasant stay! I was alone with my 2 small kids and the host is very nice. The room is spacious and very clean! I just love the place. Breakfast during COVID is challenging but the owner organized a good pastry and hot coffee at the bar nearby for us. If I must be back to Rome, I will definitely visit the place again.

We had a wonderful stay at My Guest Roma. We couldn’t have felt more welcome. Stefano was an exceptional host, going way beyond the call of duty to spend a lot of time with us to help organize our sightseeing in Rome. We were treated like long lost family. The accommodations were impeccably clean and Nedaesha went out of her way anticipating our needs before we knew what they were. We appreciated the cholov yisroel breakfasts which kept us going til dinner and the plentiful shabos meals. Several kosher restaurants are nearby. The location was convenient, half a block from the bus stop which took us to Piazza Venezia (where all our touring started each day) in just 20 minutes. If we return to Rome, we would definitely stay at My Guest Roma again.

Everything was very good, the place at the table during breakfast was not conceivable when we are 4 with twelve young people and only twelve seats. In short, my husband and one of my daughters could not sit down.

I booked this reservation only for one night, our last night in Rome, after coming back from traveling outside the city. The place had *very* high reviews on TripAdvisor (Like 98% 5-star), and it looked decent in the photos. But my wife and I were overall very disappointed with our experience here, in spite of the high level of cleanliness, and the host, Stefano, seeming like a nice guy, and generally being responsive and eager to please. Our main issues were with (1) the location, which turned out to be in a dull residential neighborhood far from the action, and without much going on, (2) the property itself, which, though pretty from the outside (it's in an art deco-style building with a cool lobby), is chopped up and unappealing to spend time in, and (3) the breakfast, which was dismal - consisting of a variety of undesirable things: packaged cookies, packaged "toast", sad looking slices of carrot and bell pepper, a bowl of unripe fruit, corn flakes, and an old cake (aside from the corn flakes and the "toast, " the only things that constituted actual "breakfast" foods was coffee, which was machine made and fairly mediocre, and packaged yogurt, which wasn't anything special). Only after arriving and looking over some of the promotional materials, did we realize that this place actually seems to market itself to Jewish clients (the breakfast, for example, while dismal, was at least kosher). Not being Jewish, my wife and I therefore did not feel the benefits that may exist uniquely for Jewish clients - so this is something to keep in mind. (I'm not sure how difficult it is to find kosher meals in Rome, and maybe this is a service that really appeals to certain clients). It also seems like there are synagogues in the neighborhood, which would also appeal uniquely to Jews, but not necessarily to gentiles looking for a cute place with some interesting restaurants and/or shops nearby. Location: Located in an upscale residential neighborhood with lots of large art-deco style apartment buildings, and traversed by large avenues. A perfectly pretty place to walk around, but very little going on in the way of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, etc., and inconveniently far from the action downtown (45 minute subway ride + walk to trastevere, for example). My wife and I generally like being in "alternative" non-touristy neighborhoods, so we were looking forward to seeing something off the beaten trail, but this was *really* not convenient, and offered very little in the way of accessible local culture. Property: The building is an old art-deco building with a lovely lobby, but the actual part you stay in is a weirdly chopped up apartment that has been completely stripped bare of what were surely a lot of lovely historical details in the original apartment - it feels a bit like a small daycare center. The room was large and very clean, but had awkward fluorescent (energy-saving) lighting and ugly furniture. The bed was pretty comfortable, but wasn't ideal because it was actually two single mattresses pushed together, and separate sets of single sheets and blankets for each side. There was a bunkbed in the room, which was of no use to my wife and I. The towels were very thin and weird. The bathroom was very clean but unremarkable. There was a "common area" which was a small room with a few small hard chairs, a table, and no charm at all. As a sort of aside that isn't mean to target this place in particular, I noticed that Rome seems to be inundated with these "B&Bs" and I find them quite depressing. They take what was probably a really cool apartment, and turn it into an awkwardly renovated and chopped up space with very little charm. Like AirBnB I'm sure these places also end up driving up the rents for locals because it removes apartments from rental circulation. Next time I come to Rome, I think I'd rather stay in a traditional small hotel - at least there, you're staying in a place that was designed as a hotel and isn't some modified residential space, and that has an actual person cooking real food. Or just a regular AirBnB would be better (even though it still damages the local rental economy) because at least it is an actual apartment without the "bells and whistles. " Host: Stefano seems to be a very nice man - he was definitely eager to please us and offer us assistance and recommendations for places to go in the city center - and he was helpful in arranging a taxi for return to the airport. So I truly hope that he doesn't take any of my criticism personally. As I mentioned above, I suspect that his business may cater more to Jewish travelers looking for a budget option, and people in that category may find exactly what they are looking for. But I think he should also know that his space is not at all appealing for non-Jewish couples looking for a cute place to stay in a cool, alternative neighborhood, and that his breakfast, while kosher, is really really terrible. I think it would be better not to offer breakfast at all then to pretend this is a real service.

