Contessa Elegance Inn is a charming apartment of approximately 60 square meters, fully renovated and designed to provide a comfortable, quiet, and worry-free stay in Rome. Located on the ground floor with a semi-independent entrance, it features new and compliant systems, well-maintained spaces, and a constant focus on cleanliness, which is our top priority.
The layout is practical and inviting: it includes two bedrooms with French double beds, a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed, two bathrooms (one equipped with a shower), and a kitchenette fitted with everything necessary for cooking, including dishes, cutlery, and pots. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, as well as Wi-Fi, complete linens, and towel sets (face, bidet, and shower) for every guest. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, iron, and portable ironing board. The apartment is non-smoking.
Enhancing the experience is the personal welcome from Valter, a true Roman, who, along with Patrizia, has built a happy family and is now enthusiastically dedicated to hospitality, enjoying the opportunity to greet guests in person and help them feel right at home.
The location is one of its greatest assets: we are situated in the elegant and vibrant Piazza Bologna neighborhood, full of bars, restaurants, pubs, and services. The metro station is about 200 meters away, and Tiburtina Station is just a short walk, along with taxis and connections to the main points of the city. It serves as an ideal base for easily exploring Rome, allowing for comfortable movement both towards the city center and to any other destination.
