Casa Vacanze Excellence

The Excellence Apartment is a modern holiday home equipped with all comforts, located in a central location (3 minutes' walk from the ZTL center/sassi). The reserved internal parking space will allow you to comfortably visit the entire historic center (700sca area of the "Piano" and the two "Sassi"). The indicated cost always includes: use of the equipped kitchen, bathroom and bed linen, bathroom courtesy set, breakfast, and fiber optic wifi.

The tourist tax, if due (Euro 2/person/night), is not included.

Space:
In the Excellence apartment, a few meters from the center and the entrance to the Sassi, you will find tranquility, comfort, and taste. You can leave your car in the reserved internal parking space and enjoy the city on foot.

The apartment has two large double bedrooms, to accommodate up to 4 people (one of which can be equipped, upon request, with two double beds or one double bed). The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa with chaise-longue, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.

A reserved parking space is available in the private courtyard. You can reach Piazza Pascoli, home to the Palazzo Lanfranchi Museum and the D. Ridola Archaeological Museum, and the main gateway to the Sassi of Matera, in just two minutes on foot.

Guest access:
The apartment is in a quiet condominium and has an independent entrance. Just indicate your arrival time, and you will be completely autonomous for the rest of your stay.

On your arrival, we will provide you with ample information about the city and the surroundings.

Other things to keep in mind:
Breakfast, bathroom and bed linen, bathroom courtesy products, and wifi are always included.

Tourist tax is excluded if due.

A child under two years stays free of charge if they share a bed with their parents. A complete camping cot with linen is available at a cost of Euro 20. 00 for the entire stay.

We have a divisible double bed. In case of a reservation, the beds will be prepared as follows, unless otherwise indicated:
- 2 people: 1 double bed (or two singles in the same room, upon request)
- 3 people: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- 4 people: 2 double beds (or 1 double + 2 singles, upon request).

For the use of a double bed for single use (for example, two people who each request to use a bedroom), a supplement of 10 euros is required upon arrival.

Please indicate your request in the reservation. Late indications may not be accepted. For last-minute arrivals (arrivals on the same day as the reservation), the beds are prepared according to the needs of the structure. Therefore, specific requests may not be fulfilled.
