Description

The B&B is located in the heart of Pisa, just a short walk from all the universities and shopping streets, 10 minutes from the Cathedral, the Leaning Tower, and Santa Chiara Hospital.

We offer single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, all with their own private bathroom.

Only one room, the frescoed double, does not have a private bathroom in the room but in the hallway.

Breakfast is provided by one of the two affiliated bars. Breakfast coupons will be given to you upon arrival.

Check-in is from 2 pm to 8 pm.

Check-out is at 10: 30 am.

For arrivals after 8 pm, please let us know in advance and leave a phone number.

The structure is quite comfortable as a point due to its proximity to the station. A bit noisy due to the central location at night, but with the windows closed, you don't hear much. The fixtures are of excellent quality, so they soundproof. The receptionist is a mix of professionalism, friendliness, and kindness. I will definitely return.

Very well located, very clean, brand new bathroom, friendly hostess, very easy check-in and payment process. The room is simple but functional, good mattress, nice towels that dry well. All ok!

The only positive thing is the central location of the structure. For the rest: 1) the alley where you enter the structure is a public open-air bathroom and where you meet strange types of people; 2) we stayed in three rooms, two of which with water problems, taking a shower was practically impossible! 3) dated and poorly clean bathrooms, there wasn't even a shower mat (perhaps because they knew it was difficult to do it) when we called the owner of the structure she told us that it was not planned but that she would provide, in the meantime she told us to use a towel; when she provided she brought another towel! Definitely never again, there were 6 of us, we stayed in three different rooms and we do not recommend it to anyone.

Being located in an alley, of which no one knew the existence in Pisa (but in Pisa, in the evening, there are no residents, only tourists and students, so no one could know the intricate network of alleys in the city so well), it took us an hour to find the alley. Once discovered, the structure lives up to its reputation. The only limitation, the stairs to reach the floor of the house, not easy for elderly people or those with a lot of luggage. The room appeared comfortable and cozy, although the window overlooked a fairly closed skylight to let light and air into the room, especially in the morning. So you have to keep the lights on. The bathroom is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and well supplied with power outlets for various batteries to recharge. The kitchen corner is nice, with several small tables and a kitchen equipped with all comforts. I report a mistake of mine that cost me fasting at breakfast: the structure offers two different rates, with a difference of just €4 to offer or exclude breakfast. Assuming that a B&B by vocation should always provide this service, I had the carelessness of not indicating it in the booking email. In the end, only coffee or tea. I highly recommend this structure, but pay attention to whether you are interested in breakfast or not.

First of all, a Bed and Breakfast without breakfast is just a Bed, and when the Bed is located in an attic that receives light from a skylight, there is only half a square meter to move around. One cannot expect that price for so little, a price that exceeds what is reported 30/43, and the room where I stayed was not among those shown in the photos. Good location. The manager was very helpful. I would not return.

Very central B&B, located in the lively scene of Pisa, close to all the tourist attractions in the center of Pisa. Clean and welcoming, rooms are tidy, new, and set within a historic building. Downsides: being in the center, all parking spaces are paid and the structure is in a restricted traffic area (ZTL) and pedestrian zone. The high nighttime activity makes the outdoor area of the B&B noisy and quite dirty, even though a deep cleaning is carried out at dawn in all the streets that would otherwise be smelly due to the 'residues' of nightlife.

B&B very central, just steps away from everything. The managers are very friendly, courteous, and available especially for any eventuality. Excellent quality/price ratio and the bathroom in the room was really clean. Recommended.
