This newly built house is located in Calabernardo, a seaside area of Noto Marina in the province of Syracuse, just 150 meters from the beach, offering a choice between sandy shores or rocky outcrops. Its location is perfect for those looking to explore the stunning attractions of southeastern Sicily, with easy access from the highway and proximity to famous tourist destinations such as the Vendicari Nature Reserve, Calamosche, San Lorenzo, Portopalo, and Marzamemi. The baroque town of Noto is only 7 km away, while Syracuse is 30 km and Pachino is 20 km distant.

The house, recently completed, features a modern design and is equipped with all the amenities necessary for a stay focused on independence and relaxation. Guests can enjoy fully independent services and have the option to park their car within the property or in the spacious external gravel area. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
