Description
Located just a few steps from the sea, in a side street of the main street of the city of Gallipoli (Corso Roma), you will find the D'Errico apartment.

Recently renovated, the apartment offers three rooms: Yellow - Bordeaux - Brown.

All rooms have air conditioning, TV with digital terrestrial, private bathroom, modern furnishings, and a kitchenette.

The location of the residence is advantageous for those who want to easily reach the Historic Center, the Station, and the Galilei promenade without the use of transportation.

In the vicinity, you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and various shops.

There is free parking for cars, which can be easily found.

Great apartment. Large room, large bathroom with spacious shower. Kitchenette for those who want to cook. Superb decor. Very good bedding. Very clean. Host available. Easy to park in the area. Highly recommend.

I found the apartment tidy and clean, nothing was missing from towels, hairdryer, and all the necessary for the kitchen and the bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a really good time.

We stayed for a week. Beautiful apartment, recently renovated. The only issue is the thermal insulation, but there is air conditioning. Well equipped with pots, plates, and towels. The kitchen is much larger than it appears in the photo: we had dinner and lunch at home several times. (I am referring to our apartment which was the 3). Excellent location not far from the promenade, the center, and the train station. The only difficulty is finding street parking in the evening, but otherwise everything is great!

Room even more spectacular in person than in the photos. Cosimo is a very kind person. Impeccable cleanliness, new furniture, modern bathroom. There is also a small balcony. Despite being in a very central area, parking is easily found until 8pm. The only flaw, however, not dependent on neither Cosimo nor the room, is the garbage collection time at 6am.

Apartment as shown in the pictures, clean, tidy, equipped with dishes, home and bath linens, sheets. Spacious shower, terrace with clothesline, large room, tastefully furnished with new furniture. Cosimo very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it.

Ho prenotato l’appartamento marrone per 4 giorni e l’ho trovato perfetto! Si trova in una via tranquilla tra centro storico e la ferrovia. C’e un supermercato vicino, all’angolo c’è noleggio dei bici, tanti bar per fare colazione, comodissimo! Arredamento è tutto nuovo, la pulizia è come a casa mia. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Quest’estate, io e tre mie amiche abbiamo passato sei giorni a Gallipoli ospitate da Cosimo, nell’appartamento Bordeaux. L’appartamento non è eccessivamente grande, ma molto pulito e con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Cosimo è una persona meravigliosa, molto disponibile, accogliente, premurosa e gentilissima! Siamo rimaste super soddisfatte, sia dell’appartamento, che di Gallipoli, città magnifica, piena di paesaggi spettacolari! Ci ritorneremo presto!

Struttura pulita, moderna, confortevole. Il Sig. Cosimo è professionale, gentile, disponibile, preciso; qualità rare da trovare. Consiglio questa struttura sia per la gestione che per la posizione, comanda per raggiungere centro storico o lungo mare baia verde.

Forse la miglior esperienza in appartamento che io abbia mai avuto. Casa nuova, pulita e fornita di tutto, dal forno ai detersivi ai tappetini e asciugamani di ricambio. Comprese anche lenzuola e aria condizionata. Proprietario (Cosimo) gentilissimo e disponibile, disposto addirittura a offrirci la possibilità di passare la notte in un altro suo appartamento, quando io e le mie coinquiline abbiamo lasciato le chiavi dentro casa (problema risolto poi grazie a lui in meno di 12h). Buona posizione, a dieci minuti a piedi da Gallipoli vecchia e attaccata al supermercato. Fantastica esperienza, consigliato veramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura l'ultima settimana di Luglio. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, nuovissimo e molto pulito, dotato di ogni confort inclusi acqua e snack vari per la colazione. La posizione è eccellente, in una traversa di corso Roma a 5 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia. Cosimo, il proprietario è stato molto gentile, disponibile e celere nel rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. Assolutamente consigliato.

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amici per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è nuovissima e fornita di ogni cosa. Cosimo, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, veramente una persona squisita. Consiglio vivamente questo posto, ci tornerei sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questa struttura da Appartamento D'Errico. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio e posizionato a pochi Km dal mare e pochi passi dal centro città. Le camere sono nuove e pulitissime, al suo interno c'è tutto il necessario. Il signor Cosimo è davvero tanto cordiale e disponibile. Presto ci ritorneremo. A prestissimo.

Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati ospiti in questo splendido appartamento. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro e a pochi minuto dal mare. La struttura è nuovissima e pulitissima; al suo interno c'è tutto l'occorrente per passare una vacanza in pieno relax (tv, climatizzatore, ferro da stiro, phon, set bagno/doccia, cucina con tutto il necessario). Cosimo, il proprietario, è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Io e la mia amica abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento bordeaux. Nell'appartamento c'è tutto l'occorrente per lavare, stirare e cucinare. Appartamento pulito e molto spazioso. Bagno con doccia enorme e ben pulito. Balcone con stendino. Posizione molto comoda, è situato in una traversa del corso principale. Ma è anche molto pratico per raggiungere il mare. Inoltre è a 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dall'autostazione dei pullman.

Se volete passare una piacevole vacanza vi consiglio l'appartamento D'errico. Completamente nuovo, pulito e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio dallo stile al funzionamento. La posizione in una traversa lungo il corso principale è strategica, sia per arrivare in poco tempo al centro storico tranquillamente a piedi sia per arrivare ai lidi lungo la costa. Ah dettaglio fondamentale per chi ha la macchina si riesce a trovare parcheggio sotto casa. Il proprietario Cosimo è una persona veramente gentile e disponibile ci ha accolto, trattato e salutato come si suol dire con i guanti e con affetto. Buone vacanze a tutti.