We picked this accommodation because of a review elsewhere which advised me that Stefano would provide a gluten free breakfast and advice for eating out gluten free. We felt really well looked after by Stefano and his staff. Although the property was slightly outside central Rome, travelling wasn't a problem and Stefano gave us various alternative ways of getting places and lots of advice and help.

A very good value for money, clean and welcoming. Breakfast, even though not expected, was kindly offered by the manager, the very kind Mr. Stefano, always ready to make himself available to solve even the smallest difficulty. I immediately recommended it to friends and relatives.

I stayed for work at My Guest Roma and found extreme willingness on the part of Mr. Stefano to meet my needs. Excellent breakfast and very quiet room. Mr. Stefano provided me with maps of Rome and indications for restaurants and services in the immediate vicinity, as well as advice on the use of public transport and sites to visit. I recommend it to both tourists staying in Rome (the center is easily reachable) and those staying for work.

My Guest Roma is an excellent place to stay in Rome. Stefano and his team are attentive to their guests and do everything to ensure their guests have a very pleasant stay: there is always someone reachable. Stefano provides maps with key points of interest and gives us useful information to optimize our time (transportation duration, etc.). The establishment is clean. Nearby: public transportation, supermarket, etc. Good bedding.

My family of 4 spent 3 nights at My Guest Roma. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My boys, 8 and 10, loved the bunk bed. Our room was large, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was great and kept us going well past lunch time. Cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, toast and jam, juices, hot chocolate for the kids and excellent coffee for us. Couldn't have really asked for much more. The location is great, a short bus or metro ride to all of the big sights, a super market 1 block away and plenty of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants a short walk from the property. The biggest selling point, however, is Stefano. He provides personalized service from the minute your reservation is confirmed. He gave us advice on sites to see, the best times to go, which tickets to buy before arriving in Rome and which to buy on site. He arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the property. Once there, he gave us maps and sat down to explain how to get where we wanted to go with the bus and/or metro. He even helped us find the best train prices from Rome to Naples! I have never been so well taken care of. Thank you Stefano for a wonderful stay in Rome.

This is a simple but very pleasant place to stay a few nights. It is located outside the center but transport into the city is easy. It is extremely clean, with comfortable beds, a very good breakfast, and very friendly and helpful management. Stefano speaks excellent English and will give good guidance on what to see and do. It is a traditional guest house, not a hotel, so very late arrivals can bring some disturbance. Bath towels are quite small. It caters especially for Jewish visitors, but others are also made to feel very welcome. Overall, this is excellent value for money, and we would happily stay there again.

I came to Rome with my 80-year-old parents. We are truly delighted to have stayed at My Guest Roma. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean, with excellent quality bedding. The breakfast is varied and everything is fresh. The slightly off-center location from the historic center was very appealing to us: the neighborhood is quiet with lots of greenery and has everything at hand (a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and 24/7, small restaurants, pharmacies). The neighborhood is well served by the metro and buses (there is even a tobacco shop across the street where you can buy tickets). And Stefano is the real plus of this address! Before our arrival, he had already sent me the names of websites where it was best to book certain visits in advance. On the day of our arrival, he personally welcomed us, then helped us every morning to plan our day. He was attentive to every detail of our stay, all while being very discreet. His staff is just like him. Thank you again for everything Stefano!

I stayed two nights, the kindness, availability, and passion seen in Stefano in carrying out this activity is exceptional. The place is well connected by public transport, very close bus stop, so you can reach Piazza Bologna metro in 2 minutes or 10 minutes on foot. In summary: 1) excellent structure 2) exceptional kindness and availability of Stefano.

After two solo stays for work reasons, I also brought the family: the welcome is marked by friendliness and the utmost availability to make the stay in the structure and in the city enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, with various services such as television, internet, air conditioning, refrigerator. Special note on order and cleanliness: I have always found the room and bathroom in excellent condition. Breakfast tailored to your needs. The location is optimal; quiet and well-served area: buses from Termini stop a few tens of meters away. Very useful detail: 24-hour supermarket nearby, great when you have young children. I brought the family knowing that we would be very comfortable and that we would have a perfect weekend, and so it was. The little girl was also able to play with the games provided for the guests! Overall judgment: excellent.

