The B&B ROMANTICA VENEZIA is just at a few steps from the bus stop for Venice (Line 2, every 10 minutes) and at 300 mt from the Railway Station (trains to Venice continuosly), allowing You to arrive in the Venice's heart in minutes.

We are in the middle of the shopping area, with a lot of restaurants, snackbar, pubs, and any other kinds od services just outside the door.
5 big shopping centres representing all the biggest italian distribution chains are just at a few minutes of car.

Terminal Bus for airport at 300 mt.
Venice's Airport Marco Polo at 10 minutes of bus.
Treviso's Airport Antonio Canova at 20 minutes of bus.
Beachs, art's cities and the famous venetian villas (Treviso, Padova, Riviera del Brenta, etc.) are at a just few minutes of car.

From the moment we started our stay in this BnB, we felt welcome and comfortable. The place is really good, it's equiped with everything you may need and it's very clean. The attention to detail is superb. It may not look like your typical 5 star hotel, but i guarantee like we felt like we were in one. Like the apartment wasn't good enough, the owner is amazing. Everything he does for his guests doesn't go unnoticed. Our trip to venice was definitely improved by his advice. I honestly think I couldn't have gone to a better BnB.

3 bedrooms, kitchen, shared bathroom. Basic furnishings. Very clean. Token breakfast items, but there if you are interested. The host (Giorgio) is excellent. Although his English is poor, he knows what he needs to know. He spent over 20 minutes thoughtfully sharing his suggestions for Venice itinerary and local restaurants. These were very useful tips. He is a sincere, kind man who clearly cares about his visitors.

Dear Michael, thank You for Your very nice words. Concerning the breakfast the complete list of the items is duly detailed in the home page of our website. We offer a large series of various items just to overcome the law limits that obliges the B&B to supply only foods in individual packing. If some our colleague offers different items they do it at their own risk bcs clearly out of law. The question was clearly explained during the check-in and a multilingual information sheet mentioning text and nr of this law is attached to the fridge in the kitchen. So your vote (5) is to intend not to our breakfast but to the law that doesn 't allows us to act different. I'll be very grateful if You can suggest me how I can realize a breakfast to vote "10" without to go against the law.

What can I say? Giorgio was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with beforehand, and he shared many of his recommendations for things to see, restaurants to go to, etc when we arrived. The accommodation is just a short walk from the train station where there are frequent and very cheap trains to S. Lucia. Breakfast is self-service and there are cooking facilities if you need them. We'd also recommend the Soul Kitchen Cafe by the station if you want to eat breakfast out locally.

The place is a little oldish but very charming. The host is extremely nice and helpful with everything, a perfect location for people wanting to visit Venice but not paying the Venice-prices and/or to get out of the high-density zone for the nights and find some relief in a "normal" city surrounding. Mestre has its own, rough charm, too, by the way.

The host was the most helping person I have come across while travelling. He let us put our luggage for one more day after our stay and gave us keys to his apartment so that we can get the luggage whenever we want. The apartment is really nice and clean, you would find almost everything in it to make your travel easier. The host really made our Venice trip more convenient, so that we could get most out of our days in Venice.

Romantica Venezia is really a nice place! Georgio is a very friendly and supportive host. The apartment is clean and the kitchen offers everything required to prepare your own meals if needed. Due to Corona, the breakfast was slightly reduced. however, for me it was perfect. I can highly recommend Romantica Venezia.

Grazie per l'ottimo giudizio. Per la colazione non ci è possibile fare di più e meglio. La colazione a buffet, che si può fare a qualsiasi ora, è composta da brioches, tortini, crostatine, dolci al cioccolato, muesli, cereali di 2 tipi, zucchero biologico di canna, tisane e tè di molti tipi, caffè, burro, marmellatine, yogurt su richiesta, mele, fette biscottate, fette di pane fresco da tostare, tutto di marche primarie. Ovvero il massimo che la legge ci consente stante che, come da apposito cartello appeso al frigo, la Legge Regionale n° 33/2002, allegato F, parte II, vieta tassativamente ai B&B la manipolazioni di alimenti (quindi no affettati sfusi, no dolci fatti in casa, solo prodotti preconfezionati).

