Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Municipal tax of €3.50 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 5 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €15.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Other notes
The apartment is located on the top floor of a residential building.
Being a Guesthouse and not a holiday house, we rent only rooms and not the whole apartment.
The apartment has four double rooms and can potentially accommodate up to eight people.
It is not possible to cook or eat meals in the common area of the living room and inside the rooms.
The service offered includes only overnight stays and breakfast.
Ban on smoking in the structure.
