I usually point out what I think is useful for those who should stay: the staircase to access the room is of the "spiral" type and uncomfortable for those with reduced motor skills; the bathroom is nice but a bit cramped and with little privacy. The location, structure, cleanliness, manager, everything between very good and excellent. I recommend staying there.