First of all, Giorgio made us feel very welcomed. He gave us some useful advise on where to go in and around Mestre. The B&B was in the perfect location for us too (near the train station and town centre) and we felt as though it was home. It was a lovely place to stay in. Thank you Giorgio!

Dès notre arrivée, Giorgio a su nous donner toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement de notre séjour à Venise. Que ce soit les lieux où manger, les astuces pour se déplacer ou encore les sites à visiter nous avons eu que de bonnes adresses ! À part ça le logement est parfait, le petit-déjeuner copieux, la literie super confortable et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour ! Encore merci Giorgio !

Pour un premier séjour à Venise nous n'avons pas été déçus. Le logement était bien situé même si en dehors de Venise (à 2 minutes à pied de la gare de Mestré - départs de train très réguliers avec un temps de trajet de 10 minutes pour un tarif de 1euro45 l'aller) ) Chambre spacieuse pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) avec une décoration un peu désuette mais très propre et avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le plus remarquable dans ce logement c'est notre hôte: prévenant, discret, accueillant et de très bons conseils (il a passé plus d'une heure lors de notre arrivée à nous expliquer, carte à l'appui, les éléments à voir et l'organisation à avoir pour optimiser notre court séjour. Nous conseillons cet endroit.

La chambre est un peu désuète mais sincèrement vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés, propreté irréprochable, accueil irréprochable par Giorgio dont la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l'accompagnement sont au rendez-vous pour que vous passiez un très bon séjour. Les accès à Venise se font très facilement (15/ 20 min max) avec beaucoup de choix entre le train ou le bus. Emplacement idéal, accueil chaleureux et rapport qualité prix imbattables pour Venise. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen - 5min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und von dort 10min mit dem Zug nach Venedig. Die Züge fahren regelmäßig (man muss sich vorher keinen bestimmten Zug aussuchen den man bekommen möchte; Kosten pro Fahrt: 1, 45€). In der Nähe befinden sich auch einige Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt einem viele Infos über Venedig und Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber, vor allem auch das geteilte Bad. Es gab täglich einen Roomservice der die Betten gemacht hat. Durch sie Klimaanlage konnte man das Zimmer auch an heißen Tagen auf eine angenehme Temperatur regeln. Leider ist sie Wohnung jedoch extrem hellhörig, weshalb es empfehlenswert ist Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen. Im Preis ist ein kleines Frühstück enthalten. Leider enthielt dies nur abgepackte Produkte, da die B&B's wohl kein offenes Frühstück zur Verfügung stellen dürfen. Dennoch hatten wir eine gute Zeit und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'alloggio è molto ben posizionato - 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e da lì 10 minuti di treno per Venezia. I treni passano regolarmente (non è necessario scegliere in anticipo quale treno prendere; costo per corsa: 1, 45€). Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche alcuni ristoranti e un supermercato. Il padrone di casa è molto gentile e fornisce molte informazioni su Venezia e consigli su visite turistiche e ristoranti. L'alloggio era molto pulito, soprattutto il bagno in comune. C'era un servizio in camera giornaliero che rifaceva i letti. L'aria condizionata manteneva la stanza a una temperatura piacevole anche nei giorni più caldi. Purtroppo l'appartamento è estremamente rumoroso, quindi è consigliabile portare con sé dei tappi per le orecchie. Il prezzo include una piccola colazione. Purtroppo, questa conteneva solo prodotti preconfezionati, in quanto i B&B probabilmente non sono autorizzati a fornire una colazione aperta. Ciononostante, ci siamo trovati bene e possiamo sicuramente raccomandare l'alloggio!

