Welcome to the place where our love for Sicily flourished and took the form of an exclusive tourist offer: "Hotel Villa Felicia", completely immersed in the green of Sicilian citrus fruits.
The property is located in Marina di Noto a few steps from the sea, Noto center is 5 km away, a strategic point to enjoy the sea, the artistic and natural beauties of the eastern coast of Sicily. The rooms of different types (from double to quadruple) are equipped with free WIFI, TV, air conditioning, fridge and private bathroom. Some of the rooms located in the central complex are decorated with floral themes by the painter Fernanda Palvarini (the painter of flowers) and each room is distinguished by the flower that is painted there. Outside, they all have an equipped area that overlooks the citrus grove.
The rooms with patio have a kitchen and a veranda equipped with everything you need to have lunch or dinner outdoors, for a holiday as a couple or with the family, it is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy every comfort.
The holiday package includes our abundant breakfast, from homemade desserts to savory products to typical local products, the use of the two swimming pools, one with whirlpool, private parking inside the structure, wifi, daily cleaning of the rooms and apartments, midweek change of sheets and towels and reception service.

Very nice establishment. Helpful and smiling staff. Varied and plentiful buffet breakfast. Very convenient location for exploring the surroundings (Noto, Syracuse, Modica, Ragusa).

My husband and I spent 4 fantastic days. I must say that everything works well. The breakfast is abundant, not to mention the donuts that Mrs. Felicia (the owner) prepares every evening with so much love... delicious. The owners are kind people and take care of every guest's need. I also thank Paolo, the boy who works at the reception, very kind and caring. I recommend everyone to spend a holiday at Villa Felicia... you will feel like you are at home.

Beautiful place. The cleanliness is their strength. They clean 24/7. Otherwise everything is fine, except for an impigata at the hall who was unprofessional and not very kind. Luckily one of the owners promptly intervened and solved the problem.

Wonderful place, very kind and truly helpful staff. We spent a lovely weekend immersed in the peace and greenery that characterize the property in this late September period. The two pools are also beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Excellent facility immersed in greenery, attention to detail. Strategic location to reach the sea and nearby cities. A place where you can relax and time passes pleasantly. I definitely recommend it and will come back.

Attentive, exquisite, and competent staff. Brand new structure, extremely clean, furnished with great taste and sophistication, not neglecting any comfort. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of homemade cakes by the owner (a sweet and beautiful lady). Surrounded by the greenery of a splendid citrus grove scented with orange blossom and freshness. 3 small pools, patios, and corners to enjoy the cool and relax. Splendid location to visit the entire Syracuse coast.

At Villa Felicia it has been one of my absolute best vacations ever. The owners stand out for their availability and kindness. Impeccable management of all our needs at the reception. Immersed in a wonderful lemon grove, we enjoyed the delicacies of the abundant breakfast offered by the facility. It feels like being at home in a big family. Posto meraviglioso immerso nella campagna, profumo di limoni ovunque. Struttura deliziosa, curatissima, pulitissima. Personale attento e accogliente. Colazione ricca e di ottimo livello, fatta in casa. Arrivi e non vuoi più andar via. Vicinissimo a tutto e ben collegato, facile da raggiungere in base alle indicazioni. Un gioiello sotto una meravigliosa città di Noto. Vacanza da ripetere sicuramente.

Ottima struttura, tipo residence. Noi avevamo praticamente un appartamento di 2 camere, bagno, soggiornino con angolo cottura. All'esterno patio coperto con salottino. Bei giardini con piccola piscina e idromassaggio. Molto gentili i proprietari. Da consigliare.

Anche se è stato solo per un giorno, devo dire che ci siamo rilassati passando un bellissimo pomeriggio in piscina, la notte è stata tranquillissima, ottimo il confort nelle stanze ed anche fuori, e poi al mattino una colazione abbondante, e con questo voglio ringraziare tutto il personale, e la signora ch'e stata molto gentile, sembrava ci conoscessimo da sempre, spero di ritornarci, arrivederci.

Consiglio vivamente una esperienza in questa struttura. Troveranno confort e servizi di alta qualità. Si prova un senso di accoglienza unico, pare di essere in famiglia.
La cornice in cui la struttura si trova, è una splendida cornice fatta di limoneti, con la vicinanza di spiagge da sogno. Inoltre la posizione consente di potersi spostare agevolmente nel raggiungere spiagge e luoghi d'arte.
