The sea in the hills and 'a fine villa of recent construction between Chieti and Pescara, surrounded by olive trees in green spaces cared for in a park of 6000 square meters.

The villa 'with swimming-pool, diving area and large sun terrace and solar shower. It has a large porch and panoramic terrace (sea view, Gran Sasso, the whole city of Pescara and the Sibillini mountains in Le Marche) in a strategic position, 2 km from the A14-A25, a few minutes drive from the sea (10 km) but the same 20-minute drive from the slopes of the Maiella, 3 km from the university campus and 4 km from Chieti-Pescara and Chieti train station.

Its scenic location makes enjoying the beautiful scenery nestled in total tranquility ideal x spend a beach holiday in the mountains or to reach centers of archaeological or art, or simply spend x a business trip in absolute tranquility 'with all comfort.

The situaa villa on three levels, has large open spaces, there 'ability to use the individual rooms or entire apartment has a living room with kitchen, bedroom for up to five beds, bathroom and porch.

The Holiday Home is family-run. Cinthya is the host who takes care of welcoming and greeting guests. She speaks perfect English and LIS (Italian Sign Language) and loves animals, so little guests are welcome in this establishmen
This is a family that loves hospitality and is available to provide directions for itineraries and visits, as well as appreciate the scenic beauty of the sea, medieval villages, mountains, and lakes. They are also knowledgeable about artistic, archaeological, and gastronomic visits, as they have a great understanding of the area.

Beautiful location with pool, whirlpool, and countryside silence! I was greeted with kindness by Mrs. Marcella, excellent manager of 'Il Mare in Collina'. Clean apartment, every utensil available. I hope to come back soon!

I stayed for 2 nights, as soon as we arrived the apartment was full of bedbugs and other dead insects scattered on the floor. Cracked walls, destroyed kitchen furniture, broken wardrobes, beds with unacceptable mattresses, very dirty refrigerator, non-existent hot water, cobwebs everywhere and so on. I don't think I will ever go back there.

Beautiful villa as a structure. My apartment is large and well laid out, and there is also a nice pool, these are the positive notes. The negatives: the kitchen in the apartment is not functional at all, the internal and external cleanliness is terrible. We also believe that the sheets had not been changed. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom; when we asked, the owner told us that those before us probably took it away. This means, in my opinion, that she had not carried out any inspection or cleaning. The owner initially seemed helpful but after a couple of our comments she disappeared. She didn't even say goodbye. My sister had a smaller but truly indescribable and much dirtier apartment. I'm sorry, the place deserves it but it's not well maintained.