Gentilissimo Sig. Straßburg, ad ogni ospite che arriva dico sempre che per qualsiasi problema devono chiamarmi. Tutte le volte che vi ho chiesto se era tutto ok mi avete sempre risposto che era tutto ok. Perché non mi avete segnalato i vostri problemi? Vediamo in dettaglio: RUMOROSITA': Quali rumori avete sentito? A voi avevo riservato una camera assolutamente silenziosa, quella che si affaccia sul cortile. Sotto di noi c'è un Studio medico che fa riflessologia plantare, mentre al piano superiore abita una ragazza tranquillissima. Pensi che per tutelare il riposo dei miei ospiti, nel mio B&B non c'è nemmeno la televisione!... Se invece il rumore di cui parlate è stato causato dagli ospiti dell'altra camera allora bastava avvisarmi o dirglielo direttamente. Non servono quindi tappi di gomma, l'ambiente è estremamente silenzioso e tranquillo, come ben testimoniano le tante recensioni positive. COLAZIONE: Fra le tantissime informazioni che vi sono state date durante il check-in vi è stato chiaramente detto ed enfatizzato che ai B&B in Italia è VIETATA LA MANIPOLAZIONE DEGLI ALIMENTI. La legge ci impone infatti di fornire ai nostri ospiti unicamente alimenti in confezioni individuali. Vi è stato anche detto che in fianco al frigo c'è un cartello in 4 lingue (incluso tedesco) dove è riportato il testo e il nr di questa legge. Non solo: nella home page del nostro sito web al capitolo "Vantaggio nr 4 - Super Colazione inclusa" trovate l'elenco di tutto ciò che compone la colazione. Vi riporto qui sotto il testo: ""Al Bed and Breakfast Romantica Venezia la colazione è compresa nel prezzo delle camere e comprende: nutella, cereali, marmellatine, miele, brioches Bauli o Melegatti, fette biscottate, fette di pane fresco, Nescafé normale e decaffeinato, caffé Illy o Lavazza (per qualsiasi momento della giornata), Orzobimbo, svariati tipi di the normale e deteinato, camomilla, melissa e molte altre tisane, burro, limoni, succhi di frutta, latte intero e scremato, zucchero bianco e zucchero biologico di canna, dolcificante Misura). Certo, ci piacerebbe servire anche torte, salumi, formaggi e altro ma la normativa sui B&B (Legge Regionale nr 33/2002, allegato F, parte II) lo vieta tassativamente: "La colazione deve essere composta da cibi preconfezionati. I B&B non sono autorizzati a preparare e servire alimenti". Chi lo fa fa una bellissima figura ma compie un grave illecito. Nulla vieta invece all'ospite di cucinarsi quello che vuole, torte, wurstel, frittate, etc, la cucina è lì per questo!"" Su richiesta forniamo anche alimenti per celiaci. Trovo quindi ingiusto il voto 4 dato alla colazione, soprattutto considerato che eravate stati ben informati sui limiti di legge circa questo argomento.. E' un voto che dovreste semmai dare alla legge ma non a noi che cerchiamo di superare questo limite mettendo a disposizione una grande varietà di scelta fra le cose consentite dalla normativa. Per concludere vorrei che poteste suggerirci quali alimenti consentiti dalla normativa potremmo aggiungere per meritare quel 10 che quasi tutti gli altri ospiti ci hanno dato fino ad oggi. Per il resto Vi ringrazio del giudizio positivo nel rapporto qualità/prezzo e spero di avervi ancora graditissimi ospiti e potervi dare i miei migliori servizi.

Die Lage ist super. 400 m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr saube und wunderbar ausgestattet. George (Vermieter) sehr zuvorkommender und aufmerksame Person. Das einzige, was uns etwas irritiert hat, es gab keine Möglichkeit für Unterstellen von Fahrrädern. Wir mussten unsere schwere E-Bikes in die 2-te Etage schleppen.

Nuestra estancia en "B&B romántica Venezia" fue muy agradable, teníamos de todo en el piso y cualquier duda o problema se lo podíamos comentar al propietario literalmente a cualquier hora del día, cosa que hace una gran atención el huésped. El piso estaba impecable, es decir, cada día se hacía un repaso de todo, tanto habitaciones como baño y cocina a los cuales podíamos hacer uso a nuestra libertad (siempre que no molestaramos a otros huéspedes). Además de eso, solo llegar nos hicieron un mapa turístico de los lugares más imprescindibles además de consejos de donde comer o como usar el transporte público. Un sitio muy recomendable!

