The recently constructed structure has private bathrooms, a television, motorized shutters, wifi, private parking, and a large space in front of the entrance for the exclusive use of guests.

Everything was perfect, the host was extremely kind and friendly. Everything was clean and the room was truly perfect. As for the location, for me, since I had to attend a graduation at the clinic, it was really perfect. If I were to return to Chieti it would be my first choice.

The manager was very kind because he prepared everything for breakfast since they were leaving early in the morning. My husband accidentally broke a vase and he told me that there was no need to pay for it. Clean and tidy room, structure near the highway, great for those like us who want to break a long journey.

I couldn't have breakfast because the breakfast room opened at 8, it should be available earlier. There is an error on the site because it says it is two km from the hospital, but it is right in front of the hospital entrance. Air conditioning is charged separately!

The structure is in the final stages of completion, but it is very efficient, located near the hospital, from where you can reach any place in a very short time. I highly recommend La Piccola Oasi because it is a very nice place, the cost is very convenient, the room is spotless, as are the other areas, the manager is the best you can find in terms of availability and politeness, and, last but not least, the breakfast is truly abundant. Surely they will see us again very soon.

Welcomed by the super kind manager. Comfortable situation. The only downside is the lack of a bidet, but this has now become customary even in hotels. Excellent value for money. Convenient for the hospital and the university. I would definitely return to this establishment if I were in the area again.

Lovely bed and breakfast located in a perfect position, just a stone's throw from the SS. Annunziata hospital and the university. Managed with care and dedication by Andrea and his parents who make you feel at home right away, always available and with a smile. The room is well-kept and the spaces are always clean and tidy, the reserved external parking is valuable especially during peak hours. The breakfast is plentiful and the choice of products is very varied. The property also provides customers with a microwave and a fridge, very useful especially for longer stays like mine.

Apart from the fact that the B&B La Piccola Oasi is in a super strategic position for the hospital, but it is really excellent, for the cleanliness of the rooms and for the availability of the owners. Great location to reach Chieti Scalo/university and hospital area. Small room, but essential. Perhaps I would opt for the removal of some shelves above the beds (too low). Very close to a fairly busy road so slightly noisy, but bearable. Considering the road front, I would add some comforts in the room like blackout curtains. One could think of adding some bathroom amenities (hairdryer for example). Recommended.

Me and my friends had a great time at this property. The managers are very skilled and kind people, the rooms are small but functional and very comfortable, with a working television and private bathroom. The location is excellent, close to the hospital and campus university in general. As for breakfast, there wasn't much choice, but it was more than good for my taste. Overall, I highly recommend the property for the excellent location, rooms, and staff.

I had to return to Chieti to be close to a relative in the hospital and I found this beautiful Bed and Breakfast just a few steps away. The structure is very welcoming, you breathe an intimate atmosphere almost like being at home and this is especially thanks to the extremely kind, sociable, and helpful staff. The room was beautiful and the breakfast with the fresh pastry in the early morning was truly an extra touch to make the stay memorable to the point of wanting to return. I highly recommend visiting it.

B&B located in a great location, literally in front of the SS. Annunziata Hospital in Chieti and close to the University. Clean and comfortable single room, equipped with television and bathroom. The owner Maria Grazia, very kind, friendly, and very nice like the rest of the family. Abundant breakfast, including homemade dessert. Excellent value for money. I will definitely return to stay.

The B&B La Piccola Oasi is in a very convenient location for those who need to go to the hospital. Once you cross the street, you are already at the hospital. And this is not the only positive note, the rooms are well-kept, clean, warm, and Maria Grazia prepares excellent ring cakes for breakfast. I highly recommend it.
