Description

The La Scogliera B&B is located on the Gallipoli seafront, 100 meters from the main street and a 5-minute walk from the ancient bridge, which gives access to the charming historic center of the city.

The property has been completely renovated with meticulous finishes and consists of 4 sea-facing bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV, independent air conditioning, hairdryer, minibar, and free Wi-Fi.

Each room - carefully designed in style and detail - offers a breathtaking view directly over the sea, with the enchanting panorama of Gallipoli.

In the morning, breakfast is served in the room and includes coffee, cappuccino, various fruit juices, toast, jams, fresh croissants, and the typical fresh pasticciotti from Lecce.

The property is located near restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, newsstands, tobacco shops, bike and scooter rentals.

The structure is in a very strategic seaside location. Rooms are very large and clean, our room also had a huge balcony overlooking the sea where we were served a great breakfast (compliments also to the lady who served us and took care of us with sympathy). The owner made us feel at home. Definitely a reference point for those who want to come to the wonderful Salento. Excellent value for money. I will definitely return.

I stayed with my partner in July, and I will definitely return to 'La Scogliera' next year. Our room overlooked the sea, and every morning, a breakfast rich in 'Salento's sweetness' was served on our balcony! The most beautiful beach in Gallipoli is 30 meters away from the B&B! Wonderful holiday.

We stayed at this property for a week and we really enjoyed it. Room always clean and very spacious with a spectacular view of the seafront. A special mention to the owner Sonia and all the staff, always very kind and available at any time. Excellent and abundant breakfast, served directly by them on the balcony every morning. I will definitely recommend it and we will return if we come back to Gallipoli for vacation.

We particularly appreciated the homemade breakfast with fresh fruit on the balcony in front of the sea. Our hostess did everything to make us feel comfortable, she was very welcoming. I strongly recommend this B&B.

We stayed in Gallipoli for 10 days and had the pleasure of staying at this excellent Bed & Breakfast. The rooms were right by the sea with a spectacular view. The breakfast was very good. We also liked the fact that there were different sweets every day, so for example we could try many variations of the famous pasticciotti. The rooms were cleaned and tidied up every day. The property was close to the center of Gallipoli. The owners were always helpful and made us feel at home. I would recommend it to everyone.

I was fortunate to stay at this wonderful bed & breakfast. The room was perfect and very clean with all the comforts, including air conditioning, the breakfast was delightful, but above all the friendliness and availability of the owner, who made us feel "at home", always being kind, especially in giving us valuable advice on how to move around and where to eat typical dishes at a reasonable price! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Highly recommended.

Unforgettable stay, you practically sleep on the sea, in the morning a breakfast is served on the balcony with sea view and delicious Leccese delicacies (pasticciotto). The owners are extremely helpful at any time and for any need. We will definitely return to this fantastic structure.

Fantastic holiday! The saying 'clothes don't make the man' is really true! Despite the unattractive exterior, the interior immediately changes your mind! Excellent location, with breathtaking views and well situated (10 minutes walk from both the sea and the center). Good cleanliness, amazing breakfast and room equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, TV, fridge and hairdryer). Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay! We stayed for a week. Room with spectacular sea view, an added value is Mrs. Lucia who with so much sweetness and professionalism serves breakfast every morning directly in the room on the panoramic sea view terrace making the guest feel at home. Large fridge bar in the room and equipped with a very convenient freezer. It is close to everything, to the main street and a 20-minute walk from the historic center. I recommend it and will definitely return.

Starting from the assumption that it is unclear where the La Scogliera property is located, since there are 2 of them and whoever coordinates should specify which of the two locations it is, as they only respond to Whatsapp messages and not to direct calls, while it was clear where we should go. The B&B externally is a bit rundown, internally renovated with a very old entrance door and difficulty in closing it without slamming it. The room overall could be okay if it weren't for the shower cabin clearly not working, sheets so thin that you can see the mattress, and packaged towels yes, but I personally found hairs inside. Furthermore, with 120 euros per night I certainly expect disposable bathroom kit and shower mat and toilet seat cover to make it clear that it has been cleaned... the basics really. I do not recommend it because at certain prices you expect the best but evidently they think they are dealing with customers who are okay with everything.

Modern structure, practically located on the sea, excellent cleanliness, also thanks to the very kind Mrs. Monica, very helpful owner, the structure is also equipped with an elevator, very easy to reach. Gem: fantastic panorama from the balcony overlooking the sea. I highly recommend La Scogliera.

A very clean and comfortable room with a stunning sea view balcony. Very kind people welcomed us. I did not give a ten for breakfast because I would like to find an outdoor area dedicated to it, even though having it on the balcony was not bad. It wasn't particularly rich but served with so much grace to deserve an excellent rating. I would return.