Realmente fue un gusto haber conocido a Giorgio, quien nos hizo sentir su B&B como nuestra casa, su charla de bienvenida nos brindó todos los datos necesarios para manejarnos sin problemas en Venecia, sitios de interés, servicio de transporte, comedores en Mestre y Venecia. El lugar es sencillo y muy cómodo, totalmente equipado. Posibilidad de cocinar si se desea y de poder prepararse una infusión, tomar algo fresco o utilizar los comestibles que provee gentilmente en cualquier momento. Realmente fue una excelente decisión. Gracias por todo Giorgio, espero poder volver algún día!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti dal gentilissimo e cordialissimo sig. Giorgio che ci ha accolto con cortesia e professionalità illustrando, cartina alla mano, con dovizia di particolari un tour di 2 giorni per la splendida Venezia. Struttura vicinissima alla stazione di Mestre e dopo 10 minuti di treno già eravamo sul vaporetto destinazione San Marco. Abbiamo trascorso proprio un bellissimo weekend.

Comincio col dire che il signor Giorgio, padrone di casa eccellente, ci ha accolti benissimo (nonostante avessimo dimenticato di chiamarlo 20 minuti prima del nostro arrivo) e soprattutto ci ha spiegato come muoverci, quali luoghi visitare, i ristoranti, etc. Ideale se si cerca un posto semplice, pulito e tranquillo, dove riposare dopo aver visto la meravigliosa Venezia. Vicino alla stazione, tanti ristoranti e negozi vari. Lo consigliamo fortemente, non ve ne pentirete.

Durante il nostro soggiorno ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L‘accoglienza del Sig. Giorgio non ha eguali. Sono stata a Venezia per festeggiare insiemi ai colleghi il 30° anniversario dall'assunzione avvenuta a Venezia il 21 aprile 1993. Mi sono trovata molto bene nel B&B Romantica Venezia, il gestore è stata molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni mia richiesta di informazioni. Spero in futuro di poter visitare Venezia insieme alla mia famiglia e soggiornare in questa struttura molto accogliente e vicino alla stazione di Venezia Mestre. Saluti Giusy.

Stanza di dimensioni adeguate e struttura molto pulita. Il gestore mi ha fornito molte indicazioni utili per visitare Venezia e ho apprezzato la disponibilità a tenere il bagaglio fino a sera. È vicino alla stazione, bar e ristoranti.

La struttura è un po' datata (anche se credo che gli stranieri l'apprezzino, perché assomiglia molto a quella che all'estero si immagina la casa italiana) e la colazione un po' anonima (per questioni di legislazione più che di scelta), ma detto questo non si può che dirne bene. La casa è pulita, c'è tutto quello che occorre e anche di più, si ha a disposizione la cucina e la posizione fa dimenticare il rammarico per non essere riusciti a trovare una stanza IN Venezia a un prezzo abbordabile: vicina ad autobus, stazione (treni frequentissimi), supermercato, ristoranti ecc. La zona è multietnica e sicura: anche tornando la sera tardi non abbiamo mai avuto di che temere. La ciliegina sulla torta è l'ospite che è un pozzo di informazioni di cui consiglio caldamente di tenere conto perché permettono di evitare gran parte dello stress che una visita a una città come Venezia potrebbe creare (non dirò nulla, così rimaniamo solo noi, ospiti di Giorgio, a conoscere le dritte migliori). Insomma, esperienza positiva su tutta la linea, prezzo compreso.

La struttura è volutamente datata, era la casa dei miei suoceri e tutto li dentro ha una sua propria energia. Sul perché di questa scelta potrà trovare ampia ed esaustiva dissertazione sul BBLOG del mio sito web, scritta ancora agli inizi di questa fantastica avventura, 14 anni fa. A volte vorrei anch'io fosse possibile votare l'ospite, e a voi non potrei dare che il massimo dei voti. La struttura è molto comoda, vicinissima alla stazione di Mestre. Dalla stazione è facilissimo raggiungere Venezia con un treno ogni 10 minuti. Siamo stati in due durante il Carnevale e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Inoltre, siamo stati ben consigliati dal proprietario su tutto: ristoranti, luoghi da visitare, mezzi di trasporto, curiosità su Venezia. Davvero molto consigliato. La casa è semplice e pulita, nulla da aggiungere.

