B&B Ca' Sant'Agostin is the best way to experience Venice like a local, with a 5-minute walk to Rialto Bridge and a 15-minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Located in the district of San Polo, which is the beating heart of Venice and just a few steps away from the San Polo square, Cà Sant'Agostin offers a successful blend of tradition, taste, and comfort where you can find the perfect relaxation between excursions to discover Venice and its secrets.

Recently renovated, the B&B provides all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible, including a comfortable and spacious double bed, LCD TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, large bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. It is easily accessible with a 15-minute walk from Piazzale Roma terminal and 10 minutes from the train station. Alternatively, you can take the public transport with the vaporetto Line n 1 and get off at the San Stae stop, where we will pick you up and accompany you to the structure that is just a few hundred meters away.

It's a 7-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, 5 minutes from the famous Frari Church, and 1 minute from Campo San Polo. It's easy to reach with a 10-minute walk from the Piazzale Roma terminal, 7 minutes from the train station, or a few minutes comfortably seated on public transport with the N. 1 vaporetto line to the San Stae stop, where we will pick you up to accompany you to the property, which is only a few hundred meters away.

We had a lovely stay at Gianluca's B&B. He was very welcoming and very thoughtful. The 1 room apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Venice. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and we had a very good night sleep. It was my first time staying further away from San Marco which was a nice way to visit a bit more of another part of Venice. I recommend this place.

I hope I have given positive answers to the questions that are all in Italian, but the B&B Ca' Sant'Agostin' was wonderful. Gianluca was an excellent host who met me at the station and provided good advice during my stay. The location is quiet but still in the heart of the city and not too hard to find again once I got my bearings. The room is spacious (although I found the bed a bit hard) and there is a little kitchen with breakfast supplies. It is great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Very clean apartment in a lively area near the metro but a bit neglected. The owner gave us good directions to get to the apartment. There was a lack of some tableware and 2 wine glasses would have been appreciated. Good value for money.

Good welcome from our host. Breakfast is not what we expected (croissant in a packet, coffee, yogurt, and a bottle of juice). The accommodation is not suitable for asthmatics, too enclosed and very humid, lacks ventilation. Nice place well located.

B&B highly recommended! The owner was very kind and super helpful for check-in/check-out. The structure is completely renovated, except for the kitchenette which however has everything necessary. Large room and big bathroom are the strong points of the structure, in addition to the excellent location in the heart of San Polo, practically 15 minutes walk from everything. The only slightly below standard thing is the breakfast which involves a "do it yourself" with packaged products provided by the owner, certainly not inadequate as it is really rich and varied, but perhaps improvable.

Gianluca is indeed very kind, friendly, and helpful host. If you're coming to Venice for the first time, don't be stingy like me and take the waterbus. S. Stae stop is really close. Quiet area (except for the tourists, who apparently cannot think of not bellowing and hollering in front of people's homes) with many bars and restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped with all needed accessories. My only problem was that the flat was cold at night, due to the central heating turned off; but anyway, that was my problem. This was a nice getaway shelter for me, and I was sad to leave that Alicia moka pot behind.:).

Gianluca immediately proved to be a very kind person, he provided us with all the useful information, he waited for us at the station to personally take us to the property which is located about ten minutes walk from the station and the center and on departure he allowed us to deposit our luggage at the property so we could enjoy another morning in Venice before picking them up just before going to the station. The property is ideal for spending a few days in the city quietly and independently. We will certainly return to him even for the next visit to Venice.

Structure located in a strategic point of Venice. The most interesting places are reachable in a few minutes on foot. Also the train station and the vaporetto stop. Clean and welcoming, it boasts a bedroom, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom. Excellent value for money, especially compared to other structures and considering its location. Gianluca, the owner, is extremely helpful, hospitable, and friendly. I had a great time and felt so comfortable that I will always book here next time. If it wasn't clear yet... highly recommended!

He gave us a map with recommendations on what to visit, where to eat, how to reach the places we wanted to see, and he even printed tickets for us when we needed. I stayed at this property for 2 nights and it was very pleasant. Very convenient location to reach Piazza San Marco on foot in about 20 minutes, the Rialto Bridge in 10, the Fondamenta Nove where you can embark for Murano in 20. Clean and well-equipped room, bathroom and small kitchen, complete with everything. Breakfast with packaged products but the owner, Gianluca, checks every day that nothing is missing. The owner is also very kind and discreet. Definitely would return.

We could not ask for anything better! Gianluca was a wonderful host in every way - met us near the train station and walked us to the property (which has a perfect location and is clean and well-furnished), was always available for our questions (even when we got lost!), restocked the kitchen supplies, provided great food (yogurt, juice, croissants, coffee/tea/milk/and more), and made sure we were comfortable in every way. The property is equidistant from the Rialto and the train station and 5 min from the S. Stae vaporetta stop, in a quiet neighborhood with many bars, shops, and restaurants. We had a lovely stay at B&B Ca' Sant'Agostin by Gianluca. The apartment, very well situated, has everything you need for a short stay. If you're a light sleeper, you can hear people passing by, but fortunately the street was pretty quiet. Gianluca is a very kind, responsive and helpful host. He also provided the breakfast options we wanted. If there was anything to say, the pillows could be renewed for future guests. We felt at home and had a great time in Venice.

Everything was perfect. We were welcomed at the 'vaporetto'. For breakfast, everything was available at will: coffee, fruit juice, brioche. Our host was very attentive to details; towels were also changed very often. Upon our arrival, he gave us a map with the main points of interest and was always available for any information. The B&B is just like in the pictures: no bad surprises!

The stay at the B&B Ca' Sant'Agostino was pleasant. It is located in a central position, without being in the most touristy area. It is a practical mini apartment, clean and adequately equipped. The manager is kind and helpful. The only limitation is being located in a maze of alleys and small squares where an inexperienced tourist may struggle to orient themselves. However, this is a minor flaw, compensated by the good value for money.
