Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful and peaceful countryside, surrounded by a rich environment of waters and thermal baths (Terme di Montepulciano, Terme di Chianciano). The surrounding area also offers great archaeological and architectural value, with a panoramic and tranquil position in the countryside. "Merigge" is a charming and elegant building, an ancient construction where echoes of the past blend with modern comforts.
Our guests will have the opportunity to appreciate and purchase products from local artisans, create food and wine itineraries to discover local traditions and cultures, participate in cultural events and exhibitions, as well as take long walks to enjoy the numerous gardens and wonderful landscapes of the area.
Within a short distance from our property, guests will find examples of our heritage and many other tourist attractions.

We offer our guests a swimming pool to cool off on the hottest days and we will guide them to discover our areas with hiking and cycling/mountain bike excursions.
In the air-conditioned rooms, our clients will find a hairdryer, internet access, a crib (to be requested at the time of booking), television, mirror, luggage rack, minibar.
We can accommodate up to 13 guests with the following accommodation options:
- 1 "Apartment" room for 3 people
- 2 "Standard Room" rooms, each for 2 people
- 2 "King Room" rooms, each for 3 people
Every morning, we will delight you with a delicious breakfast.
Upon request and subject to availability, your four-legged friends will also be welcome with a supplement of 10 euros per night.

The breakfast that we serve to our guests is prepared daily offering home-made products such as cakes and tarts, a buffet with fruit juices, yoghurt, cold cuts and cheeses, jams and of course espresso, cappuccino and American coffee.

The long search for a special place in the end has rewarded us, we are proud and happy to be able to share with our guests this wonderful farmhouse from the late 19th century, immersed in the vineyards of the Nobile di Montepulciano and centuries-old olive trees. The wise restructuring in the search for material of the time allows us to reach the Merigge and immerse ourselves in the past of this wonderful area. Nature and tranquility will make your vacation unforgettable. At the name Merigge that comes from the local dialect which means in the shade you will find an infinity pool with a view of Montepulciano, rooms furnished with period furniture with air conditioning, free wi fi, safe, mini bar, satellite TV and possibility on request of lunches and typical Tuscan dinners and excursions.
