Cozy and comfortable apartment, recently restored and equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, wifi, hairdryer, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen,. . .).
Located in the historic center in a characteristic and lively area, a short distance from Piazza S. Marco and adjacent to the main exhibition venues of La Biennale.
The apartment consists of: dining room with kitchenette, large living room (sofa bed), bedroom (double bed or 2 single beds), bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom.
The apartment is located on the first floor and offers a pleasant view over a typical campiello.
On request, we can provide the cot and the high chair, stroller, umbrella and beach games.
POSITION
The apartment is located near the lively and characteristic Via Garibaldi, in one of the most unchanged and typical areas of Venice, very close to the two main exhibition venues of "La Biennale" (Giardini and Arsenale), a short distance from Piazza San Marco and from many other places of artistic and cultural interest.
Being located in a side street, the apartment enjoys a very quiet location.
A short distance away you can find some typical restaurants where you can taste traditional dishes accompanied by background music, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks and much more.
The apartment is located near the "Giardini" and "Arsenale" stops and is therefore easily accessible whether you come by car, train, or plane (direct line from the airport). The “Giardini” and “Arsenale” stops are served by all the main urban public transport lines (1 - 4. 1– 4. 2 - 5. 1 - 5. 2 - 6); from the apartment you can therefore easily reach any point of the city as well as its beautiful islands (Lido, Murano, Burano, Torcello, etc.).
Tourist tax not included in the price, to be paid in cash upon arrival:

Excellent accommodation, perfect, clean and well-kept; excellent availability of services, efficient kitchen, abundant and very clean towels. Not centrally located, but precisely for this reason appreciated because it is far from tourist flows and close to a more authentic Venice. Great availability of nearby services (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Exceptional courtesy of the manager both for check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended.

Great location, Casa Davide is large and welcoming with everything you need. Mrs. Silvia is very kind and helpful. Supermarket nearby and a short walk from bakery, pharmacy, bank. If we were to return to Venice, we will definitely come back to Casa Davide.

Excellent location: quiet area just a stone's throw from the lively Via Garibaldi, the Arsenale, and the Biennale gardens. Connected to the center by vaporetto or with a pleasant half-hour walk. The structure overlooks a characteristic and peaceful Venetian square. The furniture is new and functional. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed.

The structure fully corresponds to the description. Very clean and bright apartment overlooking a rugby field. Easily accessible by walking along Via Garibaldi starting from the Arsenale stop. The area, just outside the most touristic routes, is very quiet and peaceful. Recommended.

We are a family with three young children, we stayed in Davide and Silvia's apartment for 5 days and we had a great time. The apartment is new, pleasant, comfortable, clean, bright, equipped with everything needed, located in a characteristic, authentic, quiet, and well-connected neighborhood. You can reach St. Mark's Square with a pleasant walk, the vaporetto stops are about a ten-minute walk away. Communication with the homeowners was efficient. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation. Excellent experience!

Splendid apartment equipped with everything, in a relaxing and popular area of Venice away from the confusion of the center, which is still reachable with a pleasant walk of less than half an hour (or by vaporetto in just ten minutes), while the restaurants and bars of Via Garibaldi or Fondamenta Castello are truly around the corner. Very kind and helpful managers, Silvia and Daniele, whom I thank again. Highly recommended (especially for those going to the Biennale, whose entrances are very close).

Warm and professional welcome, very cute, clean and well-finished apartment, complete with everything. Located in the heart of the Castello district (the oldest one) allows you to reach the city center in 10 minutes on foot and the first vaporetto is only 5 minutes away. Under the house, you can enjoy the typical local aperitif and taste Venetian cuisine. Rating 10.

New apartment, equipped with all comforts, also curated in details (kitchen equipped with cups of all shapes and sizes, toaster and electric kettle, wooden hangers in the closets...). Really kind and helpful hosts. The location allows you to see a less known but characteristic and quiet area. The type of clothesline with a wire outside the window that with a pulley allows you to hang clothes directly on the street is particular. Less than 500 meters from the vaporetto stops.

New, spacious, clean, functional apartment equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The area where it is located, Castello, is in our opinion very beautiful and characteristic, with several grocery stores, bars open in the evening, a small market, lush and shaded gardens. The areas of San Marco and Rialto are also within walking distance. Silvia, the person who welcomed us, was precise, kind, and discreet. We highly recommend this apartment without any doubt and hope to return soon.
