La Casa Gialla B&B is located in a typical Tuscan country estate dating back to the 16th century, Impruneta. The B&B and Cav enjoys a panoramic position on a hilltop among verdant olive groves. Warm hospitality, a private atmosphere and the dreamy silence of the Tuscan hills promise an unforgettable vacation. A beautiful garden and pool surround the main building.
In the main building you will immediately notice the authentic Tuscan framework: brick archways, whitewashed walls, beautiful exposed wood-beam ceilings and terracotta tiles. It is furnished with elegance and style, but always keeping in mind true comfort. Guests will immediately feel at home.
Rounding off the ground floor there is a room for breakfast, this is called veranda (winter garden room); guests can spend time there, relaxing or reading or playing biliard!

Our breakfast is served on the veranda or, weather permitting, under the porch or in the garden. A buffet is prepared, which varies depending on the season, but always includes coffee, milk, tea, herbal teas, fruit juices as drinks, and various sweet and savory products to taste.. (cookies, cakes, yogurts, cereals, honey, jams, cheeses and cold cuts, eggs.. fruit) Upon request, food suitable for people with food intolerances can also be provided.

After leaving her job in Florence, Paola lived in a large country house and dedicated herself to her three children and family. Later, when she found herself with more free time, she opened the house to guests. Both Paola and her children, Agnese who is a tour guide in Florence and the surrounding area, Pietro and Tommaso who take care of the olive grove and produce fantastic oil, love to receive and get to know new people. They personally take care of all the main aspects of hospitality, managing the house, breakfast, garden care, vegetable garden, and pool.
Visitors to Casa Gialla can have a unique experience and get to know the most genuine Tuscan culture, from cuisine to oil, wine, and art. Not just that of magnificent and interesting Florence, but also the hidden corners of the countryside. At the facility, it is possible to taste traditional family recipes because Paola is part of the Cesarine community.
