The rooms are made in an old "lamia" typical of the Sassi. It has been renovated and revisited while maintaining the unique characteristics of the homes of yesteryear.

We would be happy to offer you the most suitable solution, whether you are a couple, alone, or with family. You have access to environments and spaces for every need.

The living room is the ideal area to spend some time in peace and tranquility. Equipped with free Wi-Fi, tables, and comfortable chairs, it is the common space from which you can access the bedrooms.

Dedicated in the morning to Matera-style breakfasts, and in the afternoon and evening to meditative thinking, like other rooms, it is part of a structure entirely made of stone, typical of the Sassi, in tuff, or rather in limestone.

In the morning, it transforms into a breakfast room in perfect Matera style!

The Breakfast Room is spacious and welcoming, styled with stone like the rest of the property's rooms. You can taste freshly baked bread, as Matera's tradition requires. Freshly prepared biscuits and milk pastries are also waiting for you in the morning. The owner will personally serve you a good espresso, cappuccino, or tea. Our croissants are stuffed with various flavors that will stimulate even the most complicated palates. You will also find seasonal fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, and dried fruit. However, our typical morning specialties are the local focaccias and sweets, such as apple pie and almond pastries. Our place is not just a breakfast spot but a break-slow experience. Sit comfortably at your table and don't look at the clock. When living among the Sassi of Matera, time is relative. Like all the other areas of our accommodation, you will find the right rest for your mind and body in this room.
