Lovely bed and breakfast located in a perfect position, just a stone's throw from the SS. Annunziata hospital and the university. Managed with care and dedication by Andrea and his parents who make you feel at home right away, always available and with a smile. The room is well-kept and the spaces are always clean and tidy, the reserved external parking is valuable especially during peak hours. The breakfast is plentiful and the choice of products is very varied. The property also provides customers with a microwave and a fridge, very useful especially for longer stays like mine.

Friendly and kind staff. The structure is clean and well air-conditioned. In winter, the rooms are very warm. The breakfast is sweet, good and plentiful, often including locally baked artisan cakes. The location in front of the hospital and a few tens of meters from bus stops and tobacco shops (for tickets and top-ups) is good, even though you have to walk a little.

I spent a week in the apartment and I just loved it, the gentlemen of the house were super friendly and attentive, always worried if I needed anything else. Without a doubt I recommend. The breakfast is just amazing, I will miss the cappuccino and croissant.

Everything perfect. I stayed at La Piccola Oasi because my children were hospitalized and I only had to cross the street. The guest feels pampered by the smile and good morning of the owner especially because one stays not for the holidays but because they have a loved one hospitalized.

Very nice and recently renovated room, clean and quiet. It is located a few kilometers from the highway exit, in front of the hospital and the bus stop convenient to reach Chieti center. Very kind and helpful managers. Delicious and very abundant breakfast.

Apart from the fact that the B&B La Piccola Oasi is in a super strategic position for the hospital, but it is really excellent, for the cleanliness of the rooms and for the availability of the owners. The value for money is excellent. It is very close to the bus stop that takes you to the city center. It really deserves.

Peccato che non c'è un voto più alto del 10. Perfetto in tutto sia la camera che la gentilezza dei proprietari e del personale. Ok per il posteggio della macchina. Perfetto per che deve andare all Ospedale. 100 metri a piedi si attraversa la strada e si è arrivati. Grazie.

Cordialità dei titolari. Molto carina ed accogliente la zona comune della colazione. Colazione abbondante con dolce della casa e grande varietà di scelta tra cui servirsi. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Chieti Scalo/zona universitaria ed ospedaliera. Stanza piccolina, ma essenziale. Forse opterei per rimozione di alcune mensole sopra i letti (troppo basse). Molto vicino ad una strada abbastanza trafficata quindi lievemente rumoroso, ma sopportabile. Visto il fronte strada aggiungerei qualche comodità nella stanza tipo tende oscuranti. Si potrebbe pensare all'aggiunta di qualche optional in bagno (phon ad esempio). Consigliato.

Struttura con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione ottima per chi deve recarsi all'ospedale o Università. È situata proprio di fronte. La mia stanza era piccolina ma confortevole. L'unico neo, la mancanza di un bidet e di un phone. Colazione abbondante con prodotti confezionati. Ottimo il ciambellone fatto in casa accompagnato da un buon cappuccino. Per il resto gentilezza e ospitalità. Nelle immediate vicinanze, per chi volesse andare a mangiare un boccone, c'é solamente una pizzeria a taglio che cucina anche anche hamburger ma niente più. Penso di ritornarci a breve.

La posizione è ottima per chi ha bisogno di stare nelle vicinanze dell'ospedale, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili; essendo molto giovani ti trasmettono la voglia di vivere e si vede che tengono al loro lavoro che fanno in maniera eccellente. La struttura è pulita, ristrutturata e con tutti i confort. Consiglio vivamente e, se necessario, ci ritornerò.

Ho apprezzato questo B&B soprattutto per la vicinanza all'ospedale, dovendo prestare assistenza a mio marito ricoverato. Oltre a ciò è da sottolineare che i proprietari sono davvero gentili, le camere sono comode e pulite, la colazione molto buona e abbondante, non è mai mancato un dolce preparato dalla proprietaria. In conclusione sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta del soggiorno in questa struttura.

Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa struttura. I gestori sono delle bravissime e gentilissime persone, le camere piccole ma funzionali e molto comode, con televisione funzionante e con bagno privato. La posizione è ottima, vicina all'ospedale e in generale al campus universitario. Per quanto riguarda la colazione non c'era molta scelta, ma per i miei gusti era più che buona. In generale, consiglio vivamente la struttura per l'ottima posizione, le camere e il personale.

Sono dovuta tornare a Chieti per stare accanto ad un mio parente in ospedale e ho trovato questo bellissimo B&B a pochissimi passi. La struttura è molto accogliente, si respira un clima intimo quasi come sentirsi a casa propria e questo soprattutto grazie al personale gentilissimo, socievole e disponibile. La stanza era bellissima e la colazione con il dolce fresco di prima mattina è stato davvero un tocco in più per rendere la permanenza memorabile a tal punto da ritornarci. Consiglio caldamente di visitarlo.

B&B situato in un'ottima posizione, letteralmente di fronte all'Ospedale SS. Annunziata di Chieti e in vicinanza dell'Università. Stanza singola pulita e confortevole, dotata di televisione e bagno. La proprietaria Maria Grazia, gentilissima, cordiale e molto simpatica come il resto della famiglia. Colazione abbondante, incluso anche dolce fatto in casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità\prezzo. Ritornerò sicuramente a soggiornarci.

Il B&B la Piccola Oasi è in una posizione comodissima per chi ha necessità di andare in ospedale. Attraversata la strada si è già in ospedale. E questa non è l'unica nota positiva. le stanze sono ben tenute, pulite, calde e Maria Grazia prepara degli ottimi ciambelloni per la colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La posizione è ottimale per chi ha bisogno dell'ospedale, soprattutto se arriva con i mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli; l'atmosfera è tranquilla e familiare. La signora Mariagrazia e tutta la sua famiglia sono persone squisite: ci hanno accolto con cortesia e benevolenza. Ci torneremo presto.
