New apartment, very clean, fully equipped, easy to access and with private parking, comfortable mattresses and host always available. We will definitely return, excellent value for money.

Very good property. It is easily reachable by car and parking is available beneath the house. The city center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Only drawback: lack of some breakfast items.

A really superb apartment and well located for visiting Aosta city centre on foot. Thank you very much, we only stayed one night there but we will return to spend more time, I think. It's a pity we didn't have the small cake and the fruit as in the photo! No, it was great, thanks again!

I used this property when my husband was hospitalized. Excellent accommodation, very close to both Beauregard and Parini. I hope to use it again for happier occasions.

Great structure, my friends and I had a great time. You can reach the center of Aosta on foot in ten minutes. Apartment located in a very quiet building with ample parking, you can manage yourself in complete freedom. Clean and fragrant. I recommend it to singles and families, just a few minutes away through the pedestrian underpass there is a small playground.

We felt great, super clear information, Denise always available to answer any doubts. Discreetly close to the center, two minutes by car. The little apartment on the 4th floor with a wide view is beautiful. If I can find a small flaw, the mattress is not very comfortable but for one night, no problem. Thanks again, if we return to Aosta we will definitely stay here again.

Good morning, let's start with the location, convenient and just a short walk from everything; supermarkets, center, cable car, etc. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and modern, equipped with every accessory for a stay, from sheets to towels, comforters, detergents, etc. Extra pillows and blankets, which is never a given. The lady with whom I did not have the pleasure of meeting because we entered independently was very kind and helpful. If we plan another vacation in Aosta, we will definitely return.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast. Its location at the entrance of the city of Aosta allows for easy access to both the city center and various ski resorts like Pila, or for excursions on the hill just behind the Bed and Breakfast by bike or on foot. The area is served by supermarkets not far away and various places to eat such as Rosso Pomodoro and McDonald's. A noteworthy point is that it has a private parking.
