The property retains its original charm with stone walls, exposed beams, and terracotta and travertine floors, providing an ideal retreat for those who appreciate the art and architecture typical of the region.

The apartment features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed and fireplace that can be closed off with curtains for added privacy, and a living room with a sofa bed and armchair bed, accommodating up to four guests. For relaxation enthusiasts, there is a generous sitting area adorned with artwork, a piano, a foosball table, and a 55-inch TV with access to Netflix, a DVD and VHS player, as well as a PlayStation. A small bathroom, thoughtfully restored, includes a spacious and modern shower.

The environment reflects the house's past: the internal well, after which the apartment is named, once served the animals and farming families, while the old oven at the entrance was a gathering spot for the community to bake bread.
