Novatek Apartment presents a new dimension of hosting, refined and strategic, in a fully furnished apartment, ready to meet every need for your short stays in the area. Bright and well-kept in every detail, it offers a comfortable environment for demanding clientele.

Located near the Chieti station, in front of the "G. d'Annunzio" University detachment for Sports Medicine, precisely on the main SS Tiburtina Valeria, in Viale Abruzzo 405, and only 5 minutes from the Clinical Hospital of Chieti, Novatek offers a new format of B&B in a full apartment, equipped with an open-space living room entrance, three bedrooms - one single with a queen-size bed and two doubles, one of which has a split bed - plus two bathrooms.

All the comforts are provided, including breakfast, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom TVs, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, linens, bathroom courtesy line, cleaning, independent heating, elevator, the possibility of condominium parking, and luggage storage. It can accommodate up to 5 guests, with the possibility of 3 extra guests. Various solutions can be negotiated.

The breakfast includes cookies, croissants, toast, jams and Nutella, tarts, and muffins. Sandwiches and crackers are also available, all accompanied by milk, juice, yogurt, and butter. Of course, coffee is available through a moka or pods, as well as tea and herbal infusions.

My name is Andrea and I have been working closely with people for years, having my own business. My outgoing, communicative, and organized personality has led me to explore new professional horizons over the years.

I love my territory, am athletic, and whenever my schedule allows, I escape to the sea in 20 minutes or to the mountains in 30. I take pleasure and pride in enjoying our colorful cuisine.

In recent years, I have dedicated myself to student rentals and, interacting and exchanging with many students and parents, I have developed the idea of Novatek Apartment B&B. It is an elegant and exclusive environment that is at the same time intimate and familiar, satisfying every need from leisure, to study, to work, and to needs related to the territory.

I dedicate myself entirely to this project and put in a lot of energy to ensure that my guests have all the comforts and services they need while staying at Novatek Apartment. I am always personally available to support them so that they have a carefree stay.

Novatek Apartment - B&B is a very beautiful and functional structure. The staff was available for all our requests and needs. The facility is equipped with every necessary appliance for a comfortable stay. Its centralized location allowed us to make comfortable movements because it is close to the train station, but it allowed us to reach all the essential supermarkets on foot.

Sibilla is super welcoming and super helpful! The structure is brand new (which is no small thing) and the breakfast is super abundant, with everything available and even a little extra compared to other places. Moreover, you feel at home and in full comfort and relaxation! The area is super convenient, with everything nearby, and the communal parking is super handy! I hope to come back soon.

I stayed in this apartment for just one night but I must say I have never seen a bed and breakfast so well-kept and clean. A new idea of bed and breakfast, especially suitable for families, to stay all together as if it were your own home. The breakfast is very abundant and there are many choices. Mrs. Sibilla is very kind and friendly. I will definitely come back!

A gem in the heart of Chieti Scalo area. Chosen because it's 10 minutes away from SS Annunziata Hospital, located in an area with supermarkets, shops, and a pharmacy within a structure with parking.\nSibilla is a kind and helpful person, she makes you feel like you're at home.\nThe apartment is equipped with every comfort, tastefully renovated, with everything you need to the extent that it's a pleasure to live in it. Bright, detailed with a breakfast that will leave you satisfied.\nPlenty of choice among products from well-known Italian brands, possibility to use the kitchen and all its utensils.\nSweets and delicacies for all tastes. The apartments are brand new, spacious, and well furnished. The interiors are clean and fragrant, as well as the sheets and towels. With the heat of these days, having air conditioners in all the rooms was very pleasant. Rich and abundant breakfast. In short, it's like being in your own home.
