Description

“All’antica mattonata” is a comfortable country house, surrounded by green fields in the beautiful setting of Assisi, overlooking the old pilgrim route to Assisi (http: //www. assisimattonata. com/). The careful restoration of the premises of the old farm allowed the construction of 3 independent apartments with independent temperature control, kitchen, bathroom, bright and comfortable rooms with typical wood beams. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people: you should try the formula B&B that will allow you to taste some traditional breakfast pies and cakes. The structure is designed specifically for those who love privacy, silence, comfort and prefer a family service where taste, care, attention to details and quality service blend with the culture and the rural traditions of Umbria.

Available on the outside “All’antica mattonata” is a private parking lot. The apartments are surrounded by green areas with a children playground, a vegetable garden and a barbecue area where you can brighten up your holiday dinners under the shadow of the imposing Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. The strategic location of the bed and breakfast places it within easy reach to the main Franciscan places and centres of attraction, like the beautiful hill town of Assisi. You can reach them all on foot or by bike (bicycles are available free of charge) or also by bus (bus stop is 80 meters from the house).

Un B&B perfetto a conduzione familiare in una posizione fantastica, proprio poco sotto la città di Assisi, con vista spettacolare sulla Basilica di San Francesco e su tutta la città. Noi abbiamo prenotato un trilocale posto in un seminterrato, ben arredato con tutte le cose necessarie per il soggiorno, da apprezzare anche la temperatura sempre fresca e gradevole a dispetto del caldo esterno dei mesi estivi. Abbiamo apprezzato la vasca idromassaggio esterna per qualche momento di relax e la cortesia e gentilezza del proprietario sempre pronto a dare consigli. Da non tralasciare la comodità di lasciare l'auto parcheggiata nel cortile della struttura e salire nel centro storico o a piedi in circa 15 minuti, o tramite il bus la cui fermata è proprio accanto all'uscita. La colazione è buona con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, da consigliare e da tornare sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura settimana scorsa. Siamo soddisfatti sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ottima la posizione che ci ha permesso di muoverci con facilità in auto (ma si può prendere una navetta per Assisi a pochissimi passi a piedi dal B&B) sia verso Assisi che verso le altre città visitate, godendo però della tranquillità della campagna. Il gestore molto cordiale, ospitale e disponibile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Servizio e pulizia impeccabili. Il 9 dato alla colazione non è perché sia scarsa o altro, anzi è completa e buona. Solo che per gusto personale arricchirei con più torte fatte in casa. Quelle che abbiamo assaggiato ogni mattina erano davvero lodevoli e gustosissime..per il resto il top e il nostro soggiorno ad Assisi è stato gradevole anche grazie alla cordialità e all'ospitalità di cui abbiamo goduto. Inoltre, Ma non da ultimo, la vista di Assisi dalla struttura è SPETTACOLARE! Abbiamo anche potuto rilassarci in giardino grazie a una meravigliosa vasca idromassaggio! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie di tutto, ci rivedremo al nostro prossimo viaggio in Umbria che non mancherà!

Ottima posizione per raggiungere Assisi anche a piedi. Suggestivo panorama, luogo accogliente, ben strutturato, ben curato e non vediamo l'ora di ritornare, anche con amici. Posizione eccezionale, comodissima per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Proprietari molto cordiali e accoglienti. Le camere, pulitissime, sono molto curate e arredate con gusto, così come tutta la struttura. Colazione abbondante e varia, anche con dolci fatti in casa. Grande cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità da parte di tutto il personale. Anche dopo aver lasciato la camera, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruire dei servizi, fino alla partenza. Torneremo sicuramente.

Fantastica location, ai piedi di Assisi ad un passo dalla basilica di San Francesco, ideale per qualsiasi scopo. Altissima cordialità da parte del proprietario Davide e dello staff. Colazione ottima, coronata da fantastici dolci fatti in casa. Pulizia delle camere accurata e attenta. Sicuramente ci tornerò quando sarò nei pressi di Assisi.

Posizione perfetta del B&B, a metà strada tra Assisi e Santa Maria degli Angeli raggiungibili a piedi o con i mezzi dalla fermata vicina. La cortesia dei proprietari e la loro discrezione ti fanno sentire a tuo agio dal primo momento. Le colazioni sono fresche, abbondanti e squisite, soprattutto i dolci preparati giornalmente dalla signora. Tutto perfetto, pulito ed ordinato, una famiglia fantastica. Consigliatissimo.
