Description
The B&B is located in the heart of Pisa, just a short walk from all the universities and shopping streets, 10 minutes from the Cathedral, the Leaning Tower, and Santa Chiara Hospital.
We offer single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, all with their own private bathroom.
Only one room, the frescoed double, does not have a private bathroom in the room but in the hallway.
Breakfast is provided by one of the two affiliated bars. Breakfast coupons will be given to you upon arrival.
Check-in is from 2 pm to 8 pm.
Check-out is at 10:30 am.
For arrivals after 8 pm, please let us know in advance and leave a phone number.

Very well located, very clean, brand new bathroom, friendly hostess, very easy check-in and payment process. The room is simple but functional, good mattress, nice towels that dry well. All ok!

L'unica cosa positiva è l'ubicazione centrale della struttura.
Per il resto:
1) il vicolo da dove si entra nella struttura è un bagno pubblico a cielo aperto e dove si incontrano strani tipi di persone; 2) abbiamo soggiornato in tre camere, due delle quali con problemi di acqua, farsi una doccia è stato praticamente impossibile!
3) bagni datati e poco puliti, non c'era neanche un tappetino per la doccia (forse perché sapevano che era difficile poterla fare) quando abbiamo telefonato alla proprietaria della struttura ci ha detto che non era previsto ma che comunque avrebbe provveduto, nel frattempo ci ha detto di usare un asciugamano; quando ha provveduto ha portato un'altra asciugamano! Sicuramente a mai più, noi eravamo in 6, abbiamo soggiornato in tre camere diverse e lo sconsigliamo a tutti.

Trovandosi all'interno di un vicolo, di cui nessuno conosceva l'esistenza a Pisa (ma a Pisa, la sera, non esistono residenti, ma solo turisti e studenti, per cui nessuno poteva conoscere così bene l'intricata rete di vicoli della città), abbiamo impiegato un'ora per trovare il vicolo. Una volta scoperto, la struttura si presenta all'altezza della sua fama. Unico limite, le scale per raggiungere il piano dell'abitazione, non certo agevoli per persone anziane o con molti bagagli. La camera è apparsa comoda e confortevole, anche se la finestra dava su un lucernario abbastanza chiuso per portare luce ed aria nella stanza, soprattutto al mattino. Insomma bisogna stare con le luci accese. Ben attrezzato il bagno, comodissimo il letto e ben fornito di prese di corrente per le varie batterie da ricaricare. Bello l'angolo cucina, con diversi tavolini ed una cucina fornita di tutti i comfort. Segnalo una mia svista che mi è costata il digiuno a colazione: la struttura propone due tariffe diverse, con una differenza di appena 4 € per offrire o escludere la colazione. Dando per scontato che il B&B per vocazione dovrebbe sempre fornire questo servizio, ho avuto la sbadataggine di non indicarlo nella mail di prenotazione. Alla fine, solo caffè o thè. Raccomando quindi caldamente questa struttura, ma con attenzione a segnalare se interessati o meno alla colazione.

Intanto un Bed and Breakfast senza colazione è solo un Bed e quando il Bed si trova in una mansarda che prende luce da un lucernario non rimane che mezzo metro quadro dove rigirarsi, non si può pretendere quella cifra per così poco, cifra che va oltre quello riportato 30/43 e la stanza dove ho soggiornato non era tra quelle mostrate in foto. Buona la posizione, Molto disponibile il gestore. Non ci ritornerei.

B&B centralissimo, nella movida pisana, vicina a tutti i luoghi di interesse turistico del centro di Pisa. Pulito e accogliente, stanze ordinate, nuove e all'interno di un caseggiato storico. Note dolenti: essendo in centro i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento e la struttura è in zona ZTL e pedonale. Il gran movimento notturno rende la zona esterna al b&b rumorosa e decisamente poco pulita anche se viene effettuata pulizia profonda all'alba in tutte le strade che altrimenti sarebbero maleodoranti per i "residui" di vita notturna.

B&B centralissimo, a due passi da tutto. I gestori sono molto alla mano, cortesi e disponibili soprattutto per ogni evenienza. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e il bagno in camera era davvero pulito. Consigliato.
