The B&B il Sogno provides accommodation in the heart of the historic center of Chieti, offering the opportunity to reach on foot the Corso Marrucino, the Marrucino Theater, the Barbella art gallery, the De Majo palace, the Roman Baths, the Roman Temples, the Civitella Museum, the Biomedical Sciences Museum and the Villa Frijeri Museum.
Near the property, about 150 meters away, are the Palace of Justice and the offices of the Justice of the Peace.
It is very close to the bus terminal at Largo Cavallerizza, from where you can take transportation to reach all the surrounding villages in the province of Chieti, as well as Pescara, L'Aquila, and Teramo.
It is a 10-minute drive (20/25 minutes by bus) from Chieti Scalo train station and D'Annunzio University, and 10 minutes from the A14 and A25 motorway exits.
The property has modern and finely furnished rooms equipped with a hairdryer, TV, WiFi, and air conditioning.

Ottima struttura, a due passi da Corso Marruccino (pieno centro). Gestori cordiali e disponibili. È stato inoltre possibile far soggiornare con noi il nostro cagnolino di taglia piccola. Il massimo che potessimo aspettarci! Lo terremo in considerazione per future necessità! Lo consiglio vivamente.

Gradevolissimo soggiorno di due giorni in questo grazioso Bed and Breakfast gestito da Franco e la sua famiglia. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa e veramente si ha la sensazione di essere in famiglia!
La struttura è molto carina, e la camera dotata di tutte le necessità. La colazione è servita nel ristorante sempre di loro proprietà situato affianco il Bed and Breakfast.
Consigliato anche il loro ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato un paio di volte, con pasta fatta in casa di ottima qualità! Ogni volta c'è stato offerto anche il dolce, molto gustoso, per un prezzo davvero vantaggioso e ridotto!
Consigliatissimo!

Stanza e bagno pulitissimi, graziosi e funzionali, arredati con cura e attenzione ai dettagli.
I titolari sono gentilissimi e molto premurosi, ti fanno sentire proprio come a casa.
La posizione è strategica, in pieno centro storico, a breve distanza dal corso Marrucino.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione con cornetto e cappuccino.
Molto consigliato.

B&b situato al centro di Chieti. Struttura molto carina e pulita.
Massima gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori.
Camere molto carine, letti davvero comodi! Ottima pulizia del bagno e della doccia. Già presenti molti tipi di bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Colazione con cornetto e cappuccino.
Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, davvero consigliato.

Ho trascorso una sola notte al Bed and Breakfast e mi sono trovata benissimo. I gestori sono delle persone veramente cordiali e disponibili. Delle persone squisite. La cena e la colazione erano ottime. Il posto è veramente molto carino e pulito! Grazie mille!

Il bed&breakfast è pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio e sia l'arredo che i sanitari sono nuovi, ben tenuti e di gusto.
Notevole è la gentilezza e il senso di ospitalità dei gestori del B&B: cordiali, disponibili e pronti a offrire un servizio curato in ogni minimo dettaglio (acqua, caffè caldo, latte, cornetti, marmellate, dolci). Non è da sottovalutare la presenza di saponi, spazzolini (non in formato hotel ma in formato casa!). La posizione del B&B è ottima, nel cuore del centro storico teatino, a due passi dalla bellissima Piazza Malta.
Nel complesso siamo stati molto soddisfatti e resterà di sicuro un punto di riferimento ogni qual volta torneremo a Chieti.
