Little privacy, bathroom without windows. The lights did not work well. The only positive thing is that it is easy to reach and is fairly close to the sea.

Cerchiamo di fare sempre il possibile per garantire un soggiorno coerente e all’altezza dell’offerta proposta, pensavamo di esserci riusciti anche con lei, ma evidentemente ci sbagliavamo. Ci teniamo però a far luce sulle problematiche da lei evidenziate. L’appartamento da lei prenotato ha avuto un guasto importante poco prima del suo arrivo, pertanto siamo stati costretti a chiuderlo per un giorno per poterlo sistemare. Per quella notte le abbiamo assegnato un appartamento più grande e di categoria superiore, con due camere da letto, bagno, cucina e veranda privata, uno dei più isolati e indipendenti all’interno del residence, per questo motivo leggere “poca privacy” nel suo commento ci fa sorridere. Il giorno dopo le abbiamo fatto trovare direttamente i bagagli nella camera della sua prenotazione iniziale, pulita e sistemata accuratamente, uno standard che ci contraddistingue. Tutto questo ci è costato un 5/10 alla voce gestore e un 4/10 alla pulizia. Offriamo sempre massima disponibilità agli ospiti durante il soggiorno per risolvere qualunque tipo di problema, nel suo caso sicuramente non avremmo potuto aprire una nuova finestra in bagno (dato che la struttura nemmeno lo permette) ma se durante il suo soggiorno ci avesse segnalato una luce malfunzionante, saremmo sicuramente riusciti a risolvere tempestivamente il problema e magari, a evitare questa recensione. Un’altra cosa che non ci è tanto chiara è la sua opinione sulla posizione, è l’unica cosa positiva che cita ma comunque ci ha assegnato un bel 4/10 come punteggio. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, un bel 5/10 che non fa giustizia a un soggiorno da nemmeno 70€ a notte in un appartamento autonomo da cinque persone in alta stagione. Ci dispiace infine che non abbia apprezzato nemmeno l’ampio giardino a disposizione, la piscina, la zona solarium con vista mare e tutti gli altri servizi offerti. The property is located in a strategic position within a pleasant pinewood; the pool is small but comfortable with an attached panoramic solarium. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The sea is reachable by car in 10 minutes. The property is secluded and extremely peaceful. An experience to repeat.

We had a very good stay. We had an issue with the air conditioner which unfortunately was not working, but they brought us a fan and left a complimentary gift for the inconvenience. The staff were very kind. Definitely, if I were to return to that area, I would book here again.

We spent the long weekend of June 2nd at Residence Mariposa to celebrate our 18th anniversary with our children. At check-in we met the owner's family, truly wonderful and very helpful people. The property is beautiful, situated on a hill with an unbeatable view, immersed in nature and tranquility. It is very close to the beach, where we spent delightful hours between sea and sun before returning to Residence Mariposa, where the children could continue to have fun in the garden and pool and we parents could enjoy some relaxation on the loungers in the shade of the trees. Our apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed, and from the private terrace we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and dinners under the stars. It was a shame to say goodbye, but we will certainly see each other again soon.
