Located in the district of San Polo, which is the beating heart of Venice and just a few steps away from the San Polo square, Cà Sant'Agostin offers a successful blend of tradition, taste, and comfort where you can find the perfect relaxation between excursions to discover Venice and its secrets.

Recently renovated, the B&B provides all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible, including a comfortable and spacious double bed, LCD TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, large bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. It is easily accessible with a 15-minute walk from Piazzale Roma terminal and 10 minutes from the train station. Alternatively, you can take the public transport with the vaporetto Line n 1 and get off at the San Stae stop, where we will pick you up and accompany you to the structure that is just a few hundred meters away.

It's a 7-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, 5 minutes from the famous Frari Church, and 1 minute from Campo San Polo. It's easy to reach with a 10-minute walk from the Piazzale Roma terminal, 7 minutes from the train station, or a few minutes comfortably seated on public transport with the N. 1 vaporetto line to the San Stae stop, where we will pick you up to accompany you to the property, which is only a few hundred meters away.

Gianluca is indeed very kind, friendly and helpful host. If you're coming to Venice for the first time, don't be stingy like me and take the waterbus. S. Stae stop is really close. Quiet area (except for the tourists, who apparently can not think of not bellowing and hollering in front of people's homes) with many bars and restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped with all needed accessories. My only problem was that the flat was cold at night, due the central heating turned off; but anyway, that was my problem. This was a nice getaway shelter for me, and I was sad to leave that Alicia moka pot behind.:).

Nice, stylish, modern apartment in good location. Gianluca is excellent host. He gave us a map with recommendations what to visit, where to eat, how to reach the places we wanted to see and he even printed us tickets when we needed. We could leave our suitcases there after checking out.

We could not ask for anything better! Gianluca was a wonderful host in every way - met us near the train station and walked us to the property (which has a perfect location and is clean and well-furnished), was always available for our questions (even when we got lost!), restocked the kitchen supplies, provided great food (yogurt, juice, croissants, coffee/tea/milk/and more), and made sure we were comfortable in every way). The property is equidistant from the Rialto and the train station and 5 min from the S. Stae vaporetta stop, in a quiet neighborhood with many bars, shops, and restaurants. We highly recommend the property and host. We hope to come back. Thank you Gianluca!

We had a lovely stay at Gianluca's cosy place. The appartment, very well situated, has everything you need for a short stay. If you're a light sleeper, you can hear people passing by, but fortunately the street was pretty quiet. Gianluca is a very kind, responsive and helpful host. He also provided the breakfast options we wanted. If there was anything to say, the pillows could be renewed for future guests. We felt at home and had a great time in Venice!

Gianluca was an awesome host! He provided the most options for breakfast of all the other places we stayed on our trip and he graciously restocked whatever we used up. He was super helpful with any questions we had and even made a great suggestion for a nearby restaurant and made us reservations one rainy evening that we didn’t want to go wandering aimlessly. The apartment is spacious and was perfect for our 4 night stay - wish we could’ve stayed longer. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is in a very quiet area but perfectly centrally located to reach anywhere on the island. Only a short walk to reach restaurants and a couple shops. My only complaint was there wasn’t a place near enough to run out to get coffee and pastry first thing in the morning- but it wasn’t really needed with all he provided. Overall I would definitely stay there again if I was ever fortunate enough to return to Venice.

This sparkling clean, well appointed property is a perfect choice for either a short or longer stay in Venice. Our host, Gianluca, was attentive in providing for our needs, answering questions, and offering the ingredients necessary for a hearty breakfast each day. We appreciated the opportunity to have breakfast on our schedule in our room. The property is situated within walking distance of everything Venice has to offer including the vaporetto stops and the train station.

We enjoyed staying in this properties very much. The location was great - quiet centre. All the attractions are at the walking distance, the water bus stop is 3 min walk. The owner is very friendly and helpful, speaks perfect English. I am not for the first time in Venice, but this is the best place among others I experiences.

Appartement très propre dans un quartier animé proche du métro mais un peu négligé. Le proprio nous a donné de bonnes indications pour se rendre à l’appartement. Il manquait un peu de vaisselle et 2 verres de vin auraient été appréciés. Bonne qualité/prix.

Très bon accueil de notre hôte. Le petit dejeuner n'est pas ce que nous pensions (mise à disposition de croissant en sachet café et yaourt et bouteille de jus). Le logement n'est pas adapté au asthmatique trop enfermé beaucoup d'humidité manque d'aération. Bel endroit bien situé.

