Not just any half board, but an experience rich in the traditional tastes of the Aosta Valley, with a menu that is nothing less than that of typical restaurants in our area.

The breathtaking view of the city of Aosta is the backdrop to your evenings, where you can taste the dishes carefully prepared by the Residence Chef.

In particular, we invite you to taste the flavors of the true Valdostan culinary tradition, characterized by the simplicity and genuineness of our products: Valdostan-style crepes, the real Valdostan steak (with raw ham instead of cooked), gnocchi with Bleu d'Aoste, radicchio and walnuts, Lardo d'Arnad with chestnuts and honey, apple fritters and amaretti with juniper coppa.

And what about our desserts? Treat yourself to the classic apple pie in all its variations (chocolate, cinnamon, cream, etc.), or tiramisu with a pistachio flavor, mascarpone semifreddo with chocolate, caprese cake, chocolate and pear cake, Nutella waffles and ice cream, and many other delicious ideas.