A due passi dalla stazione di Mestre e dagli altri servizi. Siamo stati accolti da Giorgio il proprietario ed è stato sin da subito cordiale, disponibile e ci aiutato a "gestire" nei migliori dei modi la nostra vacanza a Venezia. I luoghi da visitare e da non perdere, i ristoranti e i mezzi di trasporto consigliati da lui sono stati di gran aiuto. Lo consiglierei senza ombra di dubbio! Grazie Giorgio.

Il B&B romantica Venezia si trova in una posizione molto comoda, vicino alla stazione e ad alcune utili fermate dell'autobus. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ha dato indicazione su cosa visitare a Mestre, come raggiungere Venezia e dove mangiare. La casa è molto pulita e confortevole.

Tutto OK. Appartamento old fashion ma tenuto bene e molto pulito. Il gestore é gentilissimo. Essendo il B&B a meno di 3 min. dalla stazione si é a Venezia in un quarto d'ora. Se cercate il lusso andate altrove, se cercate un posto tranquillo e pulito per dormire e far colazione, fa al caso vostro.

Per me è stata una bella esperienza al B&B Romantica Venezia di Giorgio: siamo state accolte veramente bene e con serietà, non solo ci ha dato le chiavi e le nozioni base del funzionamento del B&B (come mi era già successo in altri posti d'Europa), ma ci ha anche suggerito come muoverci, cosa evitare e come spendere al meglio la nostra giornata a Venezia. Inoltre, era sempre disponibile, via messaggi e chiamate, a rispondere ad ogni nostro dubbio. La camera era pulita, spaziosa (la tripla), calda e l'ho sempre ritrovata in ordine impeccabile; la convivenza con gli altri inquilini non è stata per niente spiacevole, contando che si condividevano bagno e cucina. Il bagno l'ho sempre trovato pulito e in ordine; l'unico "inconveniente" forse sono i turni in bagno, ma non è stato un problema così rilevante alla fine. Consiglio davvero questo posto.

Ottima posizione, bus a 200 metri e treno 500. Gestore molto disponibile anche sugli imprevisti, si vede che ci tiene. La cucina è comoda e permette libertà di soluzioni. Unico neo il bagno unico (anche se sempre pulito) per 3 stanze che costringe a turni. Noi fortunatamente abbiamo trovato ospiti con i quali non ci sono stati problemi. lo consiglio.

La locazione della struttura è ottima per chi vuole soggiornare come turista, la fermata del pullman è sottocasa, la stazione a 10 minuti a piedi, vicinissima al centro di mestre, la signora (Marina) che gestisce il B&B è molto gentile e disponibile, e i suoi consigli su quando e come visitare sono ottimi, nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza. Ne approfittiamo per ringraziare quindi Marina.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La struttura è pulitissima e il bagno, seppur in comune, è grande e fornito dei prodotti necessari per l’igiene della persona. C’è anche la lavatrice! Si può usufruire della cucina per prepararsi pranzi o cene. Noi ad esempio abbiamo pranzato in casa, risparmiando. Il gestore è disponibilissimo e gentile e vi darà tante informazioni per muovervi e per vivere Venezia. Noi siamo stati bene e mi sento di consigliarlo.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato pienamente soddisfatto in base alle nostre esigenze ma anche in base alle nostre idee di soggiorno, purtroppo è stato breve, ma nel periodo di capodanno quindi il rapporto qualità\prezzo e comodità nella posizione e nei servizi nelle vicinanze è stato ottimo. Giorgio è una persona splendida che ti trasmette la sua passione implicità nella sua attività. Non sapremmo che dire di più perché il suo sito o blog è perfettamente completo e personalmente leggere ciò che lui descrive e ritrovarselo perfettamente in ciò che è presente nella struttura è molto importante in questi tempi dove i contatti avvengono per mail o tramite siti. Insomma noi ritorneremo a trovarlo presto perché ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, a casa. Consigliatissimo!!