Our time at My Guest Roma was superb. Stefano makes the stay very special as he is always available and provides such wonderful care and concern for each visitor that comes through his doors. He is a wealth of information and can direct you to both the common sites and suggest special places that can make you visit memorable. Due to us not being able to meet our pre-arranged check-in time, Stefano arranged for someone to let us in and orient us to the facility. The next morning he was able to sit down with us and help us plan our time in Rome, very helpful.\n\nThe location of the B&B is very central to everything. Despite not being in the very center of old historical sites, it is still in the center of all of Rome and it is only a very short bus ride or metro ride away to the historical center. You just catch any bus, just one short block up from your door then hope on the Metro and you are in the center of things.\n\nThe breakfast is wonderful. Fresh hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, cookies, bread, preserves, cheese, juices, water, coffee, and tea. Stefano will cater to special requests as we witnessed while there when someone requested fresh veggies for breakfast and we dined on cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, and yellow/green peppers.\n\nThe rooms are clean and are cleaned daily and are of a good size for Rome. Rooms are larger as you go north in Italy, but they by no means small. The beds are firm. The windows open up to the yard/courtyard on the south side within the walls of the building property. There is some traffic noise if you have your window open but if the windows are closed, you hear hardly anything. Since we were there in mid-March we did have the windows open but quickly acclimatized to the noise level (except for the midnight pick up of trash by metro Rome). If you are there later in the season, you will not have the windows open because of the heat. There is some noise communication with other rooms but nothing that was disruptive.\n\nThe wifi is free but there were some problems our first day but the problem was determined not to be from Stefano's end. He quickly had someone in to correct the issues.\n\nIf you want good value for your money, you cannot go wrong staying here.

We were in Rome for the first time for 5 days and chose 'My Guest Roma' because of the good price, location, and excellent reviews.\n\nEverything is really as described. We felt very comfortable. Even though many have already praised Stefano, we want to join in the praises: he is hospitality personified. The friendly welcome, the clean, cozy atmosphere, and the almost 1000 insider tips, which we followed almost all of them. Simply fantastic! He even offered to contact him on WhatsApp in case of problems, which we didn't need.\n\nOverall: highly recommended.

Really happy to have stayed in such a lovely hotel with such a attentive and friendly manager as Stefano, who always served us with a smile and who always asked us how he could improve his service. The breakfast was rich and plentiful. The room always clean and with new flowers every day. A very affordable hotel where not only did they accommodate us but they also helped us plan the routes to discover Rome.

At first glance, the place may not look like much, but we spent four days there and never lacked anything. Stefano started by giving us all the tips to avoid waiting in line for what we wanted to visit. Listen to him, you won't be disappointed. We had corresponded by email before our stay. He always responds to your messages, giving good advice. Don't hesitate to wander in the neighborhoods he recommends. It's a lot of walking but a lot of happiness. We have a great memory of it. For transportation, we took a metro ticket (1.5€) to be in the center of Rome in 15 minutes and another one to return in the evening. We did everything else on foot and don't regret it. As for cleanliness, nothing to say, it's excellent! A very good value for money. We recommend.

I spent two nights at this B&B because I was busy with the specialization school weekend. I would like to point out that I chose it for its proximity to the school location, but it remains convenient for anyone because it is just a few steps from metro B which takes you anywhere you want in the beautiful capital. The host is a true gentleman of the kind that no longer exists. I felt welcomed, well served, and pampered. Breakfast is not included in the price and this bothers me a bit, as I generally love to have breakfast, but for me it was not a problem, I managed to organize myself well anyway. However, if you want breakfast, they serve it on-site and there are always kettles available for hot drinks like chamomile, tea, and instant coffee. On the last day, Roberto offered me a hot cappuccino, very kind. What can I say, I believe that for a future leisure trip, I will consider it, school is over.

What makes this B&B so special is Stefano and the lovely girls who serve you breakfast and clean your room. We had three days to see as much of Rome as we could. Stefano's help and advice was invaluable and he was more than happy to spend time with us discussing our plans. The room was very clean and there was plenty of fruit, pastries and other foods for breakfast. The metro, bus and some good restaurants are all about a ten minute walk away. We were very pleased that we chose this B&B.

We are 2 students and wanted for these 5 nights in Rome a place that is clean above all and with a reasonable price allowing us to easily visit all the neighborhoods of the city. My Guest Roma has met and even exceeded the criteria! Warm welcome, services more like a hotel than a simple B&B, hearty breakfast, accessibility, flexibility and responsiveness of the host. We found this B&B by comparing the different reviews on the internet. Very well ranked, we had no doubts about making a risk-free choice. Only the location could have made us hesitate. Note that My Guest Roma is located a bit on the outskirts to the east of Rome. But being very well served - Bologna metro station at 7 minutes walk / buses 60 and 90 serving the Termini hub (and therefore all of Rome) in 15 minutes at 3 minutes walk - this location is not actually a problem if a little walking does not scare you. However, it is not a neighborhood with monuments or strong nightlife. This does not prevent you from enjoying both, as transportation runs late.

