Description
The B&B IACOBELLI is located in via Nino Bixio n. 7, in the historic center of Pisa. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, common living room with a table, chairs and a computer workstation with free internet access. In all bedrooms there are tv, wi-fi, air conditioning, mosquito net and private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a suite: 3 persons room, corridor, another room with 2 twin beds, en suite bathroom. The bedrooms and the toilets are cleaned each day, while the linen is changed every 4 days.

The B&B IACOBELLI is located in via Nino Bixio n. 7, in the historic center of Pisa, very close to the train and bus station and the shopping area (corso Italia). You can easy reach walking the Leaning Tower, the Universities, the S. Chiara Hospital, the Congress Palace, the Verdi Theater, the "Blu" Palace and the "Scuola Normale". You can also easy go to Airport Galileo Galilei (about 1 km. away), Cisanello Hospital, San Rossore Clinic and C. N. R. by taxi or bus. You can easy move and park your car in our quarter. The sea is 10 km. away.
HOW YOU CAN REACH B&B
- From the train station you can walk along viale Gramsci (the avenue of the train station) and reach Vittorio Emanuele round square. On the left side there is S. Antonio Church. On the other side of the Church there is S. Antonio square. In front of the church from S. Antonio square starts via Bixio, with the ancient walls on the left side.
- From the airport: take the little train PISA MOVER (service until midnight), which in 5 minutes arrives at the train station. After you can reach the B&B, as indicated in the previous point.
- From the highway FI-PI-LI (Florence - Pisa) : exit Aurelia (after "Pisa airport" exit), take via Aurelia until the large roundabout, then turn right without crossing the bridge. Drive along via Conte Fazio, pass the arc inserted into the ancient walls, then turn right and soon after left: you are in via Bixio.
- From the highway Florence-Pisa: exit "Pisa nord", take via Aurelia on the left side, drive along via Aurelia 10 km. , cross the bridge over the Arno, turn around at the roundabout, go back and turn right before the bridge, drive along via Conte Fazio, pass the arc inserted into the ancient walls, then turn right and soon after left: you are in via Bixio.

Wir haben zu zweit zwei Nächte im B&B Verdeblu verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Von der camera con vista hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, das Bett bequem. Ein besonderes Schmankerl dieser Anlage ist das selbstgemachte italienische Frühstück, das wirklich hervorragend schmeckt. Der Betreiber des B&B ist sehr nett, hatte für alle Fragen und Anliegen ein offenes Ohr und stellte uns für unseren Aufenthalt sogar kostenlos zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Auch die Lage ist gut, nur wenige Meter von der Uferpromenade von Pallanza mit einigen Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Auch der nächste Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Klare Weiterempfehlung für diese Unterkunft.

Mio marito ed io ci siamo trovati bene. Il B&B è in ottima posizione per noi che siamo arrivati con il treno e abbiamo usufruito dei mezzi pubblici. La struttura è vicinissima al centro storico e alla stazione dei treni e dei bus. L'unica scomodità è il bagno (privato) fuori dalla stanza della seconda camera che abbiamo occupato durante il soggiorno. Comodo l'uso della cucina per un tè, un caffè o uno spuntino e quello del computer a disposizione. In definitiva il nostro giudizio è positivo.

Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno nella struttura, anche se non da turista, il centro a pochi passi, l'ho consiglio a chi ne vuole approfittare, pulizia ottima, tranquillità, etc etc. Il Sig. Sandro è a disposizione dei clienti sempre, e con cortesia, si dovrebbe migliorare per la colazione mattutina, grazie al sig. Sandro.

Ottima posizione, possibilità di cucinarsi qualche pasto nella cucina della struttura, comodo ai servizi (treni e autobus) e ai principali luoghi di interesse. Ci siamo spostati in tutta Pisa senza prendere nemmeno un autobus.

Struttura pulita e gestore molto gentile e disponibile. A due passi dalla stazione e dal centro città con tutti i negozi. Appartamento e mobilio un po' datato, ma tutto sommato messo bene! Mi permetto di dare 2 consigli al proprietario: 1) di migliorare un pochino la colazione (a disposizione latte, caffè da fare con la caffettiera, bustine di tè, cornetti vuoti confezionati e pan carrè..e nulla da spalmarci dentro. Poi metterei anche qualche succo di frutta, per chi, come me, deve andar via la mattina senza fare colazione, ma magari può portarsi qualcosa dietro per poterla fare in seguito, visto che è pagata.. io ad esempio non ho toccato nulla per entrambe le mattine) 2) VIETARE DI FUMARE IN CASA! In questi 2 giorni c'era un signore che non faceva altro che affumicare per ore tutta casa e la puzza del fumo cercava di entrare nella stanza.

Il Signor Camaioni ha soggiornato in una grande camera tripla di mq 23 uso singola, dotata di bagno privato, non ha però aderito alla proposta dell'abituale colazione presso il vicino bar con maggior costo di 2 euro (come risulta nella mia mail inviatagli il 25 maggio), accettando di utilizzare gratuitamente quanto disponibile nella cucina del B&B (caffè, latte, thè, cornetti ecc); pertanto il voto relativo alla colazione abituale deve essere "senza voto", in quanto non richiesta.

Le prenotazioni on-line sono sempre a sorpresa, infatti non sempre le foto corrispondono alla realtà ma, questa volta è andata bene anzi benissimo! Nonostante il nostro non fosse un viaggio di piacere, siamo riusciti a goderci questo soggiorno accolti dalla cortesia del gestore e consigliamo il B&B anche per la sua posizione strategica. Veramente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ci torneremo.

Sono stata in una struttura bellissima, nella quale vi è la straordinaria gentilezza e cortesia dell'ingegnere Sandro Iacobelli e la grande disponibilità della signora Daniela, che è un'attenta ed attiva lavoratrice. Inoltre, devo riferire la magnifica posizione della struttura, la ricca colazione, l'eccellente pulizia e l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Grazie di cuore e a presto.
