Originally an old residence transformed into six tourist rooms, Legrenzi Rooms combines the charm of its original architecture with a sleek contemporary spirit. The historic section retains its authentic appearance, featuring wooden beams and exposed brick, while the glass extension and minimalist volumes introduce a modern touch that opens up to a lovely private garden.
Each room is unique, designed as a distinct space where an appreciation for design meets the authenticity of materials. The interiors showcase a refined balance between original vintage pieces, furnishings from renowned international brands, and creations from prominent designers, creating a sophisticated and personal atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with a kettle and a selection of teas and herbal infusions, while some also offer breakfast, which guests can manage independently with the products provided by the establishment. Daily cleaning service is provided.
The location allows guests to leave their cars and easily navigate the area on foot, by bicycle, or using public transportation. Mestre features an extensive cycling network, while Venice, just 7 km away, can be conveniently reached by line 7 and Venice buses, which run every 10 minutes, 24/7. The bus stop is about 100 meters from the property, and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes.
Check-in is organized by appointment and must be completed by 8:00 PM. After this time, the reception closes and reopens the following morning at 8:00 AM; for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM, an extra charge applies for out-of-hours service.
