Description

Welcome to the place where our love for Sicily flourished and took the form of an exclusive tourist offer: "Villa Felicia", completely immersed in the green of Sicilian citrus fruits.

The Resort is located in Marina di Noto a few steps from the sea, Noto center is 5 km away, a strategic point to enjoy the sea, the artistic and natural beauties of the eastern coast of Sicily. The rooms of different types (from double to quadruple) are equipped with free WIFI, TV, air conditioning, fridge and private bathroom. Some of the rooms located in the central complex are decorated with floral themes by the painter Fernanda Palvarini (the painter of flowers) and each room is distinguished by the flower that is painted there. Outside, they all have an equipped area that overlooks the citrus grove.

The holiday package includes our abundant breakfast, from homemade desserts to savory products to typical local products, the use of the two swimming pools, one with whirlpool, private parking inside the structure, wifi, cleaning of the rooms.

We will be your travel companions, with wishes to be fulfilled. At Villa Felicia you can grasp the unique charm of a magical land, Sicily.

Breakfast at Villa Felicia is served buffet style every day from 8: 00 to 10: 00 in a bright dining room or outdoors among the citrus trees, weather permitting.

You will find a wide selection of sweet and savoury products, including many typical Sicilian specialities: homemade citrus jams, artisan cakes, bread with olive oil and herbs, fresh ricotta, local cold cuts, cheeses, seasonal fruit and granita in the warmer months.

It is our way of starting the day with taste and making you feel, right from the morning, immersed in the scents and flavours of our land.

At Villa Felicia, food is part of the hospitality. Every dish is inspired by the land and its rhythms: citrus fruits from the garden, vegetables from the vegetable garden, Sicilian extra virgin olive oil, family recipes.

Our cuisine combines simplicity and authenticity, with typical Sicilian dishes prepared daily using fresh, seasonal ingredients. At dinner, let yourself be guided by traditional flavours: rustic appetisers, fragrant first courses, grilled main courses and homemade desserts.

Fantastic location near Noto. Beautiful pool, restaurant and facilities. Room was a bit small with limited space to store your clothes. The bathroom was great, good shower. Very nice.

Think back to your work week... you must be tired... And then your flight is delayed for an hour... 11:30 PM... And you are greeted with delicious food, wine, an incredibly romantic atmosphere and a very big smile. These people made my week. For me, it was the best option to stay near the sea, which is a 10-minute walk away.\nAnd the best option to turn a quick 2-day weekend into a very long and eventful one!

Customer service is quite poor. People in reception and restaurant are rather cold, even rude sometimes. Breakfast is pretty bad. Low-quality fruit and very little. The whole place is Ok but lacks charm. I would not recommend it.

My husband and I spent 4 fantastic days. I must say that everything works well. The breakfast is abundant, not to mention the donuts that Mrs. Felicia (the owner) prepares every evening with so much love... delicious. The owners are kind people and take care of every guest's need. I also thank Paolo, the boy who works at the reception, very kind and caring. I recommend everyone to spend a holiday at Villa Felicia... you will feel like you are at home.

Beautiful place. The cleanliness is their strength. They clean 24/7. Otherwise everything is fine, except for an impigata at the hall who was unprofessional and not very kind. Luckily one of the owners promptly intervened and solved the problem.

Attentive, exquisite, and competent staff. Brand new structure, extremely clean, furnished with great taste and sophistication, not neglecting any comfort. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of homemade cakes by the owner (a sweet and beautiful lady). Surrounded by the greenery of a splendid citrus grove scented with orange blossom and freshness. 3 small pools, patios, and corners to enjoy the cool and relax. Splendid location to visit the entire Syracuse coast.

Wonderful place immersed in the countryside, scent of lemons everywhere. Delightful, well-kept, very clean structure. Attentive and welcoming staff. Rich and excellent homemade breakfast. You arrive and don't want to leave. Very close to everything and well connected, easy to reach based on the directions. A gem under the wonderful city of Noto. Definitely a vacation to repeat.

Excellent structure, like a residence. We practically had a 2-bedroom apartment, bathroom, small living room with a kitchenette. Outside covered patio with a small sitting area. Beautiful gardens with a small pool and whirlpool. The owners are very kind. Recommended.

Even though it was only for one day, I must say we relaxed by having a wonderful afternoon by the pool. The night was very quiet, the comfort in the rooms and outside was excellent.
