New apartment built on a tree-lined street, in a central location (without restricted traffic zones), perfect for both tourists and business travelers.

It offers a cozy, intimate, and youthful atmosphere.

The apartment, bright and peaceful, has a surface area of 110 square meters and consists of: a spacious living room with a sofa and two balconies, one of which is covered to enjoy breakfast or simply relax, a spacious kitchen with a breakfast table, a double bedroom with TV and a large adjacent bathroom with a bathtub, for exclusive use. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom with two single beds, TV, and an adjacent bathroom, also for exclusive use.

We also offer free Wi-Fi connection and an elevator suitable for the transportation of people with disabilities.

Pets are welcome.

The B&B is located in a position where the city center is within walking distance in a few minutes. The area is quiet and the apartment is very quiet. It is very clean and the room is comfortable. Elena and her mother, very welcoming, gave us a series of indications on what to see in the city and where to eat. Great advice, thank you! Unfortunately, I give a low rating to the breakfast which, even if varied, was composed of food that we never buy/eat: packaged snacks and similar food, UHT milk. I still made myself coffee with rusks and jam, but my husband preferred to go out and have breakfast in a bar-pastry shop. Apart from this, we had a good time and if you are not demanding with breakfast, the place is perfect.

Welcomed by a wonderful lady who made me feel immediately at ease and as if I were at home. Cordiality and kindness are the order of the day here, a bed and breakfast that stands out for the cleanliness and tidiness of its premises, with comfortable and tastefully furnished bedrooms, like all the other spaces in the house. I really liked it, I felt very good, to come back. I recommend it.

The owners of the B&B are very helpful; the rooms are beautiful and the cleanliness of the premises is impeccable; an additional bonus is being able to use the bathroom individually without having to share it with strangers; the location is convenient both to the station and to the center. For another weekend in Modena, I would definitely stay here again.

The stay at Caramelle was very gratifying. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room and the entire apartment were very clean, I felt at home. Although the owner had a problem, her mother was extremely helpful and kind, and we had a pleasant chat. One note: the butter for breakfast was not very fresh.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time. The structure is equipped with everything you need. It's new and has a nice big bathroom.
