Cozy apartment located in the heart of Palermo, just a short walk from the Politeama Theatre and close to major cultural and tourist attractions. The property, recently renovated, features comfortable and well-appointed spaces, with air-conditioned rooms equipped with private bathrooms that include a shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. Each accommodation has a window or balcony offering a panoramic view of the city.

Politeama Residence is situated in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Palermo, perfect for those looking to indulge in shopping or savor the delights of traditional Sicilian cuisine. Its strategic location allows easy access to Piazza Verdi, home to the Teatro Massimo, in just a few minutes, while the port is only 150 meters away. The airport shuttle stop and taxi parking are located just 100 meters from the residence, and the central station can be reached with a short stroll.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the establishment is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A minimum stay of two nights is required. Starting from April 2020, a "Scooter Tour" service will be available, enabling visitors to explore the city in a practical and eco-friendly manner, without restrictions related to the ZTL (limited traffic zone). Additionally, the residence is conveniently located near the Noto, Oristano, and Candela clinics, making it a suitable option for those needing to stay for medical reasons.
