This place was awesome! The two host were super nice and helpful! The place is clean and the rooms are charming! The breakfast is typical for an Italian breakfast but there is the nicest lady serving you. The place is super close to the train station and not far from the city main attractions. I totally recommend this place and will stay here again when I return to Florence.

Hosts were very nice, attentive and flexible; we arrived before schedule and were able to do an earlier check-in and leave our bags. They also offered a place where we could leave our bags the day of our checkout. Room was simple but nice, clean and had comfortable sheets, pillows and bedding. One of those places were the pleasant interaction with the hosts is memorable and made the whole experience a better one.

Very comfortable and clean guesthouse, easy to visit the town and train station. The owner is welcoming and very kind to guest. very good coffee in the morning. We would like to stay here again when we have chance to visit Florence. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable and clean, the hosts are extremely kind and helpful.
Unfortunately its on a no-drive through road, it can only be reached on foot, wish we knew this before.
we paid a fortune for our stay as the weekend we were there was a busy one with concerts and fairs at the same time, but honestly beside the central location it was not worth at all the money we paid.

Abbiamo dormito una notte in questo b&b e ci siamo trovati bene, si trova in una via laterale alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, quindi in 5/10 minuti sei in centro. Il b&b si trova al primo è secondo piano di un palazzo, possibilità di usare l'ascensore, ma noi con le. scale ci siamo trovati bene. La camera è essenziale, abbastanza moderna e pulita. I titolari sono gentili e disponibili. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze ci tornerei.

Consigliatissimo, molto vicino alla stazione dei treni di Santa Maria Novella e alla Chiesa omonima. In soli 10 minuti si può raggiungere la Cattedrale, il Campanile di Giotto e il Battistero di San Giovanni, da lì si possono visitare tutte le attrazioni di Firenze. Il personale è gentile e accogliente, la struttura è pulita e la camera offre tutte le comodità. È possibile fare colazione e lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.

Struttura semplice ma poco accogliente. La camera era pulita, l’unica perfezione di sporco è dovuta alla moquette marrone nei corridoi. Nel bagno l’anta in vetro della doccia era rotta. La posizione è vicina alla stazione, comoda ma non la consiglierei più di tanto visto anche il prezzo non troppo economico.

Posizione comodissima, ma da rivedere il prezzo e da modernizzare gli spazi comuni. Non abbiamo potuto valutare la colazione in quanto non l'abbiamo prenotata e non era possibile aggiungerla all'ultimo momento in quanto, a detta de gestore, erano pieni. Sotto al B&B c'è un bar dove con 19 € abbiamo fatto colazione in 4 (4 cornetti, 2 snack confezionati, un caffè ed un cappuccino).

Scelta per la distanza dai punti di nostro interesse. I gestori/titolari: supponenti arroganti poco inclini alla vera accoglienza e malfidenti. Colazione sufficiente oltre al fatto durante sei ostaggio della Signora addetta alle colazioni che ti tiene d’occhio e ti ordina come versare acqua dalla brocca per esempio. La signora delle pulizie domandatogli perché abbiamo trovato il letto disfatto dopo il suo “rifacimento camera” ha risposto che lei è comoda così poiché se si trova una coperta in più messa da noi per il freddo non può fare diversamente. Prezzo alto, non in linea con la qualità.
Non lo consiglierò e non ci tornerò!

Il Fatto che per ben 2 volte ci ha fornito una carta di credito non valida a garanzia della sua prenotazione e pretendeva di effettuare il Check-in nel tardo Pomeriggio , " Giorni di Pasqua "senza alcuna garanzie rispecchia la sua correttezza. Per il Costo che ritiene troppo alto, le ricordo che i Clienti scelgono sempre la struttura e certamente lei non ha trovato di meglio per questi giorni. Al suo rientro in struttura durante il soggiorno si fermava ogni giorno a parlare male di tutti con il Ragazzo della Reception. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il gestore molto cordiale e disponibile come tutto lo staff. Siamo arrivati prima del check-in e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura e al nostro rientro in b&b le abbiamo già trovate in camera.
Ci ha dato anche la possibilità di tenere i bagagli in struttura il giorno del check-out.
Stanza bella spaziosa, molto pulita e letto molto comodo.

Camera e bagno confortevoli e spaziosi. Materassi molto comodi.
Colazione basica, varia, ma tutto confezionato.
Totale disastro il riscaldamento: ad aria tiepida esattamente sopra al letto. Temporizzato. Rumorosissimo. Una volta spento, la stanza torna nel gelo. Fuori dagli orari impostati esce aria fredda. Per avere un po’ di tepore al risveglio è necessario svegliarsi alle 6 per accenderlo.
Quando abbiamo detto al gestore che la stanza era fredda, lo ha molto gentilmente lasciato acceso di giorno e al nostro arrivo alla sera la stanza era abbastanza calda, ma si è subito raffreddata spegnendolo per la notte.
In conclusione: consiglio questo B&B d’estate.

Per Quanto Riguarda il Climatizzatore , se lamentele possiamo considerarle sono arrivate solo da lei, per tutti gli altri clienti è andato tutto bene. e nessuno si è lamentato La Prego Di non Dare Consigli per l'estate, potrebbero rivelarsi inesatti.! Ottimo check in and out. Buona qualità della biancheria. vicino alla stazione. Il palazzo in cui si trova non è tenuto bene, ma la struttura sì. l'ascensore non arriva al piano.

Il b&b si trova in un appartamento all'interno di un vecchio palazzo accanto alla stazione S. M. Novella che dista circa 1 km dal Duomo.
L'entrata del palazzo un po' maleodorante e malridotto, insomma... all'inizio siamo rimasti un po' scioccati. Poi si entra nell'appartamento del b&b, reception piccola ma ordinata, camere e bagni puliti e rinnovati.
La nostra camera era da 5 posti ed era molto ampia e spaziosa.
Gestore gentile e disponibile.
Da migliorare la colazione: un po' scarsa per scelta e quantità. Brioche su richiesta (una a testa), non ci sono torte, biscotti e pane fresco.
Locale colazioni piccolo.

B&B comodo vicino al centro, raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata a piedi. Camera pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione a mio avviso non all'altezza del prezzo pagato.

Una buona sistemazione a due passi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella.
La struttura non è accogliente ma pulita e in ordine.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte ma è stata sicuramente un'esperienza positiva. I gestori sono simpatici e molto disponibili, ci hanno permesso di tenere presso di loro i bagagli anche una volta effettuato il check out. Mi dispiace non averli potuti salutare adeguatamente poiché purtroppo dovevamo scappare a prendere il treno.
