The ZìUcciu Bed & Breakfast is located in the historic center of Presicce, a municipality in the lower Salento region, which has rightfully entered the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
This historic dwelling has been renovated and tastefully furnished with a unique design. It is surrounded by majestic palaces, wonderful gardens, courtyard houses, and visitable underground oil mills, all adjacent to the square where all events take place.
The B&B offers fully equipped rooms with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. Everything is tastefully furnished and equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and fridge. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, offering a breathtaking view of the village skyline, with its bell towers, battlements, and adjacent gardens.
All of this is just a few kilometers away from the splendid beaches of Lido Marini, Torre Pali, Torre Mozza, and Pescoluse, with its Salento's Maldives. Depending on availability, it is also possible to stay in San Gregorio, one of the most beautiful coastal areas in the lower Salento, situated on a hill overlooking the bay, and enjoy a breathtaking panorama.

Spacious room decorated with taste and attention to detail. Perfect location close to the historic center. The owner of the apartment, along with his very kind daughters, has proven to be courteous and attentive to the guests' needs, kind and discreet. All this made our visit to the enchanting town of Presicce very pleasant. Highly recommended!

I stayed 10 days in the middle of August at this property and I was struck by the beauty of the spaces curated in every detail. The structure is completely renovated but still retains the local stone in the arches and in the unique bathrooms, the terracotta on the floor, and at the same time offers all the comforts. The owners are kind and helpful, definitely recommend to anyone passing through or wanting to vacation in Presicce. My rating is 10 out of 10.
