I stayed at the B&B Corte dell'Ulivo with a friend in July and I can say it was a wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating. San Giuliano Terme is a small, very quiet town, perfect for those who want to relax, yet it is also in a truly strategic location for visiting the whole northwestern Tuscany. The welcome from the owner, Irene, was simply exceptional. Very friendly, kind and always available, she made us feel immediately at home. The property is very easy to reach and has a very convenient private parking area practically in front of the entrance to the apartments, a detail we appreciated very much. Our room was impeccable: very clean, well cared for and equipped with everything needed. We had very comfortable beds, a refrigerator, television, private bathroom, a coffee machine and a kettle for preparing tea and herbal infusions. Outside there are tables, chairs, umbrellas and even deckchairs, ideal for relaxing after a day out. Another great plus was the welcome given to our little dog, who was accepted without any problem. The surrounding area is also perfect for peaceful and relaxing walks. The property also offers apartments complete with a kitchen and all comforts, a great solution for longer stays. Nearby are bakeries, pizzerias and all main services. In just three minutes by car you can reach both the train station, with a large free parking area right in front, and a very large and well-stocked Conad supermarket. The location is really one of the B&B's strengths: in about ten minutes by train you can reach Pisa and Lucca, and from Lucca's and Pisa's stations it is very easy to travel by train to many other destinations. During our stay we visited La Spezia, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago and Viareggio, besides exploring the inland starting from Lucca. The sea is also only about twenty minutes away by car. Finally, I would like to emphasize the extremely welcoming and inclusive atmosphere we felt throughout the stay, an aspect that made us feel completely at ease. I highly recommend B&B Corte dell'Ulivo to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, well-managed property in a perfect location to discover Tuscany. We will definitely return.

Very nice apartment, spacious bathroom. Bathroom and kitchen kit provided (coffee, tea, oil and salt, paper towels...). Exterior cleaning needs improvement. Great location for visiting Lucca and Pisa, but the center of San Giuliano Terme is far on foot.

The apartment is very beautiful and spacious, with a nice outdoor area to enjoy on pleasant days. It was very clean; the kitchen was equipped not only with all the utensils, but also provided oil, vinegar, coffee and salt. It is definitely a place I recommend, also given its proximity to the Bagni di Pisa thermal baths and to the city of Pisa, which can be reached in about fifteen minutes by car.

I booked for my father. He was very satisfied with the choice of the B&B. Irene was lovely, very helpful and professional, always ready to meet any need. The room was spacious, spotless and equipped with every comfort. If we return to Pisa, we will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for everything.

Impeccable cleanliness, provided with all comforts and attention to detail. Irene is very kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Automatic check-in, fast, everything very well furnished, clean, functional, no problems during the stay. Convenience of the internal parking.

Clean and very nice structure. Unfortunately, being a room, there was everything necessary to eat (not cook). A very positive aspect is the proximity to Pisa, the reason for my vacation.

The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was welcoming and functional. It is a quiet place. The only negative point was the bed. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Besides that, it was a room full of comfort.

We stayed in two for two nights (25 and 26 October) at Corte dell'Ulivo, intending to visit the cities of Pisa and Lucca from Friday to Sunday, and we are sincerely satisfied with our choice. The apartment is located in a quiet, discreet, and very peaceful place, but at the same time, it is only a few minutes' drive from the city of Pisa and is also very well connected to the main roads. Thanks to this, it is possible to use the accommodation as a starting point and a base for discovering the many artistic and scenic beauties of the area, from majestic Pisa to lively Lucca, passing through Viareggio, Livorno, and the countless attractions in the surroundings. The accommodation is spotless and very comfortable, being equipped with great attention to everything one might desire: refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine for pods are just some of the amenities that equip the kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and, in line with everything else, very clean and carefully provided with soaps and linen in perfect condition. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, TV, and all the furniture useful for storing and organizing one's luggage during the stay. The outdoor courtyard is spacious and provides excellent parking, also leaving space to use the outdoor furniture (small armchairs and tables) in case one wants to sit in the sun on beautiful days. Finally, it is a pleasure to reserve one last happy mention for the courtesy and availability of Irene, who carefully managed, in addition to the aspects already mentioned above, all the phases of contact, reception, useful instructions for staying in the apartment, and departure. If we were to return to stay in the area, we would not waste time looking for another solution.

I stayed at this property for work reasons and I had a great time. Irene was very welcoming and kind. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There is parking inside the property. The area is very quiet and peaceful, so the quality of sleep is excellent. For me, it has become a reference point for when I am working in Pisa.

Beautiful apartment located just outside Pisa and 25 minutes by car from Lucca (therefore very convenient). The host is super kind and helpful, the cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are equipped with everything. As a bed and breakfast, it does not offer breakfast, but everything needed to prepare it with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and kettle, selection of infusions and coffee capsules. I would highly recommend it given the low cost and the strategic location that makes it an excellent solution to save a few euros compared to expensive city centers.

I was very satisfied with the structure, it is located in a very quiet area, away from traffic but at the same time close to commercial activities such as bars, pastry shops, bakeries, butchers and whatever else may be needed for a self-catering stay. The structure is well furnished, complete with everything needed for cooking, washing and ironing one's clothes. The possibility of managing one's stay completely independently was one of my requirements, as well as the fact that the premises were on the ground floor and the parking space was fenced. Excellent presence of a barbecue and a gazebo equipped with a table to enjoy outdoor grilling.

I booked the double room with bathroom, the lady was very kind and very helpful in providing some type of information. The room is also very beautiful, clean, quiet, and equipped with everything. Good location to reach Lucca in about 20 minutes. We had a very good experience. Some garden improvements are missing and then it's perfect. Breakfast not provided but there is a bakery within walking distance nearby. If I happen to be in that area again, I will definitely stay there again.

We used the facility for family reasons, my wife, my daughter, and I for several days, and we had a great time due to the beauty of the place, the furnishings, and the functionality of the apartment, the ease of reaching the city of Pisa, and especially for the professionalism and friendliness of the young owner Irene, very attentive to the needs of the customers.