Tout était parfait. Nous étions attendu au "vaporetto". Pour le petit déjeuner, tout était remis à volonté: café, jus de fruit, brioche. Notre hôte était très attentionné à tous les détails; les serviettes de toilette étaient également changées très souvent. Dès notre arrivée, il nous a remis une carte avec les principaux centres d'intérêts et il était toujours disponible pour tous renseignements. Le BB est tel que sur les photos: aucune mauvaise surprise!

Gianluca est charmant et nous a très bien accueillis. L'appartement est un peu sombre mais très pratique par son emplacement, et avec le coin cuisine qui permet de manger tranquillement "à la maison". Le petit déjeuner était en libre service, copieux, j'ai juste regretté qùil n'y ait pas un peu de mets salés.

Alles klein, aber fein: Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Doppelbett (wir bekamen auf Anfrage einzelne Laken), Schrank und Tisch, Bad mit Dusche, WC und Bidet, Küchenzeile mit zwei Platten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und zwei Kaffeemaschinen (deutsch und italienisch). Reichlich Handtücher (auch Geschirrtücher), ausreichende Anzahl Gläster, Teller, Besteck usw. Das Frühstück macht man sich selber; italienisches Gebäck, Toast, Marmelade, Jogurt und verschiedene Säfte sind vorhanden und werden täglich nachgefüllt. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

B&B super consigliato! Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile per check-in/check-out. La struttura è completamente rinnovata, fatta eccezione per l'angolo cucina che comunque ha tutto il necessario. Ampia camera e grande bagno sono il pezzo forte della struttura, oltre alla posizione ottima nel cuore di San Polo praticamente a 15 minuti a piedi da tutto. Unica cosa un pochino sotto standard è la colazione che prevede un "fai da te" con prodotti incartati che vengono forniti dal proprietario, sicuramente non insufficiente poiché veramente ricca e varia, ma forse migliorabile.

Gianluca si è rivelato immediatamente una persona gentilissima, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni utili, ci ha atteso alla stazione per condurci personalmente alla struttura che si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro e alla partenza ci ha permesso di depositare i nostri bagagli presso la struttura potendo così goderci un'altra mattinata a Venezia per poi prelevarli poco prima di recarci in stazione. La struttura è ideale per trascorrere tranquillamente e in completa autonomia alcuni giorni nella città. Torneremo certamente da lui anche per la prossima visita a Venezia.

Struttura situata in un punto strategico di Venezia. I posti di maggior interesse sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Anche la stazione e la fermata dei vaporetti. Pulito e accogliente si pregia di stanza da letto, angolo cottura e ampio bagno. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, soprattutto confrontandolo con altre struttere e considerata la sua posizione. Gianluca, il proprietario, persona disponibilissima, ospitale e affabile. Sono stata benissimo e a mio agio così tanto che al prossimo giro prenoterò sempre qui. Se non si fosse ancora capito...consigliatissimo!

Ho trascorso in questa struttura 2 notti ed è stato piacevolissimo. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi piazza San Marco in circa 20 minuti, il ponte di rialto in 10, le fondamenta nove dove imbarcarsi per murano in 20. Camera, bagno e piccola cucina pulite e ben attrezzate, dotazione completa di tutto. Colazione con prodotti confezionati ma il proprietario, Gianluca, controlla ogni giorno che non manchi niente. Proprietario inoltre gentilissimo e discreto. Sicuramente ci tornerei.

Struttura sicuramente consigliabile. Gianluca, il proprietario, è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fornito anche tutte le informazioni e indicazioni necessarie per la nostra visita a venezia. La posizione è molto strategica e centrale, comoda per raggiungere le diverse zone di interesse della città, ma posizionata in un via molto tranquilla. L'appartamento è a piano terra, arredato con un piccolo cucinino fornito di tutto ciò che serve (forno a microonde, caffettiera, tostapane, piccol frigo). Ottima pulizia. La colazione per le abitudini di un italiano ha tutto quello che serve: latte, caffè, succhi di frutta, yogurt, fette biscottate, burro, marmellata, brioche (confezionate). Se dovessimo tornare a Venezia, sicuramente torneremo da Gianluca!