A home from home in Rome! We enjoyed a relaxing stay here in My Guest Roma. The host Stefano was excellent, going out of his way to make us feel welcome. Stefano likes to get to know his guests and helps them to get the best out of Rome. The B and B was spotlessly clean and tidy, fresh and airy. Our room had fresh flowers, that were changed regularly. The room was great with free wifi, a safe, TV and fridge. Guests also have access to tea and coffee outside the room. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and the host thoughtfully bought soya milk for me as I have an allergy to milk. The coffee was outstanding and helped set us up for a day of sightseeing. Stefano chatted to us about our plans for the day and helped us find our way around, showing us places on a map and how to get around. The location was perfect. Not right in the center, which was too busy for us. The B and B is a 5-minute walk from the Metro and you are in Rome in 10 minutes. The B and B is in a more residential, quieter area and it was nice to return here at the end of a busy day. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and there is a beautiful park 5 minutes away. I loved our stay here, would stay again, and would recommend to others.

As two young girls traveling alone to Rome for a weekend, we were nervous about picking a place to stay. We found My Guest Roma on TripAdvisor and read many reviews before deciding this sounded like a fabulous place to stay and we were not disappointed. From the moment I emailed this B&B, they were fast to reply and went above and beyond. They sent us directions from the airport to their B&B as we were going to be arriving late and did not know if we could catch a shuttle bus or train. As it so happened, our plane got delayed and we arrived even later than thought. We did not know if we would be able to get into the B&B so late but when we arrived, they were there waiting for us and helped us to our homes very quickly, which had fresh flowers and a lovely note. We were surprised as they put us into a single room which we had not purchased. They told us it was their gift to us and hoped it made us feel more comfortable having an exclusive bathroom. That night they set up a time to meet us in the morning and go over our plans for the day. In the morning, there was coffee and tea waiting for us and Stefano sat us down with a map and helped us plan everything from transportations, where to buy tickets and which streets were worth walking down. He went above and beyond to make sure we could see the best of Rome in the two short days we were there. On Sunday when we checked out, Stefano stored our suitcases for the day so we could continue to see Rome and enjoy every minute of our time. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received and beats staying in any hotel with hundreds of guests. We felt like we were in a home away from home and would go back in a heartbeat.

We were really happy at My Guest Roma on our first visit to Rome last week. We arrived by taxi (arranged by Stefano for us) and found everywhere clean and everything in good working order. The room was spacious, light, pretty, comfortable, and well equipped (including air-con, safe, and efficient wi-fi).\n\nWe liked the locality, it felt safe and was quiet at night. It is convenient for transport into the city center and for the local train to Fiumicino - also it is away from city center 'tourist' menus and prices – there are plenty of 'real' Italian eating places within walking distance.\n\nWe enjoyed plentiful and varied breakfasts (It might possibly have helped with sightseeing crowds if it was possible to have breakfast earlier than 8 am - it was offered but it was obviously a bit awkward unless vitally needed)\nThe availability of tea and coffee for guest use was much appreciated.\n\nTourist info is available to guests in books, but also (and much better!) Stefano is always available to offer advice, suggestions, and information. His English is excellent, and he is interested in his guests and works hard to ensure they have the best possible experience of Rome tailored to their interests.\n\nStefano was especially helpful when our return home was thrown into chaos by a fire at Fiumicino. He encouraged us to return to MyGuestRoma where we could use his wi-fi and power sources (and get water and toilet facilities) while we sorted out an alternative plan.\n\nWe cannot thank him enough for his support and would recommend anyone to stay with him (and his friendly and efficient staff).

I stayed at this property for a weekend with a friend. Stefano is a very kind and helpful person. It was a pleasant discovery, this B&B. Beautiful and clean rooms. The only improvement, if possible, is regarding the breakfast room, a bit small. Otherwise, everything perfect.

My Guest Roma B&B Cachère offers many advantages. It is located in a quiet and greener than average area in Rome, and near a bus stop that allows you to reach the historic center in about 20 minutes. The owner provides useful information about monuments and transportation. The breakfast is of good quality (hard boiled eggs, different types of croissants, coffee or tea, fruit juice). The room was clean. In the bathroom we found everything we needed.

I found My Guest Roma on the Internet with many positive evaluations. I was afraid to choose it because of the "low price" compared to many others in Rome, but I did it. A few hours later, I received a very nice email from Stefano, the "Boss, Body and Soul" of My Guest Roma, confirming everything and asking for detailed information about parking because I was riding a motorcycle, and I could choose an open or closed garage. For every request for additional information, Stefano always answered promptly. Sometimes much more than I had asked for. "He takes time for his guests". Nothing else to say, it was really fantastic. Thanks also to the girls who help Stefano every day.
