Description

The Residence degli Ulivi is a newly built holiday home complex, partially restored, located on a hill just three minutes by car from the sandy beaches of Marina di Pescoluse in the Scucchi area (Municipality of Salve), approximately ten kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southern tip of Salento, where the Ionian coast begins.

The complex is also only 800 meters away from the famous "Maldives of Salento" and serves as an ideal starting point for various excursions throughout the Salento peninsula. The buildings are situated on a private plot of eight thousand square meters, surrounded by olive trees. The complex features several rental accommodations available throughout the year: an Apartment and a Studio, a Large and Small Trullo, and finally, a Large and Small Liama.

All accommodations are perfect for families and children, thanks to the peaceful environment and ample space around, providing an oasis to enjoy the coolness after a hot day at the beach.

It is also great for couples and young people, ideal for outdoor evenings with friends. Each accommodation includes convenient private parking.

From the hill, one can enjoy a stunning view of the enchanting Salento landscape and the azure Ionian Sea.

This area of Puglia is excellent for its mild climate even during winter months, making it perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation in the tranquility of simple and picturesque nature.

With this small residence I can realize my dream in this land that already fascinated me years ago.

We are located in Loc. Scucchi, along Provincial Road 339 that connects Pescoluse to Salve. This is a purely residential area in the countryside, very quiet and relaxing. Our accommodations are situated in an 8000 square meter olive grove on a hill overlooking the long sandy beaches of Pescoluse, also known as the "Maldives of Salento." The view of the sea and the stunning sunsets from this spot are unparalleled. The location is especially peaceful and breezy, even in the height of summer. You can reach the beaches in about three minutes by car. There is no noise from pizzerias, bars, lines of cars, scooters, or pedestrians in the area, which is quite rare near the sea.

Fantastic stay, two people plus our Penelope. We stayed in the small trullo. Outdoor area equipped with a kitchen area and a bathroom area. It feels like being at home!!! Renate and Marco were fantastic, always available. Great location, everything excellent! Worth repeating and highly recommended!!!

We spent ten days in this property, we were in Liama Piccola: words are not enough to express the beauty of the place, tranquility reigns. A beautiful external veranda allows you to have lunch/dinner with a wonderful sea view, exceptional cleanliness. The hosts, Marco and Renate, who made us feel at home, always available for all our requests, complete this beautiful property. Thank you for the wonderful vacation, we will definitely come back.
