Oltrarno Residence is located on the first floor of a beautiful building from the 1930s, where you will have access to plenty of space and amenities that cater to the needs of those who want to feel at home even when traveling.
The apartment is situated just outside the city's Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), 500 meters from the Historic Center of Florence.
Oltrarno Residence consists of a spacious entrance, a large dining room, and three bedrooms, all equipped with independent air conditioning and heating.
The San Frediano Room has a double bed and two single beds.
The Santo Spirito Room (with a terrace) and the San Niccolò Room (with a small patio) each have a double bed and a single bed.
Every bed and mattress are of orthopedic quality.
Oltrarno Residence can accommodate up to 10 people.
All the rooms are very quiet, as they are equipped with double glazing and double windows, which keep the secret of true rest.
There are 2 bathrooms:
- The green bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower.
- The pink bathroom is equipped with a shower with aids for disabled and/or elderly people.

I spent 4 days in Florence for Firenze Rocks and the opinion can only be positive: the structure is a few hundred meters from the event venue and a 15-20 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio, excellent cleanliness and the manager, Filippo, is very friendly and generous with advice. I also liked the Borgo where the structure is located (San Frediano), with many trattorias and bars for the evening. Recommended!

Very spacious and cozy apartment, very quiet. The city center is reachable in a few minutes and the short distance from the Arno river is pleasant. Filippo is an excellent host, professional, helpful, precise, and friendly.
