Description
Daisy B&B is a small villa located in the countryside of Santa Maria degli Angeli of Assisi, a small town nestled in the valley below Assisi, in the heart of Umbria.

You will enjoy a warm welcome from the English and Italian speaking family who run this small and friendly bed and breakfast. With its large, picturesque garden taking in breathtaking views of Assisi, as well as the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, is just the place to relax for the whole family, with a space for parking.

Daisy B&B has a perfect location, easy to reach, 10 minutes walk from the railway station, very close to the bus stop for Assisi with buses departing every 15 minutes, only five minutes drive away from the historic centre of Assisi, 500 meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and 10 minutes by car from S. Egidio Airport.

Daisy is also a convenient distance from many localities and towns of artistic, historic and environmental interest which make Umbria so charming and picturesque (Assisi km 2, Spello km 8, Foligno Km. 11, Bevagna, Montefalco km 15, Perugia km 25, Fonti del Clitunno km 32, Spoleto km 40, Todi km 55, Gubbio km 60).

The 3 rooms with their private bathrooms are pleasant and light with traditional wooden shutters to keep off the hot summer sunshine and views over the countryside.

Breakfast may be served either in the dining room or al fresco to take in the views.

In season, you can pick and eat fresh walnuts and figs from the trees in the garden. A rare treat for those who enjoy sampling the life and fruit of the countryside.

The Daisy B&B is new, everything is tastefully decorated. The host, Patrícia, deserves much more than 5 stars. She is sensational, dedicated, attentive, without us asking, she offered to pick us up and take us to the train station, despite it being very close, she gave us tourist and food indications, welcomed us as if we were her family. She made every effort to communicate with my husband, who only speaks Brazilian Portuguese (and you versa), they talked a lot. I swear, if I ever go back to Assisi, I will definitely choose to stay with Patrícia again.

Excellent value for money and great location, just a few minutes from Porziuncola. The owner is incredibly kind! Helpful, welcoming, and smiling. We had breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view of Assisi!

In a quiet countryside area, easy to reach, 5 minutes from Santa Maria degli Angeli and 10 minutes from Assisi. Beautiful panorama overlooking Assisi, abundant breakfast, very kind and friendly family-like people, great friendly atmosphere. Recommended for nature lovers also due to the presence of dogs and cats that do not cause any discomfort, except for mosquitoes. Clean, spacious rooms with air conditioning and a fan, very clean shower bathroom. The structure is in an expansion phase with a planned future pool. I recommend this place for those who love tranquility, with a fair and affordable price for everyone. A 10 out of 10 experience, so if I have the chance, I will return without hesitation.

I loved this property. The view of Assisi is spectacular. The host (Patricia) is very hospitable and really nice. She picks you up when you come by train and if you come by car you have a gated parking spot.

Patricia was kind, caring and helpful. In her farmhouse, my room was simple but equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (independent bathroom, air conditioning). Very well organized to promote guest independence. Inexpensive, with excellent value for money. It is located in the countryside but not far from the station, bus stop and main Franciscan sites. The view of Assisi is very beautiful.

We stayed one night in this farmhouse located in Santa Maria degli Angeli: from the window of the room you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of Assisi; in a few minutes on foot you can reach the station, where the bus also stops that goes directly to the upper city, a stone's throw from the Basilica. Excellent value for money.

Ottimo B&B. Posizione comoda, vicino alla stazione e facile da raggiungere anche a piedi. La struttura si trova in campagna, in una via tranquillissima e molto silenziosa. Gode inoltre di un panorama meraviglioso, si può ammirare tutta Assisi. La proprietaria è una signora deliziosa, super accogliente e disponibile sin dal primo momento. Un'ottima soluzione per chi cerca un posto economico ma senza rinunciare a tutti i comfort necessari.

Questa casa si trova in campagna, esattamente a metà strada tra Santa Maria degli Angeli e la Basilica di San Francesco, vicino alla stazione e alla fermata degli autobus. Ci ha permesso così di vivere in semplicità e serenità le toccanti funzioni religiose del 3 e 4 ottobre. La Signora Patricia è solare e la sua accoglienza è attenta e premurosa.

Consigliato soprattutto a chi viaggia in moto, parcheggio nel cortile chiuso e in 5 min sei a porta San Francesco dove parcheggi la moto senza problemi, camere ristrutturate semplici e pulite, da fuori il giardino è un po' incolto ma vedi tutta Assisi. Lo consigliamo assolutamente.

Posto piccolo ma carino, immerso nel verde, un accoglienza e disponibilità che si trova in poche parti. Se torno ad Assisi tornerò li di sicuro.

Mi sono trovato molto bene, la posizione è comoda per andare verso Assisi e a due passi da Santa Maria degli Angeli. Panorama della terrazza su Assisi. Gentile e cordiale la signora che gestisce il B&B!ottimo prezzo!

Posto molto carino a due passi dal centro di Santa Maria degli Angeli e dalla stazione dei treni. Pulito, curato, con una bellissima visuale di Assisi. Proprietaria gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Entrata indipendente e posto auto. Siamo stati molto bene.

Un luogo incantevole, ai piedi di Assisi, un paesaggio mozzafiato in un luogo dove la spiritualità, l'arte e il verde si contendono un primato unico al mondo. Il B&B è tranquillo, con parcheggio riservato interno al cortile, ombreggiato e comodo. La stanza, che abbiamo potuto scegliere, era a pian terreno, indipendente e silenziosa. Arredi semplici, pulizia curatissima: asciugamani freschi di bucato tutti i giorni. Colazione sostanziosa, consumata con piacere in terrazza per godere del gradevole fresco mattutino e dello scorcio spettacolare sulla città. Padrona di casa gentile e disponibile, molto attenta alle nostre richieste. Il caldo torrido non ha impedito che l'Umbria ci entrasse nel cuore: torneremo certamente per continuare le nostre visite e conoscere altri angoli di meraviglia. Il B&B è uno di questi, col canto del gallo la mattina, gli alberi secolari e l'ospitalità garbata di una distinta signora inglese e della sua bella famiglia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Posizione direi strategica a S. Maria degli Angeli. È in campagna ma nel contempo nemmeno ad un minuto dalle grandi vie di comunicazione. Vista assolutamente incantevole su Assisi. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era discretamente ampia, anche se con la moquette a pavimento (personalmente non mi piace). Buono il bagno, anche se la presenza di un gradino obbliga ad una certa attenzione. Cortesissima la proprietaria e la famiglia in generale. Il costo è poi competitivo. Ci abbiamo passato una sola notte poichè eravamo già sulla strada del ritorno, ma vi faremo ancora visita.

La locazione al confine di Santa Maria degli Angeli è molto vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici ed all'uscita di Santa Maria degli Angeli sud, i proprietari abitano al piano sottostante e sono cordiali e molto disponibili, si ha disponibilità di un parcheggio interno chiuso.

Io e mio marito abbiamo passato due giorni indimenticabili, la signora Daisy la proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile anche a dare indicazioni sulle cose da vedere e sui ristoranti dove andare a mangiare. la colazione abbondante e buona. La villa è bella con un enorme giardino e un panorama su Assisi da cartolina, molto romantico. Io e mio marito ci ritorneremo sicuramente a primavera, ve lo consigliamo.

Luogo accogliente e tranquillo non molto lontano dal centro raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti. Inoltre è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e ai servizi pubblici.
