It's a very good value for the money. The host responded quickly to meet me after my train arrived at Pisa Centrale, and the location was perfect for walking both to/from the train station and the airport. It is a slightly longer walk to reach the tourist destinations, and there is a shared common area with the other guest rooms, but neither of those were problems for me. I would happily stay there again in the future.
