The "ALBA" ROOM is a double/twin room decorated with vibrant colors that evoke the morning sunrises over the marvelous capital. With direct access to the balcony, it is furnished with a small desk, a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Additionally, it has a private bathroom with a shower. You will also find an LCD TV and a hot/cold air conditioner to make your stay comfortable and cozy.

The "MARE" ROOM is a single room with a reserved private bathroom. It is equipped with a double-door wardrobe, an LCD TV, a hot/cold air conditioner, a desk, and a bathroom with a shower specifically for you. Ideal for business travelers, this room offers an absolutely quiet and comfortable environment, with the possibility of booking for longer periods.

The "TRAMONTO" ROOM is the largest double room, perfect for accommodating a crib for infants or children up to 3 years old. This room has a spacious 6-door wardrobe, a desk, and a spacious chest of drawers, ideal for extended stays. You can enjoy an in-room shower service and the comfort of a wall-mounted air conditioner and an LCD TV.

You can easily reach Tiburtina Train Station, Rome's Metro Line B, or the Bus Station that connects to all of Italy from Tiburtina. It is also very close to "La Sapienza" University, "Umberto I" Hospital, "Sandro Pertini" Hospital, and the "Studios". There is a direct connection to Fiumicino Airport, and the same metro line takes you to the Colosseum and the Imperial Forum. In just a few stops, you can reach: Spanish Steps, Barberini Square, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Vatican Museums.

Wonderful location; I would say a landmark in Rome for its strategic position near Tiburtina metro; my university, Sapienza University of Rome, is reachable in a few minutes. Many positives in this accommodation, located on the second floor of a condominium on one of the first side streets off via Tiburtina, a short walk from the train and metro station and very economical. Quiet area, spacious room, comfortable bed (except for the pillow), air conditioning, large balcony as well as ample living space and excellent cleanliness. I would add a toothbrush holder and some toothpaste in the bathroom. The owner is very helpful and has set up an innovative remote check-in system that provides all the information, so you cannot go wrong. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar with fresh and pleasant products. A pity about the flies inside.

I had a great time. The manager was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar, exceptional croissants! 10 minutes walk from the station and if you wish, the bus stop is practically on the main street, just a stone's throw away. Tobacco shops, pharmacies, and much more adjacent to the B&B.

Cleaning is not done every two days, consequently the towels are not changed. The room, bed, and balcony are okay, pillows need to be reviewed, a bit uncomfortable (for those who prefer them high).

Excellent facility in an equally convenient location. Comfortable and welcoming room with the possibility of using the kitchen. Breakfast can be enjoyed in a pastry shop a few meters from the facility and I highly recommend this as well (delicious brioches). Also essential was the friendliness of Debora who, although I didn't manage to meet in person, made herself extremely available to ensure my comfort at the B&B. I would definitely choose Roma in Rima again if I were to return to Rome!

Good structure with all the necessary comforts to spend a few days in the Capital. Spacious room, fairly clean. Staff not present in the structure but if needed, available and very kind. Breakfast at Bar Palumbo a few meters away, via voucher. The breakfast is good.

Pleasant discovery. The B&B is located 10 minutes from Tiburtina station, in an area full of restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The structure is not huge but well cared for and the rooms are equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is served with a ticket included in the price at a nearby pastry shop and it's excellent. Both the owner and those who replace her in case of absence are extremely kind and friendly, not to mention the advice on the best places to eat. Excellent value for money. In short, recommended.