"Ca' Sant'Agostin" è un posto tranquillo condotto da un oste gentilissimo. Gianluca era sempre disponibile e mi poteva dare i consigli preziosissimi per quanto riguardo non solo i percorsi (sia a piedi sia il trasporto pubblico) ma anche sul suo quartiere, perché è un Veneziano. L'appartamento si trova in una delle ultime zone residenziali ed è molto tranquillo. Facilmente raggiungibile. È arredato con un angolo di cottura con tutto quello che potrebbe essere necessario (fornello, microonde, tostapane, frigorifero grande ecc.), tv, w-lan ecc. , letto comodo, camera sapzioso e pulitissimo. La colazione ricca base ai desideri dell'ospite. Tutti i monumenti sono vicini, anche il vaporetto. Sono stata a Venezia per due settimane per motivi di lavoro, ma grazie a Gianluca e sua "Ca' Sant' Agostin" ero in grado di scoprire la Serenissima, che merita definitivamente più di pochi giorni del visitatore! Assolutamente raccomandabile. Grazie Gianluca e alla prossima! The B&B is located in one of the last residential areas in Venice. "Ca' Sant'Agostin" is a quiet place, the owner is Venetian and gave me lots of tips about his quartiere San Polo, the public transport etc. with a kitchen equipped with everything the guest may need. The apartment was neat and tidy. Gianluca makes available for breakfast what the guest likes. The monuments, museums and places of interest in Venice are nearby, also a vaporetto station. The perfect place to discover "La Serenissima", which deserves definitely more than one, two or even three days! Thank you, Gianluca!

Il proprietario, Gianluca, è persona cortese e disponibile. La struttura è in una bellissima posizione nel cuore vero di Venezia. Ottima pulizia. Colazione essenziale con prodotti confezionati. Bagno ampio e pulito. Climatizzazione ottima. Qualche problema tecnico con il televisore (correttamente segnalato dal proprietario), ma in vacanza - in particolare a Venezia - il televisore dovrebbe rimanere spento. Struttura molto consigliata.

Premesso che Il signor Gianluca è un perfetto padrone di casa, perché è così che ti fa sentire a casa, non manca nulla per godersi la bellezza di Venezia, vicino a tutte le bellezze e poi la camera pulita, accogliente e con tutto l'occorrente per cucinarsi anche un buon pranzetto. Siamo stati da Gianluca in occasione della visita alla Biennale, durante il week end del Redentore, lo abbiamo contattato all'ultimo momento e lui è stato rapido nel darci risposta e molto disponibile, nonostante i nostri contrattempi. Arrivati a destinazione siamo stati felicissimi perché lo spazio a nostra disposizione era grande, pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i confort, e pure a scelta, c'era infatti sia il condizionatore che il ventilatore, oltre a tv, frigo e un intero angolo cottura ben attrezzato, tanto che abbiam cenato in stanza! La zona è comodissima al Canal Grande e al vaporetto, ma si va tranquillamente anche a piedi, sia in stazione, che a piazzale Roma, che a Rialto! Il sestrier è quello di San Polo e il Campo è vicinissimo, pur mantenendo una posizione meno di passaggio rispetto alla via principale. Soggiorniamo di frequente a Venezia, cambiando sempre appoggio, ma questo ci è piaciuto molto e l'offerta ha davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Gianluca abita di sopra ed è un Host disponibile, discretissimo e davvero gentile. Apprezzatissima la soluzione autonoma per la colazione che ci ha permesso di fare con calma e restando in pigiama. Torneremo alla prossima occasione!

Camera accogliente e funzionale. Posizione strategica per chi, come noi, aveva solo 3 giorni a disposizione per visitare Venezia. Il proprietario Gianluca è stato veramente disponibile e cortese e soprattutto ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per sfruttare al massimo il tempo a disposizione e anche per evitare di spendere una fortuna per i trasporti. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Cà Sant'Agostin dal 3 al 6 luglio 2018. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutte le coppie che intendono fare una breve vacanza in questa meravigliosa città. È centrale ma fuori dal caos, è accogliente, pulito, ben fornito e soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato la gestione. Il proprietario è presente con utili consigli e indicazioni, ma sempre con molta discrezione.

Il soggiorno presso il B&B Sant'Agostino è stato gradevole; è situato in una posizione centrale, senza essere nel percorso più frequentato dia turisti. È un pratico mini appartamento, pulito e attrezzato adeguatamente. Il gestore è gentile e disponibile. L'unico limite, essere collocato in un intrico di calli e campielli in cui un turista poco esperto fatica a orientarsi. Ma questo è un peccato veniale, compensato dal buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Piacevolmente soddisfatta. Il B&B è in pieno centro e facilmente raggiungibile nonostante Venezia sia un labirinto di via e vicoli. Pulito e silenzioso, ha le caratteristiche che io ed il mio compagno ricerchiamo. Gianluca, il gestore, molto simpatico e disponibile, ci ha fornito delle indicazioni turistiche utilissime. De accommodatie is perfect om een aantal nachten te verblijven. Het was een zeer schoon appartement. Gianluca is een hele aardige en hulpvaardige gastheer. Ook is hij altijd bereikbaar en gaf fijne informatie. Wij zouden er zeker de volgende keer weer willen verblijven.
