Breakfast
A good morning starts in the morning!
Served daily from 7. 30 am to 11 am, breakfast at the Relais is undoubtedly a sweet awakening.
The large windows let in the early morning light and offer a wonderful view of the green hills.
A rich buffet based on local products, expressing all our connection with the territory and our love for the environment.
The bread still warm.
The smell of freshly baked brioches.
The eggs with bacon toasted just right.
The sparkling flavour of freshly squeezed blood oranges.
Breakfast here at the Relais is an experience to take home.
A moment to savour with the people you love.
Whether you love sweet or savoury, fresh juices or espresso coffee,
at the Relais you will find the flavors you have dreamed of before going to bed….

"Carlo, Gianni and Lavinia Lombardini began their tourist business starting from the Riviera Romagnola, continuing, as the fifth generation of hoteliers, the family trade with a series of acquisitions and management of hotels in Bellaria, creating the family tourist format Valentini Family Village, which boasts five structures: Hotel Gambrinus, Hotel Rosalba, Hotel Maré, Hotel Loris and Hotel Delle Nazioni The tourist vision then expands on Lake Garda, with the creation of the Garda Lake Collection chain, which boasts five luxury structures: Hotel Querceto, Hotel Desiree, Hotel Spiaggia D'Oro, Hotel Drago and Hotel Caribe. The Lombardini Group then opens three stores of the Sushi Corner chain and four restaurants. ".

San Gimignano: a village with a thousand-year history
Visiting San Gimignano is a dream that takes us back in time. Walking through the suggestive streets of the "City of Beautiful Towers" gives indescribable emotions because one has the feeling of being able to relive the days of the Middle Ages. Narrow and picturesque alleys, stately buildings, craft shops, artistic testimonies of over a thousand years of history. All this is San Gimignano. We are in the heart of Tuscany on a hill overlooking the Val d'Elsa, in a small village born in the Etruscan era and surrounded by nature. The presence of the Via Francigena, which crossed it from south to north during the Middle Ages, and numerous "salt routes" have historically favored the economic development of the city, based mainly on the trade of two excellent products: saffron and Vernaccia, the famous white wine of the area. During the Middle Ages San Gimignano experienced a period of splendour, enriching itself with excellent works of art and stupendous architectural structures. However, due to the black plague in 1348 it had to succumb to the power of Florence. Despite this period of decline and marginalization, San Gimignano has been able to regain its splendor over the centuries, regaining worldwide attention. Today this charming village has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
