The hotel is located on the shores of the Riviera del Brenta, known for its famous Venetian Villas, along the road that connects Venice to Padua, but also between Treviso (with its Prosecco hills), Chioggia, the Adriatic coast with its beautiful beaches and not far from the thermal area of Abano and Montegrotto Terme, all cities and towns that can be reached easily and in a short time.

Single and double rooms are available, equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning or heating and a private bathroom.

We have free parking, in front of us you will find a bus every 30 minutes in the direction of Venice, Padua or Mestre. Suitable for both leisure and business travellers.

The reception at the hotel takes place only between 5 pm. 00 and 20. 30. After 9 p. m. 00 the reservation will be considered a No Show. From 9 p. m. 00 until 23. 00 or 14: 00 to 17. 00 it is possible to request afternoon or evening reception but it is necessary to notify the hotel (WITH A MINIMUM NOTICE OF 10 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE). The extra cost will be €30. 00 euros for each additional hour requested. The hotel does not provide luggage storage. In the double rooms a maximum of two people can stay, if the members of the group or family are more numerous it will be necessary to add the necessary additional rooms, just book them on the site.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents must bring a written authorization with a copy of the front and back identity card of both parents or legal guardians. Children up to 1 year (maximum 1 child per room) stay for free sharing the bed with their parents only in the superior rooms, upon written notice, the cost of the upgrade from the standard room to the superior room is €50. 00 per night.

For children aged 1 to 8 years (maximum 1 child per room) it is necessary to notify the hotel in order to obtain the only triple room available consisting of a double bed in a superior room, plus an added sofa bed. A valid document for minors is also required, to be delivered at check-in. The additional cost for upgrading to a triple room is €70. 00 per night. After 8 years it is necessary to book an additional single room, just book it on our website
If breakfast is not included in the stay, it will be possible to request it for a small supplement at check in (breakfast kit with kettle and packaged products) or we will show you one of the many fantastic pastry shops in the town (the first at 200m)
Only one small dog is allowed per room (maximum 8 kg) and a supplement of €70. 00 is required upon arrival for deep cleaning of the room, upon written notice. The animal can never remain alone in the room during the stay. In any case, the Hotel must be notified at the time of booking: in case of failure to communicate, the reception service cannot be guaranteed. We also remind you that in the municipality of Venice a passport for dogs has become mandatory and required. The penalty will be a fine and dogs are not allowed: in museums, churches, some restaurants, shops or public transport, and a muzzle is required.

For bicycle rental (even for free use provided in the gift vouchers) a credit card or a cash deposit of €150. 00 per bicycle is strictly required, to guarantee any damage. It will also be necessary to agree the rental time with the hotel via email at the time of booking. If we do not receive news from you it will not be possible to guarantee the service.

The hotel and rooms are "NON-SMOKING". In case of violation, a surcharge of €100. 00 will be charged for additional cleaning. There is a "smoking corner" outside.

On the day of departure, the room and the hotel must be vacated by 10: 00 am. It is possible to postpone check-out (by communicating it in advance), each hour of delay from 10: 00 am requires a supplement of €20. 00.
