Piazza Bologna is a residential area that is well connected to the city center. Within a few minutes, you can visit Villa Torlonia, which is the newest of the Roman aristocratic villas that holds a particular charm. The B&B is located close to the Policlinico Umberto I Hospital and the Sapienza University of Rome. Its proximity to the Piazza Bologna Metro station (line B) and Tiburtina train station makes it well connected to the historic center and the rest of the city. The B line also has stops at Termini, Colosseo, Circo Massimo, and San Paolo. Additionally, the Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci airport is easily accessible from the Tiburtina station. Moreover, you can reach the Vatican directly with the 62 bus, which has a stop just a few meters away from the B&B.

I loved the apartment. The host was excellent, super attentive and very kind. The only thing I could say is that the breakfast was a bit scarce and that the breakfast area is a bar that is practically 95% outdoors and it was cold in the morning. That's the only thing I would ask to be improved. On the other hand, there should be a bit more space to leave suitcases and store belongings in the unit for so many people. There is not much room to put suitcases and clothes. Otherwise excellent, highly recommended. The bus is at the door and the neighborhood is beautiful. Thank you.

I liked the place. The only negative is that the walls are a little thin and Rome is a little noisy. This was only a small negative; everything else was excellent. The location is 5 stars.

Beautiful and quiet place situated next to the train station which gets you to the centre within 10mins. The host is very welcoming and the place is spotless with all the amenities needed for a holiday in Rome. I would definitely consider booking again on my next holiday.

We stayed at the property on the night of January 25th to 26th. We were welcomed very well, the room was spacious and clean, the location is excellent near the metro and bus station. The beautiful Piazza Bologna has a nice kiosk that serves excellent pinsa. Highly recommended. One suggestion: the light in the hallway that turns on automatically at night when going to the bathroom is a bit annoying because it stays on for a few minutes and bothers those who are in bed.

The structure is welcoming and is located near Piazza Bologna, where you can take the metro. It is kept very clean and the manager is friendly and helpful. One small downside is the breakfast, which you have to go to the adjacent bar to get (so you have to go out). The price, although not entirely economical, is affordable. Highly recommended for everyone.

Very welcoming, clean structure managed very intelligently. Breakfast just steps away of excellent quality. Very close to the metro that allows you to move around on foot. Not far from a very convenient underground parking. Large and clean room with a new bathroom. Despite being on a main street, the excellent fixtures perfectly soundproof. Excellent choice. Highly recommended even for those with a large family like us, we are 5.

Everything was fine. Affordable and close to the metro line and the city center. I like the room having a separate bathroom, coffee machine with free coffee, and minibar with free water. There is also a common kitchen in the facility. The room was very clean. Thank you.

Welcoming facility, spacious and clean room. The metro stop is very close and allows easy access to the city center for sightseeing. I suggest putting some ceramic cups in the dining area because hot drinks in plastic cups are not ideal.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this B&B chosen initially for the good price, the beautiful published photos, and the proximity to the area we were interested in. Upon arrival, we are immediately impressed by the elegance, cleanliness, and care of this small but comfortable B&B, and we meet the owner who welcomes us at the reception with rare courtesy and availability. The room is well furnished, pleasantly scented, and equipped with the necessary (espresso coffee machine and water in the minibar every day). The room is cleaned every morning (hotel style) with a change of bath linens if necessary. Breakfast is offered at the bar around the corner; a cappuccino or coffee and croissant, essential but included in the price, also considering that in the common area, at the entrance of the rooms, there is a tidy kitchenette with a kettle, tea, herbal teas, and cookies available 24 hours a day. The location is strategic with metro and bus stops just steps away. Definitely highly recommended, a sure reference for the next time in Rome.

The Alis Laura Affittacamere is located in an excellent location, with a nice room design. The Italian breakfast is very light (1 coffee + 1 croissant) if you are used to having a continental breakfast.
